We were very satisfied with the environment, the food, and the service staff! However, I have a suggestion: if you'll be spending most of your time sightseeing, I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive option. We chose a five-night all-inclusive stay, but spent three days on tours, leaving at 7 am and not returning until 7 or 8 pm, wasting over $400 USD on food each day, haha. If you pay for your own meals, it'll cost around $100 USD per meal for two people, whether you eat at the hotel or at nearby restaurants. In short, just for your reference.

This resort has met all my expectations and beyond. Room was nice and clean, and the all inclusive food in all the restaurants were good. Hasienda Sissal was a restaurant that stood out, the live music on Tue and Thu nights were worth experiencing. We went sea fishing one day and brought back some fresh fish with us to the hotel and to our surprise the kitchen cooked the fish for us as of the all inclusive package.

So would I recommend this resort to anyone who hasn’t visited Cancun? It is a definitely a YES!

The staff were all kind and never asked for a tip. Even Japanese people can relax at this hotel.
Although it is a windy area, the pool and beach are frequently cleaned and always clean with no trash on the ground.

Great lagoon views, whole grilled fish was outstanding, pastas with rich sauces, pizza crust as a bread. Wine was expensive but could find an over priced but affordable bottle.
Yachts pull in to get a meal served on board.
Professional service.
Can get a 10% discount if you ask for it as you are being seated or if staying at a local resort.

Great food, good drinks, Valet Parking are animals. they will wreck your car. Unfortunately, they are two separate companies, so Rolandi does not respond or care about your vehicle.

Both the lobster and salmon are tasty and well seasoned. Dishes are served within a reasonable timespan and the service is excellent. Desserts are well sweetened, nothing excessive, and some are prepared in front of you. You get to chose the lobster you want if you ask for a Lobster Ceviche. Most definitely will return here. Price is slightly high but worth it. 5/5

Great location right next to our resort. Very pretty decor inside and outside. The menu had a lot of good options to choose from. We had a vegetarian at our table and he had no problem finding something. The table side guacamole is a must! We ended up ordering two servings of it. At the recommendation of our waiter, I got the chicken tampico and would definitely get it again. Everyone else at my table also enjoyed their meals. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the food here.

Food was good, but service was a little better. The room we were in was freezing cold,while the other room was perfectly set. Our large group heard that this was one of the better Mexican restaurants in town, which may be a little stretch. But food was good, and I would go back.

Ok food and service but a nice place to go. 7pm marriachi band plays for about an hour. Will sing requests. Lots of room for large groups. Indoor and outdoor seating. Noise from street might be distracting outdoors. Can get busy at 7pm so would recommend reservations at that time. No views in the restaurant.
All inclusive resort next door but anyone can make reservations and pay with credit card.
Sunday brunch is also a favorite.

Authentic mexicain good. So good! The service is a little bit too fast because of the all inclusive at the Royal Sands but make sure to ask for a slow service to enjoy your time at this great restaurant. Its worth it. The margaritas are the Best!
