There was times where they had no food or just one restaurant open. You have a bar open to drink but nothing to eat. We had to leave the property to eat half the time we stayed. Our friends key wouldnt work , so we had to go to front desk 3 times. After a hour someone finally came up to let us in after we missed our tour. Dont get me wrong its a beautiful place. But it was the same thing everyday with the shows and clubs.

Our room smell like bleach. We got no
Shampoo or conditioner in our room. Food was not good. They don’t have enough lawn chairs on the beach. The place is run down and broken elevators.

4th time visiting and came with very high hopes based on previous wonderful experiences. Staff, food and entertainment continue being outstanding.
Just 1 elevator working out of 3 causing terrible delays. Not visible option to use stairs.
Very disappointing they were charging to reserve the pool beds beside the pool when in the past it was free to use. Now you are required to purchase a 50 dollar bottle of sparkling wine to get one.
Pool was ice cold but that is a minor issue compared to the other ones.
You have everything to keep being a 5 star plus resort, but if these issues are permanent, we will think twice next time and compare other options.

Clean resort, lots of activities, able to find a beach chairs easily throughout the day, really good food. Enjoyed the tres leches cake.

At check in we were told we would be given an up grade, when in fact the room had only one bed. We specifically stated that we needed 2. No apology, needless to say we were downgraded.

We loved the hotel and entertainment team. Food was a bit disappointing at times, but the drinks and entertainment were great and the beach beautiful. My biggest suggestion for improvement is to take away some of the 'elite member' cabanas and put more sub beds for regular guests, as these were limited and the elite ones were mostly empty and they were trying to upsell all the time. The staff worked really hard and were on the whole amazing. We had a great time and the New Year's Eve event was the best we had experienced!

The room was perfect along with the service in the restaurants and bars. what threw us off is that in order to have certain liquors you have to be a member of their "Royal Elite", they advertise the property as all inclusive, that is not all inclusive. We will never stay there again. We have been to Cancun several times, and neve came across something like this in any of the resort we stayed in the past.

My friends and I stayed at Sandos in Cancun from November 4th to 8th, and I just had to share our experience.
I’ve been to Cancun many times — I truly love this place. But this was my first time staying at this particular hotel.
To be honest, at first, I was ready to write a very negative review because the hotel turned out to be a bit different from what I expected.
It’s definitely not new anymore and has quite a few flaws.
But everything completely changed when the manager, Stefano Rayo, paid attention to our complaints…
He turned out to be some kind of magician!
Initially, we received a free room upgrade since I have Platinum membership with *******, but there was no hot water in the shower — we had to take cold showers even though we reported it several times. The issue wasn’t resolved… until Stefano found out about our problem.
He gave us another, even better room with hot water! And his attitude toward us was simply outstanding — very respectful, polite, and professional. We truly felt like queens! 👑
We’re so grateful to him for doing everything possible to make our stay comfortable.
Thanks to Stefano, our opinion about the hotel completely changed!
We’d also like to mention Esdras, our waiter — he was always kind, friendly, and polite. Thank you!
Overall, most of the hotel staff were nice and courteous, with just a few exceptions.
In the end, our vacation turned out to be wonderful and full of fun!

We had such a wonderful meal here. Our waiter was really friendly and gave us some great suggestions on food and wine. It was pricier than many of the other restaurants we had been too, but it was definitely worth it.

I had a absolute fabulous dinner experience here. Great food, drinks, entertainment and entire vibe of place was welcoming.....Romantic, and good for groups.....our waiter Jose was the best!! I would recommend!!

Cigar smoking is allowed and encouraged.
We were having a fabulous time tonight with excellent service with Moises and Carlos and great food. Until an old guy sits at the table next to us, orders a martini and lights up a cigar.
I asked him to extinguish the cigar in English. He said he only spoke Spanish. So, I said, "No fumar, por favor". He then said he was Italian and didn't understand me.
The staff said this is Mexico. And he is a regular. We left our meal and paid the bill. We'll never be back.

Place was beautiful. Service was great. Unbelievable views at sunset. The food unfortunately was just ok. It could have just been the dishes we picked. Would highly recommend for some drinks at sunset. Prices were very reasonable.

Fantastic lively place with great views, ambiance and oh yeah the food is good as well. On our first day in Cancun we were taken to this place by a local. We were a bit wary of travelling outside of the main strip but our fears were soon taken away as soon as we stepped into this place. What a way to kick of the holiday! Stepping into this place was like stepping into a movie. Great decor as soon as you enter we were able to get seated outside facing the lagoon. Music added to the atmosphere with upbeat tunes being displayed on projectors which didn't distract from the company. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and made sure we knew the history of every dish we ordered. They even had a cigar menu! Would definitely come back to this place and 10/10

We came here on Christmas for dinner .after we were sat down and ordered our food it took about hour for us to get our food specially since our son was with us and was really hungry .we got our food after my wife complained to manager. I was about to walk out when we got our food. After we even had our food we got no apologies or nothing and it was like nothing happens. I am sorry but if I am waiting hour to get my food I expect either my food to be free or compted or something like apology not act like nothing happens and just hand me the bill and expect me to give u tip .we got there at 8 and we didn't get to our hotel till 10 30 and we are less than the 10 min from there.it just ruined our whole christ mass day. They also charged adult prices for our "kids meal", actually our kids meal was more expensive than ours. 178 dollars for a ruined Christmas dinner.. and my wife was so excited to try this place. They also said they would give us outside seating then sat us inside. Horrible experience.

The best Steakhouse restaurant EVER!. Phenomenal food, great service, wide MENU variety. Beautiful place...Great bar tenders. Had the Lamb shops...Portions Large enough to share for 2. Sides fantastic. MUST MAKE A RESERVATION. VERY POPULAR.

Service and food both impeccable...Ambiance is upscale casual to full blown dressy. The quality & attention to detail is what u can expect from place like Harry's but its the little extras that make them stand out in the endless sea of steakhouses...like making a smaller sized cotton candy and a special anniversary cake that made the night over the top.

Best steak I've had in my life hands down. Every dish is prepared incredibly and with the amazing service and setting it has become a must visit at least a couple of times time I'm in Cancun!
