It will be better if the hotel provides a coffee maker and fridge / minibar in the room. Overall, it’s a nice stay.

The room was very nice and good value for money. I stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. The hotel's restaurant and swimming pool were also very nice. The breakfast was also plentiful, and I especially liked the yogurt cereal.

Near the ADO busstation. Nice Spanish colonial style. Good value for money.

Overall, we had a good stay. I would highlight the breakfast buffet, which was varied and plentiful, and the fact that they stored our luggage for a few hours when we checked out. On the downside, our room was in an area with constant machinery noise throughout the day, which could be bothersome if you're a light sleeper.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Nice pool with excellent bar service. Breakfast buffet was good, enchiladas made on demand was so yummy, jugo verde was excellent too. Hotel was 5-10 minutes walk from ADO bus station, and from supermarket, so very convenient. They have shuttle bus to beach as well. Hotel was just ok, booked it thinking it being a palace it would be of higher standard,this was not the case. Food was good but no wow factor anywhere. Vacation centered around our 6 year old son. Water park was amazing and kept us busy every day. There are slides / water park to keep kids busy from very young age to scary adult slides that would make any teenager happy. Staff were incredibly nice. Loved our family trip to Nickelodeon. It was incredible on many levels. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Daniela (the butler who assisted our family most regularl) was especially awesome. My only complaint was that they don’t heat any of pools. This seems to be the norm around Cancun area, but a little tough in the winter time as the pools are chilly. Very clean and outstanding staff. Despite this being a kid friendly, when it’s raining there isn’t much to do with the kid. Great shows/ entertainment though. The room was amazing! Staff was amazing since the moment we enter the hotel! One of the staff name Santiago was amazing! He was always messaging if everything was good if we needed anything. My kids loved everything about it. I will be returning back :).

This is already my fourth time staying at this all-inclusive hotel. It's a quiet, family-friendly hotel. If you're looking for a party, this isn't the place, but if you want to relax and enjoy an excellent, tranquil beach, it's the best option. And what can I say about the suite rooms? Overall, my stay at this property was positive. The food was very good, and the cocktails were excellent as well. The service was good. However, the rooms are not at all soundproofed, so any noise from outside was easily audible inside the room.

I was with my son there. It was all ok. The room is facing directly the sea. There is a swim up bar and another on the back side . But the buffet food is bit mundane. The whole hotel place is bit small too. But the beach and cabana is very nice.

On my first day living in the sink, the water couldn't flow down, so I had to exert a lot of effort to open the sink! I live on the seventh floor and it happened to be raining and there were two leaks! I don't want to trouble them! I use trash cans and towels to keep out the water. The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget. Luis and Hector are amazingly good at making guest feel comfortable and help with getting acclimated with the resort. We had a wonderful stay and plan to revist when we can.

Stay on the adult only part of this Hotel and you will have fantastic vacation. I booked sea facing luxary twin room....they are great, but offer no balcony - but windows can be open (sea with its waves can be loud). We stayed at Caribe and at first thought we made a mistake not booking Cancun, but actually both hotels are connected and share activities. Convenient location just across Ado. We stayed only one night but all was great. Place was clean and the staff very kind. we arrived at almost midnight, we found a tacos stand outside that was great! We suggest the hotel bar to stay open later 😁

Good to stay one night not more. Don't accept ground floor rooms ! It's too noisy and people don't care. The front desk is unfriendly. Overall just a one night hotel very useful if you have to take the bus.

Small parking, no place for big cars, no slippers in the room. The hotel itself is new and well equipped. Cool internal yard with cafe Shower and toilet was good. Amenities also great. Sound proof also fine.

We had such a wonderful stay at this family-friendly, budget-friendly resort! This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in Zone 7. It was a place to stay for a night's rest before going to Scarlett. The Mexican food I ate at this lounge was more delicious than I thought, so I remembered it even after coming back to Korea. I bought snacks at a nearby convenience store and had a nice rest. I recommend it.

Although the hotel has been living in a high-rise area for a long time, the rooms have a moldy smell and outdated facilities. The swimming pool and sea view are small and crowded, with noisy noise.
