The location of the property is damn good just across the playa caracol beach and isla mujeros ferry point. But the hotel has limited facilities - no lift, no night checkin, no security, no guards, anybody can walk in at night to your room, and i faced a shower pressure issue throughout my stay which was kinda annoying

The property is very close to the Ado bus station. It’s a great central location right next to R1. However it is a very dated property and the WiFi cuts on and off all day. Also the pool closed at 8:30pm two of the five nights that I stayed, so which is way to early for Cancun.

I've stayed at this hotel for half a month now. It's pretty much the same as other hotels. If you're traveling on a tight budget, this hotel is a good choice; it's in the city center and offers great value for money.

The Hotel is located near Restaurant close to bakery . There is office for tours in Cancun very nice. The personal are friendly . The hotel just gives you towels and hygiene but no cups or coffee in the room. Everything else is good .

Excellent stay. The room was nice and clean. AC and TV in the room, bathroom had a shower and toilet that worked well. Super comfy king size bed. Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests.

This is a reasonably priced hotel with decent rooms. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s in a bit of a sketchy area weird to access the parking lot. There is construction going on all around so there’s A LOT of noise at unreasonable times. However, staff are friendly and it was clean and walking distance away from a nice beach. Its good for a cheap option!

Excellent choice to stay when on route. Close to the ADO bus stop. And with both Mercado 28 and Mercado 23 within walking distance. The big supermarket across the Roundabout has a great choice if you like to get some groceries for yourself.

I stayed in a female dormitory with 3 bunk beds. The hotel was very clean. The shower, toilet and washbasin were separated, which was very convenient. There was also a small balcony. It was very close to the ADO bus station, which was very convenient for traveling and going to the airport. It was also very convenient for eating and shopping nearby. The hotel provided hot water and luggage storage.

I stayed in a suite with a private bathroom. Apart from the convenient location, the facilities were really disappointing. 1. There were other people’s hair that was not cleaned in the bathroom during the two stays. 2. There was no hot water for two nights when I checked in for the first time. 3. The are some cheap and good restaurants around the hotel. The bed was not good for two people, maybe good for one. However, the best was the price and location. There are not parking lot inside the hotel, you have to park at the street.

I arrived at the hotel very late, around 2am, and the girl at the reception checked me in without any problems. The hotel is in the city center and there was some music playing. It was very dark in the room. I couldn't see anything. The bed and pillows were comfortable. You can stay for one or two nights. I wouldn't recommend it for a long period.

Location, location, location! Very near the Cancún Airport and Tren Maya stations. The rooms are simple and clean. The beds are so very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. This is the perfect spot for the last night of your trip or the first night when you have traveled a long day and need to get your bearings before you venture off into country. Great location, walking distance to Marcado 23 & Soriana, Ultramar ferry is 3.2 km away. Friendly staff and very chill vibes, regardless of the language barrier, they were trying their best to help us. Parking on property is provided, very convenient and safe. The room was very dark, with only a bedside lamp that had a faulty connection. The door lock was also broken. Furthermore, it was my first time using the swimming pool and I had to pay extra, which I didn't recommend. Additionally, the entrance was on stairs, and no staff offered to help with luggage.

There are many small cockroaches in the room. The room smelled of cigarettes, the equipment was old, and the only toiletries were soap. The only good thing is the location, which is right next to the ADO bus terminal.
