Hotel was nice, great location a very nice bay having said that the area in general was run down and a little tired looking. The food was generally very good, sometimes a lot of the meat dishes could be cold, which seems to be normal for the are. Having said that a good choice for, breakfast and evening meal. Staff ok although not what you would call friendly.

This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, clean and pleasant spa. The staff was also very friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. It is located close to the beach and some supermarkets. Definetly recommend.

I note many previous negative reviews but we were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find and the underground car park was where Google Maps suggested it was! You had to phone reception (on WhatsApp was easy) at the parking gates and they lift the barriers. Plenty of parking and easy lift to reception. This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

Nice location and close to the beach. Great see view from the balcony , but there is a building under construction and I think in few year it will block the see view. At this time it is lovely and nice apartment.

Hotel is clean and is located centrally. Sadly the outdoor pool is closed. All in all great, but the receptionist is unfriendly as hell. As he is representing and welcoming the guests, I am expecting someone more helpful working there.

Great view of the bay and the apartment is superb for s gateway. Stayed here few times and I really enjoyed. If all flats would be same and have Nespresso machine +oven would be 5* definitively.

Very good service and quality rooms. The receptionist was very friendly and very prepared which we haven't got the chance to have it in other places.At night he offered us free wifi from his phone since the weather was messing with the wirless signal.Breakfast was good as well.

We arrived without booking and still got perfect double bedroom room with parking and breakfast. Beds were good , rooms were beautifully decorated, staff was friendly and all on all, i truly enjoyed our short stay. My wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel. We were very pleased with the service. The staff is kind and ready to help and fulfill any desire. That's a big plus. The rooms were big, clean and modern. However, really expensive. This is not worth 200 EURO / night.

So, I had the penthouse. Internet was bad. Which sucks if you need to do work. No lift. Always had to go up down by foot from the 4th floor. No drinks in minibar. You don’t need an any second thoughts. It is the best choice you ever made about where to stay in Budva. Faruk is the very intimate and very helpful person in this hotel. You will never regret.

Near to old town of Budva,5 min walk. Clean hotel with a nice staff and Faruc make you to feel like a real special guest.

The hotel is from the 90s but very well maintained… rooms in good condition, good Wi-Fi, AC, no mold. Location is great. It’s a bit expensive for What you get but still good price/quality for Montenegro.

Location is good. The rooms are ok at best, Wi-Fi is barely working with constant logs out. Included breakfast was mediocre. Twice they didn’t even have black tea bags in the morning.

Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have not been well maintained which have signs of mold. The restaurant food was average.

We found this to be an excellent hotel. Our standard room was smart, modern, clean and very spacious. The only minor niggles we had would be the shower, which only has a glass panel, rather than a full enclosure, so it tended to leak onto the floor. The environment is good, the house has a balcony with a good view, but more attention should be paid to hygiene, as there are small insects in the house. The price is relatively cheap, the service attitude is good, and there is a parking space at the door. The restaurant next door tastes good, and it is eaten by locals.

Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

Decent accomodation if you're on a tighter budget. Floor was not clean and many surfaces had not been dusted in a long time. Very hard to find the place, no sign or anything to tell you where to go. Parking for 10€ a day, not too bad. Overall, not great, not terrible

The hotel has a perfect location. The reception man is very kind and helpful. Rooms are big enough, clean (except one small place on the rug where we find some dirt, but maid cleaned it in a few minutes from our call). Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were big and comfy. You can see that this is not the newest modern hotel, but it really has everything what you can need. I really like the place!

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. Why would I give a 5 star review to a hotel that cost more, at €80 per night if a four night stay, more than I paid for an apartment with a sea view, separate bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the kitchen and the bedroom, a 30 minute walk from here in the Crna Gora mountains? I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.
