Great location on the seafront. The hotel entrance is a bit hidden between the Burger King and the Riva bar. At the bar they gave the code to open the door. There was nobody at recyso I did the check in with the cleaning lady. The room was huge with a balcony. Bed was very comfy and so was the sofa.

It was a lovely experience. Just by the marine. Everywhere is five minutes walk away. Staff was very helpfull and all building has just been renovated. We were three and the room was spacious enough and well equipped.

I booked an EasyJet holiday. Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean. I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top.

We stayed there November with my two children. . The hotel is at sea side, we walked everyone easily. the rooms are very comfortable. In the room, we have 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen , 1 saloon and 2 bathrooms. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It has closed parking area, charge of free. Very good service, very touching. The front desk manager is super nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I accidentally broke a cup, and he crawled under the table to clean up the broken glass. It was so big, it was really not easy. He also recommended a restaurant in the old town of Budva, the fish was excellent. The breakfast was also very good and quite rich.

The service staff are very enthusiastic and make me feel very happy. The location is very good. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the pier and 5 or 6 minutes to reach the old town. The breakfast is quite rich and the uncle in the restaurant is also very kind. The only problem is that the soundproofing of the room is too poor. The sound of the kettle boiling water upstairs can be heard very clearly...

A good hotel in the very center of Budva. The hotel is quite new. 1 minute to the sea. 5-7 minutes to the old town on foot. Two-room apartments. Very clean, cozy.

We had a fantastic stay at Shine Residence in Bečići. Communication with the hosts was excellent, the apartment modern and spotless, and the location perfect and close to the beach. The view was absolutely stunning and all services were top-notch. Highly recommended!

Very spatious apartments with amazing view from the balcony. The balcony itself is very large, the only downside is the constant noise - there ia a freeway passing right in front of the hotel. On the plus side, it is extremely close to the beach (5 minutes), as there is a footbridge overpassing the freeway. We comunicated very well with the host via whatsapp - that was extremely helpful . Spectacular view from the balcony. Very friendly host and available 24/7 on watsapp, answering all our questions and requests. Very spatious and clean apartment. Underground free private parking. Location noisy due to the road passing in front of the building but ok with the windows closed. Would recommend!

I stayed here with my family in a corner apartment a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. The views alone will keep me coming back yearly. The apartment was large, with a full modern kitchen, beautiful white Italian furniture and a wrap around balcony with full beach and mountain views. I can’t wait to come back next year!

It's not a super style apartment but it is very usable, clean and with great views. The delivery of breakfast is a bonus. The traffic noise is a bit excessive early morning.
