We stayed at Lucic as part of our packaged tour to Montenegro. The hotel says it’s a 4-star hotel, but I wouldn’t give it more than 2. The room continuously smelled very badly, ventilation in the bathroom works really badly (or doesn’t work at all?), throughout 9 days the room was cleaned only once - really badly (basically they made our beds and replenished the toilet). It’s not far from the beach...

This is a great place to stay for both short and long term. It’s clean and cozy, close to the beach, restaurants and bus station. Prices are very reasonable and staff is suuper friendly. The only downside is no visa only cash for payment.

very nice rooms with lost of available places for laguage and stuff. cleaning lady is so professional- besid the bed and bathroom, she even sorted out our scattered belongings.. Shower cabin is big. Receptionist is pleasant and available. I recommend this hotel .

We expected to stay in a luminous apartment for 3 persons as per our booking reservation while we stayed in a basic room . That said, the room was clean and the staff has been very kind; the position is very central, close both to the beach and the old town.

This Hotel was fantastic for our mini break in montenegro. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we were provided with clean towels everday. The property seems to be newly constructed. A lot of things are incomplete: you can see wires hanging. The bathroom/shower had no soap or shampoo holders or shelves. The light is insufficient! Had a great experience. We stayed here 8 days with a group of 5 people. Enough room for all of us for sure. Had minor issues here and there, such as no running tapwater and having to ask for cleaning of our room. However, these things solved themselves quite quickly. Fantastic location, beach view from your apartment, and in the middle of Budva old town Central to everything needed. Only 1 downfall in Montenegro is the traffic. However, there is nothing you can do about that but enjoy the beautiful location.

The hotel is quite simple but clean. The location is great, close to lots of restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. However the wifi sucks and the cleaning lady really wants to clean everyday, even when you're still in the room which is quite annoying. This could be solved with a "do not disturb" and "please clean room" sign for the door.

Very clean and spacious rooms. The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay. We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the inn to Budva visitors!

Probably one of the most expensive hotels in the area, but you know exactly what you’re paying for: super clean new cozy stylish rooms overlooking marina, well protected from the street noise and commotion, great professional staff, nice breakfast included. The place has only 5 rooms, so everything here is exclusive. If we’re ever back in Budva - that’s the place we’ll be staying at again.

The best place to stay, wonderful view, rooms super cute and clean. The staff goes extra miles to help you, particularly Nadja (the receptionist) is amazing making you feel at home. Breakfast is delicious with a nice view and great service. This is a true jewel!

Wonderful hotel in the middle of old city, a couple minutes away from vibrant restaurants, bars and small boutiques. The staff was very helpful and helped us extend our stay for a few days.

I can highly recommend this hotel. In the old town, but also on the harbour, only a four minute walk from parking, and they will come and help with the bags. We rested in Budva from September 11-18, 2021. The transfer brought us to the villa at 11.40, the owner Vadim met us at the gate, and we were put into the room right away (without waiting for 14 hours). The villa is located very well: 200 m south and you are on the waterfront, 200 m east of the Volle supermarket and the Grand Bazaar, food bazaar to the west, 400 m north of the bus station, 5 minutes...

Great location, clean and change bed every day. Everything you need is in the room. Well, of course, not a 5-star hotel, but the price corresponds, and the quality exceeds this price.

I was very pleased with the stay at the villa. The room is new and very clean. I was surprised that the room had everything you need: refrigerator, TV, stove, air conditioner, kettle, dishes, free internet. Very nice host and managers.

Excellent location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pools. We particularly enjoyed the smaller pool, as it was nice and quiet, and the kids could swim on their own. Good shop nearby for groceries and we had a few meals in a local restaurant, which was within 10 minutes walk - nice balkan food and good value.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. 🖐️

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. We spent a week at Velzon. It’s a great hotel for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Spacial thanks to Zeljka and Milan for their assistance and for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

Pretty big space with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area plus a bedroom with very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience was the shower that had the shower head holder at 4 feet level from the floor. Parking space for 3 vehicles. We really enjoyed our stay.
