This hotel is not for 5 stars. Little room, ordinary breakfast. There are not toothbrushes and toothpaste, hairbrush, ordinary shampoo and conditioner. Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have not been well maintained which have signs of mold. The restaurant food was average.

Spent 3 nights in this hotel during the Easter holidays. The room was a living and bedroom combo with ensuite bathroom and a small kitchen in the living room, plus a spacious balcony. The receptionists were very kind and helpful, the only staff I met during my stay. Maybe due to the holidays, but the cleaning service was minimal during my stay. After reading the bad reviews I was very worried about going. We rest with a child of 3 years on the 4th floor overlooking the mountains. The location is good, it takes about 10 minutes to go to the sea, the road is gentle, it does not exhaust (even a child). On the way to the beach cafes and shops, very convenient. Good day! Literally a week since we returned home from the fabulous place Budva. We stayed at the NIKA guest house. Luxurious apartments for families. We found this to be an excellent hotel. Our standard room was smart, modern, clean and very spacious. The only minor niggles we had would be the shower, which only has a glass panel, rather than a full enclosure, so it tended to leak onto the floor. Excellent location The only problem we had was finding it as we were walking from the Bus Station and there appears to be a lack of street signs in Budva. Now we know it is located behind the Gufo hotel and by Fortuna Hotel and Gastronomy. It is within easy walking distance of the TQ Centre. Great location close to Old Town, easy parking, very accommodating host, perfect apartment with balcony.

We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too. The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment.

All praise for the apartment in Budva. The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering.

Beautiful little boutique hotel which is very nicely decorated. Only 4 floors, lovely pool and little roof terrace. It has a lift and our standard room had everything you need, hair dryer, kettle, fridge. I would definitely visit again and recommend. No idea why it only currently scored 3.5 out of 5!!!

Beautiful quiet hotel in Budva. The hotel was immaculate, well maintained and very clean! Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. About half an hour to the old town by walking but super close to the beach and other restaurants/bars. little supermarket right outside for snacks and drinks.

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

We were able to choose our breakfast, and they even put it in a takeaway container for us to eat in our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

I really liked the guesthouse. It was cleaned daily, there was coffee for breakfast, and you could choose one dish, which was cooked right in front of you. Everything was delicious! The location was great, with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. Car rentals were also available.

Located a short walk from the bus station and a further 15 minutes walk will take you to the beach. Dalia and her staff are lovely. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient. There is no lift so this may be a consideration for anyone with kids or accessibility issues.

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

The place was nice staying at, the view is beautiful and not far from everything. The only thing I didn’t like was the cleaning of the rooms, they don’t like them and no new towels.

It is close to the old city but climbing the hill is very bad, that's why we did not like the location, even the taxi left us on the hill, it was difficult to walk up the hill to get to the old city, and unfortunately the cleaning was not enough.

The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

Why would I give a 5 star review to a hotel that cost more, at €80 per night if a four night stay, more than I paid for an apartment with a sea view, separate bedroom with king sized bed and sea views from the kitchen and the bedroom, a 30 minute walk from here in the Crna Gora mountains? There was also a little issue with my room door which took all my strength to shut and no response from maintenance...

Rooms are incredibly big, with living room, kitchen, like a suite which is great. we have hot water not very hot and cigarettes smell in non smoking room on first floor, I guess it comes from bar / restaurant at floor 0, it is really difficult. welcome to Montenegro the nightmare for non smoking people. the breakfast is not a buffet at all, need to order, average.
