It is rare to find a triple room for family travel. It is a small and exquisite hotel with new facilities, clean and warm. It is very close to the ancient city of Budva and the Adriatic Sea. It is also very convenient to go to the supermarket and the breakfast ingredients are fresh.

Highly recommend this hotel. Cosy and modern place to stay in Budva. Rooms are spacious and clean, all with balcony. Extra thing was pool and place to relax on the roof. Amazing hotel, beautiful view, very clean and absolutely the best staff. I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on. It's about a ten-minute walk between the beach and the bus station. If you're not going swimming, I'd recommend it. The owner even gives you free beer, which is very friendly! It's less than a ten-minute walk to the starting point for the bus to St. Stephen's.

The rooms are smaller than shown in the pictures also the wifi only works on the first floor, we didn't get it in our room,we bought a local sim card to get internet. Every morning we were woken up by a cleaning lady who is annoyingly knocking on the door, you need a 'do not disturb' sign as is usually the case in hotels.

It was a nice quiet hotel under a Turkish management. Good breakfast Staff is righteous. They returned my bag which was left behind when I changed rooms. I had bundle of money in it credit cards and passports. Only thing missing there is an elevator and a safe.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The location was perfect and the hotel was very clean and everything was in working order. I was very pleased to meet and speak with the manager who was having breakfast at the same time as me. Very nice person, felt like a valued customer.

I booked an EasyJet holiday. Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean. I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top.

We stayed at La MER in August 2024. The stay was excellent, the room was clean, everything worked perfectly except the air conditioning. But after telling the reception about the problem, a handyman was called the same day and everything was fixed. The receptionists were very nice and friendly. Michelle and I stayed in Hotel La Mer from the 12th to the 18th September 2024. The hotel is close to all amenities - beach, shops and sea. We were looked after very well, given excellent information re coastal walk to Sveti Stefan and Budva, daytrips and restaurants. Room had all modcons with daily room service, pool towels on request, air con. Staff were excellent especially Tanja, Jelena and Lidija

Nice clean room, perfect breakfast, and everything is close. I was staying with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely can recommend for families and couples for a nice time. I will be visiting soon on business alone and I'm staying here for sure.

Great staff , rooms are clean , breakfast with a lot of options. Close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing is not a lot parking space but the staff try to help !!!
