Good location, staff member was polite and engaging. Bought a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced. Terrace not very well lit. A youth carrying a makeshift weapon came onto the terrace and asked my wife and I if we had any money, he was stared out and told no before leaving. Also witnessed pickpockets in operation just outside, they were rumbled.

Had breakfast with friends here menu and food are good. Fresh orange juice and good coffee. Waiter was good and we spent a lovely relaxed Sunday morning. Beautiful hotel and clean. We tried to book for dinner but it was booked out. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice place to stay in Rafailovici. We stayed in room 16 - large apartment with excellent view from terrace. Everything you need for comfortable accommodation is there. Personnel is friendly and doing their best to make your vacation perfect. There are several markets near the hotel, bus stop is near too, so hotel has perfect location.

Great location of the hotel, within walking distance from the beach. Parking place is included in the price, which is an additional bonus. The staff is young, but very welcoming and willing to help. Good price for the value!

We had a great stay for 2 nights here at Villa Merci. It was not easy to drive to (because so many roads are impassable in that town!) but once we finally figured it out, there was a parking place in the front reserved for us and we were checked in really quickly and with a smile. Our room (number 2 I think?) had a double bed and a single, a basic kitchenette with 2 electric hobs and a kettle and fridge...

Good value, convenient location The staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and well appointed. Great value and location well situated to walk to most restaurants, old town, etc. The neighborhood was a tad noisy at times with barking dogs in surrounding homes and buildings. The villa is clean and has a boho style. AC, Wifi, Toiletries and coffee bar are available in the room. 5 mins walk to the beach side. There is a supermarket nearby and a turkish halal restaurant. They leave free umbrellas to use and it was really helpful as it unexpectedly rains. Sinan the owner is very friendly and helpful, he drive me to the bus station after check out.

Clean and cosy rooms. Feel like home. Staff is really helpful and friendly. They arranged my last minute transfer and saved my day. I got a lot of advice for places. Broadband speed is really good for working. I think hotel has device at every flat and garden. Definitely I will visit again and again.

Kousek od moře cca 10 minut. Skoro denně úklid, čisté ručníky, příjemná paní na úklid a p.Desa ráda se vším pomohla. Mohu doporučit.

Boravak je bio izuzetno prijatan. Divna gospodja Desa koja radi u vili se pobrinula da u svakom momentu sve bude cisto i uredno. Redovno su menjani peskiri i posteljina kao i upijajuce prostirke u kupatilu (menjane na dnevnom nivou). Vlasnica i osoblje su ljubazni i predusretljivi... Lokacija je dobra. Odnos cene i kvaliteta, korektan.

Convenient location! Friendly hosts! Not far away was a small market, buying meat and then roasting the market for free on the check. They took everything and made breakfast on the balcony of the room!

Clean, friendly service, problem with parking spaces, the bus will not drive - narrow streets, monotonous meals, poor buffet, 10 minutes to the beach.

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from Slovenska beach. Rooms are pretty spacious, but it could be much cleaner, there was no soap, hairdryer and towels had some spots but seemed clean. The staff at the reception and kitchen was very nice and helpful. Food was excellent!

Very nice apartment and very clean. The Kitchen is not good equipped. If you want to cook you need at least some good knives. You have everything at your disposal: sauna, fitness room, pool, garage. The location is not optimal. You have to drive up hill and the garage is really risky to use. You better have a strong car 🙈 The host was very friendly and the price is very good for their offer!

New building with a lot of amenities- sauna, ste am room, great gym, children playroom, reception. Amazing open pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, relaxation zone with amazing views! Totally worth the visit.

From the moment we booked the reservation, we were met with utmost kindness and understanding about our late arrival. The hosting family were extremely friendly, accomodating and had a wonderful energy. We left the room super delighted with our stay and the whole experience and will definitely be visiting Sobe Nedovic again!

Rooms are nice spacious. Sadly breakfast was terrible staff are polite at reception. We ask to change rooms as it was very nosy. Lady at reception helped us and changed our room. The hotel manager was not happy that she helped us as when she handed over the new key he looked annoyed with her and said something to her his face looked angry. Inside, the hotel is clean and well maintained. At the time of our visit it had major building work in the street surrounding it on 3 sides, which we were not told about. During shopping hours, the hotel can be accessed via the shopping centre located beneath. After 9pm, the street entrance must be used and guests have to scramble across the dangerous rubble, steel rods and general building materials...

We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

This hotel is really one of the best hotels in Budva. A very friendly welcome at the reception, friendly attention in the restaurant, generally quality service and a very beautiful beach. They definitely deserve five stars, but the only flaw is the pillows in the rooms are very bad. The owners should urgently take precautions for this situation.

Well... For the price, everything was great, don't know if they do something with the beach to become sandy. 😊 The only complaint is for the coffee, the one which you get for free is awful, but the one which you are paying from the same restaruant is good. 😜 Overall, I would recommend it for the families with kids.

Really great service from all the team, super friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is in a beautiful setting being right on the beach (around 10 mins in a taxi to Budva)and the rooms are clean and spacious. Only negative was there were some water activities listed in the book in the room however when we asked about these we were told they don’t do them which was a bit strange.
