I booked an EasyJet holiday. Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean. I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top.

I stayed there for a week and honestly it's not a bad hotel but the rooms have some broken furniture and you can't drink the water in the hotel. In some rooms the beds are comfy and in others they aren't and some rooms have bigger balconies with chairs and a table, while other rooms have the smallest balcony ever.
