I love this family hotel…everything-super!!!

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.

Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, beautifully landscaped yard, large and well-kept swimming pool. One minus is that there is no cleaning service.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. We spent a week at Velzon. It’s a great hotel for couples and families. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. Spacial thanks to Zeljka and Milan for their assistance and for making our stay memorable and enjoyable!

I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

Fantastic location, beach view from your apartment, and in the middle of Budva old town Central to everything needed. Only 1 downfall in Montenegro is the traffic. However, there is nothing you can do about that but enjoy the beautiful location.

Really friendly place and a good starting point for the nearby beaches or Kotor or Skodersko lake (or Budva, obviously). Each room of our apartment had separate AC, but in early June we didn't need it, probably thanks to appropriate construction technique. Rooms are not new but well maintained and equipped. This place was amazing, it had a kitchen bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom all the things you need, it also has a spacious balcony with a table, sun beds, and chairs and the view is stunning at all times. I can stare at the view for hours. I highly recommend this apartment, it’s lovely.

Booked their small bedroom apartment on Airbnb. The hosts are extremely helpful and always quick to respond. The studio matches all the descriptions. I have my own patio. AC works well both for ventilation and heating. Plenty of parking space too. Barely any noise.

I stayed here for 2 weeks until today.the apparently was in a good location between kotor and budva.it had a pretty garden bit the best thing was the host and her family. I spent six nights here and have very fond memories of my stay. The apartment was very well-equipped, like an apartment. The toilet in our room was outside the room. That's why I deducted one star. It's close to everything, and they're helpful. It's a value-for-money place.

Avarage budget stay it has fridge, balcony, very old air conditioner that took time to know how worked but otherwise it was okay not the best mattress on the bed but it was okay but its cute little family owned buisness, jasna doesn't speak good English but her son milos speaks good English and that helped alot but over all I enjoyed my stay there thank you alot it was a pleasure :)

On average it was ok for the price. Still, the rooms were not cleaned well when we arrived. One of the towels was dirty, there were spider webs everywhere and we had a weird towel in the freezer. I would not recommend it unless you had no other options

We stayed in this accommodation for 7 nights, it is good, comfortable, has a large space and is equipped with everything you need. It is clean, there are no unpleasant odors. The rooms are cozy. Everything is there. The view of the bay is stunning. I'll be back. There's private parking. There's no city noise. It's better to have a car to get to the beach or neighboring towns. But if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place.
