This wonderful hotel is a hidden treasure amongst the streets of the Medina. A beautiful place to stay with the most lovely staff. The lamb Tanjia and Tagine dinners were exceptional. The spa was a terrific treat. A perfect experience! The only complaint I have is not staying longer.

A Truly Special Place – We chose Riad Kheirredine to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The welcome, the warmth, the genuine care from every member of the team, it immediately felt different. Not transactional, not scripted, just incredibly sincere hospitality at the highest level. Walking into our room to find a beautiful rose petal message on the bed marking our anniversary was a moment we’ll never forget. It perfectly summed up the attention to detail that runs through everything the they do. Nothing is overlooked, nothing feels rushed, it’s all thoughtful, intentional and delivered with real pride. The Riad itself is stunning, peaceful, elegant and immaculately kept. Whether it was relaxing in the courtyard, enjoying breakfast in the morning sun, or unwinding on the rooftop, there’s a calmness to the place that’s hard to put into words. What truly sets Riad Kheirredine apart, though, is the people. The level of service is genuinely sensational. Every interaction felt personal, every recommendation spot on and every small touch added to the overall experience. And then there’s the wider setting…the culture, the atmosphere of the medina. One of the most memorable parts of our stay was hearing the call to prayer, this extraordinary, almost spiritual sound cloud drifting above the medina walls. It created a sense of calm and connection that’s difficult to describe but impossible to forget. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience. If you’re looking for somewhere truly special, this is it. We feel very lucky to have celebrated such an important milestone here and we will absolutely be back.

Riad Kheirredine is a fantastic boutique hotel - very worthy of its numerous accolades. It’s in a quiet location in the Medina and is a real oasis of tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The architecture is stunning, the amenities great and the room we stayed in was beautiful. We had a traditional Moroccan dinner one night of our stay and it was excellent. The breakfasts are plentiful and catering for my wife who is gluten-free was no problem whatsoever. I celebrated a birthday whilst there and the staff helped make it a special occasion with a surprise cake and rendition of “happy birthday” as well as decorating our room. Every single member of staff is friendly and welcoming - the hospitality is second to none and is warm and genuine. We interacted most with Fadwa (front of house) and Mohammad (restaurant) and they were outstanding - real ambassadors for the Kheirredine brand. Fadwa arranged a private tour for us, booked a local restaurant and sorted out a transfer to Agadir for the second part of our holiday in Morocco - all done efficiently. We had a great stay at the Riad and would recommend it to anyone. Big thanks to the Kheirredine team - you’re all amazing!

An amazing Riad in the narrow streets of Marrakesh, every day you walk through the real daily life of Moroccan people living there. The atmosphere in the Riad gives you all the feelings of a high street, top level Moroccan experience. Rooms are beautiful, specially in the renewed part of the Riad. 3 swimming pools, gym, relaxing areas, bar, coffee and water whenever you need, an amazing terrace with plenty of sunbed, fruit always available everywhere for a snack. The restaurant is nice and food is really good, breakfast is king! Place is fantastic but nothing beats the Service. Waiters and butlers there to help you all day long. they accompany you to the taxi area, they pick you up if requested and you are even given a mobile phone to contact them. thank you Fadwa and the other women at reception. Fadwa greets you with smiles and kindness, she makes you feel immediately comfortable and relaxed, she is very helpful for whatever you need, this is what you are after when you are on holidays. Top experience, amazing place, amazing people!! Worth coming back!!

I have stayed in many hotels in my life but I have never found that perfect blend of excellent service, together with real friendliness and a passion to do the very best, until I found the “family” of the team at Riad Kheirridine. Nothing was too much trouble. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay perfect. When you were asked if you had a good day, they were really interested and wanted to know all the details. “How is your meal?” a question often asked in passing, but not at RK. You could tell that the question was a genuine one, that they wanted to know in case they could do anything to better your experience. The food was gorgeous, we had no hesitation eating there every night. The menu is split into three, Moroccan, Italian and International and we tried something from every menu, although my favourite were the tagines served in the traditional tagine cookpot with a ceremonial rattling of the lid ! Breakfast was a feast of lovely breads, pastries and preserves, fruit, freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs, endless cups of coffee, a great way to start the day. I was very impressed that they provided oat milk for me whenever I had coffee after asking if we had any food intolerances. The beds were really comfortable and I slept really well. The suite was beautifully clean with bottled water, fresh fruit and tiny pastries available. Towels were changed daily. The riad itself is a work of art. The skilled craftsmen have produced amazing white carved walls, the light is beautiful and ever changing, creating a sense of peace. We also loved having help at the end of the mobile phone they provided, whether to ask a question, book a table for the restaurant or call for Adam if we got lost!! We had the best four days possible and felt we had left friends behind, ones who would welcome us back with open arms! We cannot wait !!

We truly experienced a beautiful touch of Moroccan artistry and hospitality in this place. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. Our room was exceptionally beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly clean—offering a sense of calm and quality from the very first moment. One of the great advantages of this hotel was that every time we went out, they provided us with a mobile phone, which was extremely helpful. They stayed in constant contact with us, guided us whenever needed, and if we returned late at night, one of the staff members would meet us at the taxi and walk with us through the small alleyways all the way to the hotel. This level of care and security made our stay truly flawless. A special thank you to Fadoua, who welcomed us with patience and great attention, taking the time to explain everything we needed for a perfect stay. Her recommendations for restaurants and the spa were excellent and made our trip even better. We will definitely be back.

A restful short stay in the impeccable surroundings of Riad Kheirredine where the staff go above and beyond to take care of you

Our stay and experience was first class luxury. From the moment we arrived to when we checked out, the entire time there was well spent. The attention to detail on the facilities, amenities and service was apparent. Every single employee we encountered had a genuine smile and provided gracious service throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hotel that provides warm and kind service along with a quiet sanctuary to relax, do not look anywhere else but here. You wont regret it.

Fabulous hotel. We will definitely be returning to this hotel as more of Marrakesh to see. All the staff at the hotel were amazing, friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Special mention to Fadwa who was a superstar, she went above and beyond, ensuring we got to all our organised trips on time and always checking in with us to ensure we were happy with everything. The chaperoning provided by the hotel was great and we will only return to this hotel next time we visit Marrakesh as this is important to us. They never made us feel like it was a problem. It was my boyfriend’s 60th birthday when we were there and they made it extra special for him, bringing an embellished breakfast to the room, decorating the bed with happy birthday in rose petals and making a birthday cake and singing happy birthday to him. Food and service at the hotel was of a very high standard and we have been to many 5 star hotels around the world. First time to Morocco and not the last. We found the Moroccans to be very warm and welcoming.

It is such a pleasure to share our experiences at Riad Kheirredine! My husband and I spent the most wonderful 8 nights in this most amazing establishment. First, the staff is extraordinary and goes above and beyond to make sure that each guest is beautifully cared for. They anticipated our needs before we even knew that we needed something! The staff offered recommendations for restaurants, activities and tours that were excellent, walked with us to different locations when we were unsure of how to get somewhere and truly treated us as family. Now to the food....we looked forward to every single meal that we had at the Riad. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and abundant! Our server always remembered our preferred beverages and like magic, the coffee and cappuccino would appear as soon as we entered the rooftop or restaurant. The food was so good that we chose to eat 3 of our dinners with them because of the variety and quality offered. The dinner menu offers Moroccan, Italian or International menus to be sure that all palates are considered. Our room was a generous space with a very comfortable King-sized bed with ample additional seating. Housekeeping comes to the room several times a day to be sure that you are comfortable with fresh towels and turndown service. It happened to be my husband's birthday and our bed was covered with rose petals saying "Happy Birthday". What a thoughtful touch! The location of the Riad is in a wonderful area within the Medina and an easy walk to the Souks and other sites around Marrakech. The Riad very thoughtfully gives each guest a phone so that we could call if we got lost, could use the GPS function on the phone and could use the internet to research the sites. We could also call the Riad when we were done with dinner or needing a Taxi and they would arrange for a speedy pickup with a trusted driver. My husband and I have been fortunate to be able to stay is some lovely places around the world and we both agree that the Riad Kheirredine offers the most of any place that we have stayed. We can not think of a single thing that they could do to improve their service or guest offerings and when we travel back to Marrakech, it is the only place that we would consider staying, ever! I have never been able to write that about any other hotel that we have stayed in. No higher praise can be given then that!

Order the lamb tajine. Wonderful staff and excellent food.

The road to get there is greeted with locals who will do anything to try and guide you for a price, so you have to be stern and say "No" as polite as can be. The inside is beautiful with great service with a roof top terrace for arrival drinks and a romantic inside for the main eating area which is covered with fresh petals. The food is either tapas or single starter, main and desert dishes but a little pricey for what it is. When leaving the waiters kindly walk you back to you riad which is a great service for a sketchy area. Overall I recommend for the restaurant but be weary of the journey to get there.
