Typical Moroccan Riad. Very clean, spacious rooms, central located but situated in an alley making it away from the city noise.

Beautiful and quiet spot in the center of old Marrakech. Our room was lovely and the host was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious with an amazing fresh smoothie, egg, pastries and freshly made local breads. We got takeaway pizza from down the street one night and ate it on the roof while we enjoyed the view.

It was a pleasure staying at Dar Bamileke. We woke up in the morning with the beautiful sound of the singing birds. The rooftop is really nice! Nice location too!

Very nice place! It was our favorite thing about Marrakech, to be honest. Very helpful staff and a nice, simple breakfast in the courtyard.
We are a family of four, so we stayed in the honeymoon suite. It was stunning.

The owners are super attentive; they solved everything for us in no time. The breakfasts are very good, the rooms are large and very clean. It makes your stay super comfortable and safe. It's also very close to the main square, and although it's in an alley, it's lit up at night, which is very important. I would definitely recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience at Bamileke, and I will definitely recommend this riad to anyone who is planning to visit Marrakech. The hosts are very kind, generous, and welcoming people. The riad is charming, clean, well-maintained, and cozy, conveniently located in the heart of Medina. Bamileke is also a perfect spot for remote work since there are several spaces in the riad with comfortable seats and large tables. I stayed at Bamileke for 11 days, and it was 100% worth it.

I stayed in this nice Riad just for one night but I really appreciated everything: good and central location, nice and kind staff, well cleaned rooms and well cooked breakfast, served on the terrace surrounded by the warmth of the sun, the birds singing and an atmosphere of peace and calmness. Highly recommended.

I had a wondertul night in the Dogon Suite. Beautiful courtyard, decorations, everything really. Luxurious quality bed. It was so serene having breakfast on the 2nd floor amongst the lush banana tree jungle. It was really quiet and peaceful because it’s located down a small side street, but only 5 minutes walk from the market square. Wi-fi was fast and strong. Staff extremely accomodating, I requested an earlier breakfast and late checkout due to having online work and it was no worries at all for them. I look forward to returning next time I visit Marrakech.

Came here for drinks and some hookah. Nice happy hour prices. Good hookah. Just not so great service

What a great vibe this place has! Three stories and each story has its own unique feel to it. I can’t speak of the food because I only had tea and wine, but this is most definitely one of my favorite places in Marrakech. Aside from the incredible decor, the music and service are phenomenal! If Anas is your server, be sure to strike up a conversation with him. He is very sweet and remembered who I was every time I came back which is always so nice in a foreign place. Oh, and did I mention 2 for 1 happy hour drinks at every hour?! Wine not? ;)
12.12.2017 Anya
Nice trendy bar, serves alcohol (!) at a reasonable price (65dh for two 330ml bottles of beer on the "happy hour" - which is all the time. Can't be shared.) Staff are nice enough.

It would have been 5 stars if they didn't refuse to let us in because they don't serve Moroccans... Twice in different times. I only wanted to go there again because the first time was with a group of foreigners and not sure if they forgot about me or something but I really liked it there, 360 view, great atmosphere, nice drinks/prices, good service,... If you're not moroccan, Go!
08.11.2017 Chyna
Food was tasty, 360° view was awesome, decor/ambiance was nice, and alcohol is available (hard to find in Marrakech), but prices were a bit high for the area.

I'm not a vegetarian or vegan but accompanied one to the Earth Cafe for my first vegetarian meal and have to say what a lovely place it is. The food was very good and the service excellent. The building interior is fascinating with a central staircase leading to various rooms on different levels where you can choose to eat your meal. I will come back to the Earth Cafe!
20.12.2017 Priyanka
Loved the food. It is a bit on the expensive side. But, great for vegetarians.
13.12.2017 Liz
Very good vegetarian and vegan foods for reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly.
11.12.2017 Simon
Great vegetarien food. Expensive, but it was a nice experience. Perfect place for vegans and vegetariens when you get tired of vegtable tangines
25.11.2017 Maria
It's definitely sort of expensive compared to other places in Marrakech. They have a menu option for 100 dhs (meal + dessert + tea) and you can get food and a decent tart from a nearby patisserie for less than 50 dhs. I had the vegan burger and yep, it doesn't come with a bun. I asked for some bread and they said they don't have any, but then brought a bun. Would be better if they just served it together from the start... (Stupid me thought the bun was dessert, cos they cut it up) The apple tart was delicious though! And the 'burger' wasn't bad too, but definitely would prefer a traditional on-the-bun with some tomato-lettuce-onion.

Cheap, nice owner and good wifi. At least during winter time rooms can be bit cold and moist. Bad location.
29.12.2016 Jacob
Very basic and no one speaks English. The owner tried to scam me into paying more by showing an outstanding balance from another customer and saying I owed too, even after I showed him my confirmed booking and payment. The internet here is atrocious as well.
27.03.2016 Jiad
The place is clean but the location is horrendous. Be careful with the caretaker as he will offer you advice on which shops to go to, but they are all his friends (ie they will give him a commission) and will swindle you with ridiculous prices. I wouldn't stay there again despite the prices being very reasonable simply because the location is awful. Also if you stay here you should plan to be back by midnight as we had an unfortunate experience of being locked out because the caretaker fell asleep
14.01.2016 Greg
The food is OK. But you can easily find better for a better price.
