Firstly, I would like to thank the manager Kenza for her support from the very beginning! Thank you, dear madam!
And then - what I liked and actually adored is the charm of the place, the interior, the warmth and most of all the hardworking, kind and always ready to help personal. My unforgettable 55th Bday, the singing girls and boys, the unique birthday cake. The beautiful and tender Nadia, the best cook, the perfectly clean and cosy room, the French speaking older man who always helped us.
And special and heartly thanks to Mouad, who welcomed us with delicious mint tea, who made my birthday so unforgettable. Who organized us a food tour and all the time was taking care of our wellbeing. He explained the city to us, organized taxis, advised us on prices and places to visit. He was the main figure for our nice and safe vacation. He wished us goodbye with the warmest wards in the world - "You are always welcome, here you are at home". Big thank you beautiful team! THANKS TO YOU A DREAM BECAME A REALITY. Hugs, kisses and a very happy new year from Elena and Ivan. See you soon!

Palais Tinmel is a beautifully restored off-the-beaten palace with lovely rooms, but light on the amenities. Ultimately, would recommend this spot for budget travelers looking for peace and quiet away from the souks. Staff are nice and the building is decorated authentically and tastefully. Unfortunately, WIFI is very poor (Eg. strongest in reception, non-existent in rooms) and the breakfast very standard (Eg. bread, jam, butter, and coffee). The neighborhood sewage system seems to have a few issues, and it was normal to come back after a day of exploring and find your room smelling kind of musty. The area is full of locals who try to take advantage of you by telling you the alleyways are closed ("Fermez, fermez!"), so you pay them to take you to the right place. They can be aggressive, so don't take their help unless you're willing to pay at least 100drh.

From moment we entered Riad Palais Tinmel we were greated not as customers but as a distinguished guests. Mouaad was really cool and funny host. We really enjoyed our stay.
If I could give suggestions, breakfast could include few eggs for example.

A very tourist-friendly place. The service was top-notch. The guys at the reception were kind and helpful, and the ladies responsible for the meals were equally friendly. The room was comfortable and convenient, and the décor was very interesting and memorable. The area was okay, but it’s about a 30-minute walk from the main square. You won’t see many tourists around here — mostly local residents. Breakfasts were mostly on the sweet side. Both the mint tea and the coffee were very good.

Very beautiful Riad, the service staff is very friendly, highly recommended.
The only problem is the location is not very good, it is located in the north of the old city, and you need to cross the entire old city.
I like everything else very much.

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom didn't have a door, but it was designed so that water wouldn't get all over the floor. The hotel restaurant was nice, and the bar staff were very friendly. They would be a little slow when there were many people.

This place makes you feel like you are in the fairytale. Whole place is absolutely stunning. Don't take normally many pictures but here every Place you look at feels like needed a capture. A lot to explore. Location is perfect, just slightly off from all the business of Medina markets. Breakfast was great for pastry lovers. We stayed only 1 day, surely next day they serve eggs and vegetables too. Yesine who was working there, have made our experience even better. All the knowledge he had shared and tips he has given made us even more excited about the trip. Hospitality and friendliness of this place goes above and beyond. Our flight was at 7pm and they have extended our stay in the room until 1pm. Thank you once again. But guess what, we didn't stay in the room as whole place is wholesome and we have enjoyed complimentary tea in the garden instead until we depart. Strongly recommend it!!!
