One of the favourite hotels for tourists from all over the world. Qualified and dedicated to providing nice accommodation for visitors. Calm place and good access to Oman mall, Avenue mall, quorum beach and embassies of different countries.

Very centrally located hotel with all the regular amenities of a chain but with friendly staff and service and attractive prices make for a comfortable stay. Bus station to the airport and other attractions is nearby and some sights are walking distance. Many restaurants in the area make the stay even easier.

Old hotel with old furnicher but very calm and nice.The staff is very kind. The Restourant is small but very charm. Food is nice. The atmosphere is romantic and there sound wonderfull calm music everywhere. The pool is good size and most of the time don't have a people. Like a normal 3 star hotel bot very tidy as it is bit old but has almost all the facilities which you need. Toilitiers are also available at your request. Stayed there for business trip. Walkable distance to cafes and grocery shop.

It's a very economical hotel and located in the heart of the business area. Shopping for Gold , electronics , garments , dry fruits etc is in the same area.

An average 3-star hotel. There were issues with the hot water, but otherwise, it's good value for money.

This is an unpretentious hotel, quite old-fashioned but still holds up well. I stayed on the city-facing side (not the road-facing side), so it wasn't noisy at night. The double glazing helped a lot. Clean and hygienic, with a great balcony. It's just a few minutes' walk to the mosque. If you turn right downstairs, there's a small Indian restaurant that's very authentic and affordable. The Indian guy there speaks super standard English, so communication is a breeze.

There was absolutely no hot water in the room, all the plumbing was super old, and the faucet in the sink was barely holding on. The breakfast was quite meager; only snacks were included in the price, while substantial dishes (like an omelet) cost extra. The only good thing was the possibility of a late check-out (until 1 PM).

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. The location is convenient, and the amenities were great. I would definitely come back again!

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I underwent quarantine fro 2 weeks here prior to my arrival in Saudi Arabia. The food provided during the stay was quite good, and the view from the window — with its hilly terrain — was both peaceful and enticing.

At any hotel we receive free water in the fridge but over here no water when you call the help desk please call 6 the restaurant!!!! Did it cost you alot of money? To keep water at the room!!!!

Not really satisfied with our stay here. We had booked a suit and the rooms were big & spacious. But the lighting is really bad. And they don't even provide water or tea bags, for the price they had charged us! When we asked for water, they charged us 700 paisa for just 1 bottle of water. Absolutely ridiculous. And the kettle they provided had a foul smell.

Large, spacious, clean room, with a comfortable bed and good location. But the staff are incredible. My husband got very sick during our stay and they got us everything we needed - water, extra blankets, slippers, very late check-out, information on pharmacies and clinics nearby. I've noticed a common trend in hotels here: the lobby is typically grand and looks newly renovated, but the rooms themselves are quite old-fashioned. In my triple room, the headboard was designed for twin beds, and the third bed felt like an afterthought. There was no electric kettle, and the bathroom was tiny.

Ideal location for Mutrah which you can walk to the centre and the water within about 15 minutes. Very helpful staff and friendly. It’s not 5 star accommodation but good value. I had a problem with my hire car and needed a jump start and the security guy helped me out.

The hotel was generally acceptable, but the room and bedding were dirty, run-down, and had a bad smell. The breakfast was also a disappointment; it wasn't a buffet, and the menu was fixed. Overall, I'm not satisfied with this establishment and wouldn't particularly recommend it, despite the staff being serious and helpful.

Even though it's not expensive, they should offer free extended stay, but they don't.

I can give neutral 3stars. The service is great, breakfast too. But I am sensitive for noise and unfortunately the hotel does not provide the Silence I need. Do everyone should know that the hotel is at the high way and that there is a bar nearby. If you are not sensitive to noise the it’s a good choice!

Despite the indifferent staff, rooms are quite nice if rather dated, especially bathrooms. Still, a comfortable bed, desk, armchairs - all that you'd need for a day or two. I spent three nights here. Excellent location. Service and accommodation were both good. However the restroom's hot water availability was inadequate. They have a pool with few restriction and a well kept Gym. Breakfast was free, but it wasn't upto par. My overall experience, nevertheless was positive.

Once you get inside the room, it smells like cigar. Didn't likee it at all. the location in google is different because google will redirect you at the back of the hotel. Honestly, upon arrival I was surprised to find the room unavailable, even though I had booked and paid in advance. I waited for almost two hours until they finally provided me with a room. Frankly, it was a bad experience in terms of booking, but the rooms and facilities were excellent considering the price.
