The hotel's location is super convenient, right on Orchard Road. It's surrounded by shopping malls and all sorts of facilities. The hotel staff, especially the 'aunties', are incredibly friendly, and everyone else is really enthusiastic too. Breakfast is plentiful, and you can even watch the Singapore Airshow from here.

Great location, close to the subway station, making daily commutes very convenient. I stayed for 4 nights, and on the last day, the staff didn't replenish anything. I'm not sure why.

The front desk service excellent and the server- Christine who serve us breakfast is professional as well.
Location is good, but the door lock is no function. The dust drop from the air con in the during shower.

The bed and blanket were so comfy, I slept really well during my stay. I love the TWG tea bags too. Breakfast was good with various choices, mostly Asian cuisine.

The room is spacious and beautifully designed. Our kids love this hotel and it is so conveniently located in one end of Orchard room. We are not far from Far East Shopping Mall, something old school that resembling Singapore in 80s. It is easily accessible to other part of Singapore either by public transport or cab. Since we spent a great deal of time going to Sentosa island for activities, the saving is huge.

An excellent hotel with great value for money, approved by the whole family. We'll definitely stay here again next time. It's very convenient for getting around, and there's a bus stop right across the street with direct service to the airport.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We checked in quite late, so they might have upgraded us to a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. What really stood out was the shrimp noodles at breakfast – absolutely delicious! This hotel offers great value for money in Singapore.

Bad service. The uncle put 2 subs in 1 paper basket for my two friends.... think then u know how to wraps sub to eat? Ask for 1 more basket for my friends then the lady said why my friends not come take herself? And if u go in the morning, slow and tired face ask u what u want to eat....

The positives - good ambience, friendly staff, good portions. We were offered a bread basket to start, and it had good variety and the bread was nice and warm. Ingredients on our burrata appetizer and pizza were really fresh and flavourful.
The not-so-positives - house red wine was served cold. The wine itself was not too bad but the fact that it was chilled was rather disappointing. It was also a little on the pricey side, costing us $15 per glass of not more than 5oz. The crust of the pizza, while having a good bite and texture, could use with a little more flavour.
Would we come back again? Maybe, but we might forgo the wine and try a couple of the other appetizers. Pizza was good enough for when you crave it and happen to be in the area.

Pricey but parking is no issue if you're eating at the restaurant. Wagyu beef is ??just aptly cooked for a medium rare request. Cosy restaurant.

tried the pasta it was really bad , cold , slow and hard. I understand that the pasta are probably hand made pasta but it's way too hard. Overly priced for sub-par taste..
