I want to specifically highlight an issue with Trip.com's pre-sale feature, which I think could be better synchronized with hotel reservations. I used three vouchers, but because the pre-sale room was fully booked for one of the nights, I ended up adding an extra night at Trip.com's official rate. When I checked in, I discovered my reservation was split into individual one-night bookings, which meant the front desk had to print four separate forms for me to sign – a real hassle and time-waster.

Adding to that, I booked the additional night (without breakfast) at Trip.com's rate. Later, when I checked the price for the same night at the hotel, I found that the rate I paid was actually more expensive than the rate that included breakfast. That left a pretty sour taste. I get that Trip.com is a huge company and a leader in the industry, but couldn't you do a better job protecting customer interests in these small matters? At the very least, a refund for the price difference or a complimentary breakfast from the hotel through your system would be appropriate. Isn't customer experience what matters most these days???

The location is superb! We practically covered all the main attractions just by walking around the hotel. Getting to Chinatown only took a few minutes by bus. The room was spacious and offered excellent value for money. The Funan mall across the street has a ton of food options, which is where we ended up having most of our lunches and dinners.

The staff are great, this is my second time booking here. The hotel location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around. There are also many attractions nearby and tons of food options.

Strategically located in the heart of Singapore's city center, Grand Park City Hall is just a 5-minute walk from City Hall MRT station, offering super convenient access to attractions like the Merlion and Clarke Quay. Our junior suite features a private jacuzzi, generous space, comfortable bedding, and city street views. The hotel also boasts a pool, fitness area, and diverse dining options, making it perfect for both upscale leisure and business travel.

The hotel has a warm and elegant atmosphere, and the staff are very polite. The location is superb, within walking distance to attractions like Merlion Park, National Gallery, Clarke Quay, Old Hill Street Police Station, Fort Canning Park, and Chijmes. Across from the hotel is Funan Mall, with a supermarket on B1 and Ya Kun Kaya Toast on B2. Transportation to the airport is very convenient, just a direct ride on the East West Line. My stay was excellent!👍

Lovely and quiet stay at crystal club room with Smart Control system, log in WiFi and scan QR to control the light, fan etc. Had a room at level 9 crystal club level, breakfast, cocktails and high tea provided are simple and tasty. Room is facing another hotel so there is no view. Location is beside peninsula plaza, level 1 entrance is not so obvious, check in is at level 3. Very nice scenery from the rooftop viewing area.

I am extremely unhappy with my stay at this hotel. We booked a room clearly advertised for 4 people, but on arrival we were given a small room suitable for only 2 people. This is nothing but false advertising and cheating customers.

I feel misled and deceived. What is shown online is NOT what you actually get. This hotel cannot be trusted. even the amenities were provided only for 2 people

I strongly do NOT recommend this place to anyone.
Everything is just paid review, Save your money and stay elsewhere.

This time, the executive lounge room we got was significantly smaller than before. This is our third visit, and it's the only time there's been no bathtub, and the toilet and sink were uncomfortably close. The executive lounge had no Coke, which was disappointing, and the drink selection was reduced. In the evenings, only red wine was available. It feels like the budget for drinks has been cut, but the food is still great, whether it's afternoon tea, dinner, or breakfast. One small detail: previously, every time we entered the executive lounge, a server would immediately come over and ask if we'd like coffee and what kind. This time, that didn't happen. I wonder if it's a new policy to cut costs, but for frequent guests like us, it's quite noticeable.

Repeat customer for the fourth time. Had a great relaxing birthday celebration staycation.

The club lounge and front desk staff are all very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Amanda from the club lounge.

Mingalaba. Used to work here everyday, it brings back a lot of memories. You only get Burmese food here, love it or hate it. I always eat the Mohingarr and will spam the coriander (yums) @ Mother's House (located at B1 beside the Burmese vegetarian restaurant), day in day out when I worked there. I still have fond memories because whenever I am there I don't have to speak a word, the lady would just serve up a spicy bowl of mohingar for me cos she remembers me (bperhaps sick of me ordering the same thing everyday hahahaha). At one point I got sick and tired of Burmese food I just don't feel like eating anymore. But now I miss Burmese Food and its distinct taste. It's been almost 2 years, will be back for Burmese Food soon! Come here for great taste and selection of Burmese food, nonetheless!??

Located behind the peninsula hotel. Mens tailors , new and second hand camera shops, shoes (but limited with larger sizes), and music stores, including LPs. Very old, run down. Only useful to go if you're interested in these types of shops.
