Amara Hotel in Singapore

Very bad experience!!!!!!! Worst hotel stay I ever had.
Totally disappointed n short changed!!!!!

We had a complimentary company 1 night stay in this hotel.
My family of 4 was given a room with a so called queen sized bed which is more like a super-single!!
Initially I Thot this was the standard of the hotel n was disappointed coz it was just a basic simple room.
The bathroom drainage was bad. My kids were standing on pool of water to shower.
When I called to ask for change of room, the receptionist suggested to send a personnel to clear the drainage n it improved a little.
When I asked for change of room again, the receptionist told me the last room was taken by a walk in n no room to change!!!
I asked for extra bed so at least my hubby some space to sleep. There was just one extra bed which was oredy given to other guest.
Later when I saw the room of my co- worker then I realised it was the worst room I was given. It was actually room for handicapped.
Best part the receptionist ( later found that she is a supervisor) told me by square area this is the biggest room !!!

I supposed I was not given the priority to change coz walk in fetched better room rate????
Is this the way hotel operate to ensure maximum profit??????
The only thing they could do is said sorry n nothing else.
U want nice hotel stay? Reconsider!!!
