Reviews
The rooms were clean and spacious and we had a room with a sea view which was stunning.
The pools were lovely and clean, the loungers were comfortable and there was plenty of them. It was also super quiet on the evenings.
There was evening entertainment which was fun and different every night.
The food and drink were all very good and we had someone with an intolerance and the staff made special desserts for us which was lovely.
They did different themes for food every night which kept it really interesting unlike other all inclusive holidays I’ve had before.
Patrico was brilliant and he never seemed to stop working hard!
The ocean was beautiful, I fully recommend snorkelling and you can rent a padel board from reception which was easy and fun.
I did get a jellyfish sting but the lifeguards on the beach were kind and very helpful.
Would really recommend this place for any adults, we went as a group of 7 and only had a couple issues with a room key not working and a room not being ready at check in but it didn’t dampen the holiday at all.
We arrived at lunch time and the floor in the restaurant was so slippery with grease that we couldn’t walk without slipping in sensible trainers.
The food was disgusting!! It was undercooked, bland or extremely salty. The variety of food was poor so wouldn’t bother if you don’t like fish or have any allergies. All side dishes had absolutely no flavour and were extremely dry. Often the cutlery and plates weren’t clean and restaurant staff were extremely rude and made you feel like an inconvenience!
Our room smelt so bad of damp and was provided with a fridge that didn’t work, a balcony door that didn’t shut or lock. You had to pay to use the safe in the room. Our room wasn’t cleaned the entirety of the stay. Hand wash and body wash were empty when we arrived and wasn’t topped up. The bedding was filthy and smelt of damp. The shower leaked through the room causing it be a serious slipping hazard. The shower temperature was constantly going from ice cold to scolding. Our towels were never changed and had to pay for a pool towel. We were given a rude response when asking for towels to be changed. I walked around the room barefoot for no longer than 30 minutes and my feet were black.
We booked and paid a lot of money for all inclusive and the majority of the snack bar menu you had to pay for basic meals. All drinks were extremely watered down as well as the soft drinks. A lot of the drink selection you had to pay for.
We stayed as a group of 4 and all of us had stomach issues the whole time we were there. It didn’t help that we didn’t get any toilet roll in the hotel room.
We complained to the manager and was told we were aggressive for complaining and the greasy floors were down to humidity. The manager told us “don’t know what it’s like in England” when we explained the cleanliness isn’t up to our standards (There was mould everywhere).
The manager (Vanessa) at reception was extremely rude and her way of “resolving” our issues was for us to “stay somewhere else for all i care”.
We asked for late check out (it was advertised everywhere) when we checked in and we were told we had to do it the day before we leave. The day before we left we asked again, as instructed, and was told we had to do it when we got there by another member of staff. We was told it was “our problem” and after asking if there was any facilities to use in the meantime she told us “we have to be out by 11”.
This hotel was disgusting and the way we were treated by staff was disgraceful.
AVOID THIS HOTEL!
The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and I’d definitely recommend booking a sea view room. We were welcomed by lovely, friendly staff, which made a great first impression.
One of the highlights was watching the sunrise every morning from the coastal path right outside the hotel. You can even enjoy the view from your room. We were also lucky enough to have the local goats come by to say hello a few times!
The area is beautiful, and I loved the peaceful morning walks around 7am. The sea was crystal clear, refreshing, and perfect for a swim. There’s also a small pool on the 4th floor, which we practically had to ourselves for most of the trip since most guests seemed to use the main pool.
The food at the hotel was okay, but if you’re staying here, make sure you visit La Tasca a short walk away, it was some of the best food and sangria I’ve ever had, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again!
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. They kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a lovely gesture. Unfortunately, the only available upgraded room had a double bed, and as we specifically wanted twin beds, we were unable to accept.
After checking in, we were pointed in the direction of our room. While it was extremely clean and well-maintained, it was very compact. The space was quite limited, and we found it difficult to move around the beds and access the balcony comfortably.
Having travelled all morning, we headed to the snack bar for lunch. When we tried to order, we were informed that around half of the menu was unavailable. Unfortunately, the staff member was unable to clearly explain which items were available and which were not. We were also told that this was the hotel’s reopening day, something we had not been aware of when booking. Once we eventually found something to order, the food was acceptable, but overall it did not feel like the standard you might expect from a four-star hotel.
Later, we spent some time by the pool and noticed that the hotel was extremely quiet. Ordering drinks from the pool bar proved to be rather frustrating. Several drinks listed on the menu were unavailable, which seemed surprising given that the hotel had only just reopened. The barman appeared somewhat unhelpful when we asked about alternative options.
We ordered frozen cocktails, which understandably took longer to prepare. However, when I politely asked if they could be brought over to our loungers — especially as we were the only guests by the pool — I was told rather abruptly that there was no lounger service and that I would need to wait approximately 15 minutes at the bar.
Paying for drinks was also problematic, as the card machines seemed to be frequently out of order. On one occasion, ordering and paying for just two cocktails at the sea-view pool bar took over 20 minutes, despite there being no queue and only my friend and me using the pool area. The cocktails themselves were average, although we did appreciate that they were made with branded spirits.
Overall, we had expected a hotel reopening after the off-season to be fully prepared and operating at its best. Instead, many aspects of the stay felt disorganised, and even simple requests often seemed unnecessarily complicated.
On a positive note, the breakfast was very enjoyable. There was a wide variety of options, the food was fresh and tasty, and the staff in the restaurant were consistently friendly and welcoming.
In summary, our stay was fairly average. While there were certainly some positives, particularly the cleanliness, breakfast, and helpful reception staff, the overall experience was let down by the lack of preparation and organisation. We came away feeling that it’s probably best to avoid staying at a hotel on its reopening day.
For the next trip if we choose Mallorca better find another Hotel....
Modern décor is very nice, as is the cleanliness.
Several nice bars, very comfortable pool and sheltered from possible winds.
Varied buffet service with Media +++ quality
Location of the sun loungers and access to the two beaches, simply divine.
The only point that could be improved would be the placement of foot wash tanks at the accesses to the beach, forcing users to rinse their feet. I think it would simplify the sand cleaning service.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to rest and enjoy sun and water. Thank you!!!!!!!
