Sol Mirador de Calas - Mallorca - All Inclusive Hotel in Cales de Mallorca

We stayed in a room suitable for people with disabilities. Had to fold my wheelchair up to get through the door into our room. There was a sliding door into the bathroom, which wax really large with a walk in shower a handle near to the toilet and a large sink, which you could easily fit your wheelchair underneath. Only downside was the lack of storage in the bathroom. No shelves to put anything on so had to keep them in the bedroom and take them in and out each time you used them. Proper coat hangers and plenty of them, the wardrobe was open as well so no doors to keep opening and closing. Lack of plug sockets in the bedroom but overall the bedroom again was really large, had a fantastic view of the sea. We were on all inclusive. Plenty of choice for food and named brands of drinks as well. Entertainment was fabulous, Bruno Mars Tribute Act, Ģloria Estefan Tribute Act and The Hooligans where brilliant and definitely a must see. Entertainment staff, especially Latizia were very attentive, always acknowledged you and took time to talk to you, always making sure everyone was happy and having a good time. Very relaxed hotel, don't put the sunbeds away every night and they don't mind you moving them or where you put them. Allow you playing with a ball and having a blowup toy in the pool. Bit of a walk into the town, which was difficult with my wheelchair as well, not many dropped kerbs. I would definitely go back to this hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean and impressive, very modern. Our room was great with balcony and sea view, the bed was very comfortable with a great nights sleep, a/c worked great! Mini fridge in the room also. Great range of well cooked and good quality foods. The bar drinks were great with known alcohol brands used in the all inclusive package.
5-10 min walk to the beach, which was amazing. 10-15 min walk the the local shops/bars which there were plenty of.
Great pool, however was colder than the sea when we went and also quite deep in most parts.
Evening entertainment was usually 10-11 which was a singing act (the few nights we were there to watch) otherwise there was no entertainment or even music, however the bar area was nice to sit in. I would also add that the hotel has many steps, inside and outside, not a problem for us however I can imagine may be for other guests. Overall the hotel was a great stay, staff were friendly and very clean kept! I would very recommend this hotel!

Beautiful view from the window. Rooms are renovated, simple but clean. The food is quite good for Spanish alliclusive, and it was all fish and meat and seafood. The staff is friendly and outgoing. Every night the bar had live music. Near the hotel there are 2 beaches. There were some cons (subjective), but overall I enjoyed it.

The hotel has undergone a significant amount of renovation work and so the rooms, eating area and poolside are all lovely. The food is pretty good as well with plenty of choice including different types of meats, fish, salads, deserts etc. I went all inclusive and would say it was great value for money with loads of different spirits, beer and wine available. My only slight negative comment was that the customer service could be a bit better. This was due to a long wait for checking in (partially due to a slow computer system and staff seemingly allowing people to jump the queue) and there were long queues to get drinks in the evening. With a few more staff on hand, it would have been a 5 star for me.

Lovely hotel, clean spacious. Rooms are great with a fab shower, blacony, TV and stereo. Safe is not included with standard all inclusive however and complimentary water bottles have bottle tops but no bottle opener provided. Food served constantly, good and reasonable varied but sometimes samey mix of hot meats, salads, pasta, breads, cheese cold meats, yogurt, fresh vegetables and fruit and lots of sweet options. All inclusive options good for the price point, though bar often queued as typically one bartender. Receptionist very helpful and keen to help in any way at any time, good English spoken throughout, great spot with three great beaches a stroll away and shops/bars/cafes also a short distance away.

Nice place and OK food. Suits well for kids and families. Could have something more romantic for couples. Good customer service.

It was my son's 21st during our stay the hotel staff left Champagne, glasses, a cup cake with a candle and some lovely chocolates in the room, such a nice touch 💙

If I could give it 6 stars I would. Been to 6 different hotels all across Majorca and this is by far the best one hands down. Rooms are really nice and clean, the whole hotel as well in fact, staff are lovely and friendly, pool area is great and the views from the room are amazing. The food is okay, not much of a variety on different days but is still nice. Would highly recommend!! Will definitely be staying here again!

Hotel with nice views over the see. Professional and nice staff. Big and comfortable rooms. Good food. Nice pool area. Need to add some ramps here and there to improve accessibility with prams, wheelchairs, etc
