A good, clean hotel with varied breakfasts and dinners. Cleaning and towel changes are available on request, as they care about environment. There is a small pool with some sun beds. The nearest beach is super good.

The only thing I didn't like was the old air conditioner, which were very noisy, and the extremely uncomfortable toilet brush. Seriously, replace them with normal ones

There was nothing to complain about during our stay! Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Clean rooms with good amenities. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. The hotel location is also very good: the beach is about 100 meters away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants/bars nearby.

The hotel is ideally located for exploring the island, close to all the necessary services, yet in a quiet area. Convenient free parking is available. The beach is just a few meters away. A wide selection of restaurants in the area is also available. The hotel staff is very kind and friendly, highlighting TONY at the reception who works the night shift, Sergio, who "manages" breakfast, and Maria, who took care of the care and cleaning of our room. I had a birthday party during my stay, and the hotel left me a detail in the room. Small gestures like these make a big difference. This is definitely a hotel we will return to, and I highly recommend it.

I went with a friend for a week. Weather - gorgeous! Hotel - really excellent hotel. I was the end of the season and we were there for the last week of opening before closing for the winter. As a consequence, the hotel was relatively quiet. It is immaculate and the staff were really lovely. Our room was cleaned everyday and was roomy and quiet. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of space. Beds were 21 euros for two per day . We were half board and the food was fresh and nice - a little meat heavy TBH but thats just my fussiness coming into play. The transport around the hotel is easy, cheap and very frequent. Great for a trip to Alcudia and Pollensa I will definately return xx

We had a fantastic stay! All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and hardworking. The receptionist and manager were especially lovely, making us feel truly cared for. The hotel is clean, in a great location across the stream from the beach, with a large pool and plenty of sunbeds. Calm, relaxing atmosphere with no screaming kids. Bar staff were friendly, drinks reasonably priced. Minor downsides: some evening entertainment lacked talent, and the balcony light was too bright to enjoy late-night seating. Overall, a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely return!

We will definitely return. Great location , modern clean comfortable hotel. Great attentive staff special mention to Enrique, Carlos, Javier and Teri. Very good choice of food in restaurant. Lovely accessible pools , very good entertainment in the evening excellent proximity to the accessible beach which had beach/sea wheelchairs with free loungers and parasol for disabled. May be nice to offer tea/coffee making in room facilities it would save us bringing our own mini kettle . Also offer a light packed breakfast for early departures as we didn't want to eat at 4 in the morning. We came by Ferry from Denia with our car which meant we could visit Alcudia Polenca and Valdemosa very beautiful places. The twisty Road down to Valdemossa Harbour was quite scary but well worthwhile . Also Deia in the mountain's worth visiting. If we hadn't have taken our own car there are plenty to hire especially convertibles like our car.

From start to finish, we could not fault this hotel. Staff at reception, breakfast and bar (especially Rafa) were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is absolutely spotless. We had a corner balcony with a view of the lovely pool. Location is amazing with great restaurants nearby, directly next to bus stop and a stones throw away from the beautiful beach.entertainment was great we wish we had gone to it sooner- especially the all stars. Would recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful place staff in the hotel couldn’t do enough for you we had a 9 month old with us they went above and beyond for him highly recommended we booking for next year now too easy access to the beach all you need

We had a wonderful stay at JS Hotel with the family. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always willing to help, which made our trip even better. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around easily. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience—we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
