There were also plenty of activities for both kids and adults during the day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids loved the fun and engaging programs, while we appreciated the variety of options available for adults as well – there was always something to do, whether you wanted to stay active or just relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
A very special thank you to Yane at reception, who truly made our experience unforgettable. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude stood out from the start. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.
We were also incredibly touched by the surprise arranged for my birthday – it was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration even more special. It’s these little details that make a big difference and turn a great holiday into an amazing one.

Food options are good but only the buffet and the BBQ restaurant available. BBQ restaurant was good.
We have spend our Summer holidays last week of August in Mallorca and we couldn't have better hotel than Iberostar Waves Alcudia Park. In your first step off the hotel you are in the beach! The facilities are quite good, the room is not big but you have room enough for what it is, and good swimming pool size. The food is amazing, and the staff is awesome. From the bar in the pool, with Maite, Laura and Sebastian (great coffee), to the entertainment team (Andres is an amazing entertainer and host, always cheering up to get us enjoying our time; also Andres and the rest of the team. The best of any hotel we went). The buffet at the restaurant is really good quality. Every day you have a theme (Spanish tapas, Mexican, sushi, ...), and they care for you to be comfortable all the time (Brian treats you like you are a VIP).
My teenagers said that it was the better holidays they ever had :) !
We are really thinking to book here again for next year. No doubt!
Service was eager to help and friendly but issues needed to be raised several times before anyone solved them. The noise level in their most silent prestige wing was unacceptable. It is more about distracting animations than about good accommodation. Experience was other than the friendly staff, horrible.
