Leonardo Royal Hotel Mallorca Palmanova Bay in Palma Nova

When you walk into reception and see the through view all the way to the water you know you are going to have a fantastic stay. The fresh scent in the reception area just added to the ambience. Although we arrived early before our room was ready check in was quick and easy thanks to the friendly staff. Our studio room was ideal and the balcony had a stunning view over the water. The only thing that let the room down was the twin beds pushed together instead of the double expected. The room and hotel in generally was extremely clean. Plenty of selection of food for breakfast and although we had half board we only had dinner twice as we were busy exploring the surrounding area but we enjoyed the nights we were there and again the Hotel food was perfectly acceptable. We generally had a nightcap each evening on our return to the hotel and sat on the roof terrace overlooking the sea and soaking in the stunning views morning or night and indeed we were even lucky enough to see dolphins which really made my partners trip by itself. Overall this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable stays we have had. We would thoroughly recommend to couples , family's and indeed anyone looking for an escape. The trip was so good we didn't want it to finish and will happily return. Thank you.

The hotel was just great — perfect location, delicious food, and friendly staff.
However, the room cleaning was really disappointing. During our 8-day stay, the towels were changed every day, but the bed linen was changed only once. The room itself was never cleaned, the floor was never washed, and there was hair and dirt on the floor from the very first day.

Pool water bloody freezing. We went to main hotel pool by the sea , life guard won’t let us stay at the pool although we stay at sister hotel , we bought drinks from the pool bar. Lifeguard was rude to us. We asked to speak to manager , he didn’t dare to call the hotel manager

I highly recommend this place! It’s our second stay at Leonardo, and once again everything was perfect. The rooms are cleaned daily and always spotless, the food is delicious with plenty of variety — you never have to worry about running out, even if you come later. The views are beautiful, and the location is fantastic — right next to the center and just a short walk from the beach. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help. We honestly have nothing to complain about!

Myself and 4 mates stayed here for a long weekend and it certainly exceeded expectations. The bedrooms and inhouse facilities were all spotless and pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view was worth every penny. The breakfast sorted us out every morning, we never needed lunch. Great food and even better mojitos..
There's a convenience shop by the hotel entrance which was good for snacks and water etc.
The absolute highlight of our stay had to be the range of FREE in house activities available. All the entertainment staff were friendly and approachable but a massive shout out to Anna who literally catered to our ever need like we'd just walked into her own house. Anna had a natural ability to rouse us from our hungover rotting on the sunbeds to go kayaking, paddleboarding, archery, ping pong and darts which we were very grateful for, she also gave great restaurant and bar recommendations in the local area. Anna actually made our holiday and went above and beyond what was expected of her role!
We will definitely be returning here next year, I think I made it obvious why, honestly can't fault it..

Originally, we planned to stay for 8 nights, but in the end, we extended our stay to 14 nights because we loved the hotel so much. We booked a studio with a sea view, and from the terrace, we could practically jump straight into the water. The room was spotless—cleanliness was a solid 10/10! Every day, the room was cleaned, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.

The team at the reception was also fantastic. They responded to all our requests promptly and with a smile.

I know some people complain about the little uphill walk to the hotel (just a 5-minute walk), but honestly, it gives the hotel an unforgettable view from all the terraces—especially the main hotel terrace overlooking the entire Palmanova area. Personally, I felt right at home.

The only thing I could maybe mention is that breakfast was a bit repetitive—it had everything, but it was the same every day. It’s not that they could’ve done anything particularly creative with it, but hey, I don't want to praise them too much 😂 because they are just too good to be true! We’re definitely planning to return!
