Great experience all round

The location could not have been better, right on the main road facing beach and promenade. The lobby was very well done. The pool on 1st level was the highlight overlooking beach and promenade. There were a lot cafes, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walking. The taxi stand was just outside. The breakfast in the morning was quite good though with limited veg options. The staff at reception was always very helpful and courteous. Housekeeping was also praiseworthy. I have given this place four stars though it deserves five stars. One big problem was our room. We had booked a premium room with small terrace and jacuzzi. The problem was this hotel is in L shape and our room was in this L wing. There was a building in front of our room which blocked 75% view of beach and sea. A normal double room on the higher floor above pool would have been better.

Celebrated my birthday with a 1 night stay. Welcomed by Aga, absolutely delightful welcome. Invited to have breakfast because of our early arrival. Booked a sea view room . The view from room 408 was just stunning. The team at the hotel left a bottle of cava with a birthday message in our room. Such a lovely touch. The room was spotless, bed very comfortable and toiletries smelt great too. The buffet restaurant offered so much variety. Sometimes it have been served hotter but otherwise very good. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay. Thank you for making our 1 night so special.

This is a really lovely hotel. Lovely smiley enthusiastic greeting when booking in from Aga , all the staff are lovely here everyone. Room was reasonable size, clean, lovely bed. Breakfast is outstanding an excellent selection of anything you need. Location perfect right on the beach with restaurants next to you if you wish to eat out. I'm not a great hotel reviewer but this one deserves a 5 star review . Thank you Paul and Lucy .

Small boutique hotel with a beach chill vibe throughout, positives are :- Lovely atmosphere Lovely helpful staff Fabulous breakfast Comfortable beds Stunning sea views - get a sea view room Brilliant wine bar man Roberto and team Close to some shops and restaurants Perfect for a peaceful restful holiday and a great switch off , it is at the quiet end of palmanova. Salmon was delicious Great Aircon Great pool beds if you are a sunbather Small wardrobe area but that didn’t bother us. Tea and coffee in the room Good cleaning service daily Spotless hotel, super clean! & they were painting the walls white to freshen them up as we were leaving. Lifts were always working Negatives:- Evening meal could be hotter and better meats & choices. Too much pork and chips. Restaurant very brightly lit, but I have light sensitivity. I felt the bar area lacked very relaxing comfortable chairs and most guests seemed over 50. It is mostly benches and wire chairs , that may be a personal preference though and the service was excellent. If you want nightlife/party atmosphere this hotel is not for you . We enjoyed the bliss of the chill out vibe.

Firstly If you're looking for a party atmosphere this is not the hotel for you, if you're looking for a total de-stress and relaxation then you won't beat this hotel, it was exactly what we needed after a really horrific year. We arrived in the early hours of last Sunday morning (5th Oct) and were worried we wouldn't be able to get any food or drinks for my husband who is diabetic but the hotel had it sorted as I'd emailed to ask in advance. We checked into our rooms and then went down to the bar area which was closed but it was so lovely and warm to sit outside. The receptionist brought us a bottle of mineral water and a platter (wish I'd taken a picture) of a really lovely southern fried chicken salad wrap, cheese bites, olives, salad and bread rolls which we thoroughly enjoyed. I've seen lots of reviews with people complaining about the sink being in the centre of the bedroom and there being no privacy but there are 2 sides to this hotel and our room was a normal hotel room that you would expect. The shower toilet and sink were all together behind a sliding door and then off to the right was the bedroom itself. The rooms were fine for what they were, probably not what I'd call 4 star luxury but comfortable and amenable. We didn't pay for a sea view as there weren't any so our balcony overlooked mountains and private residential flats - it didn't bother us in the slightest. I also noticed the chairs on our balcony were much more comfy than the one's I could see at the front of the hotel. The sea view rooms looked good but the sun wasn't on them all day so I don't think I'd bother paying extra if I went back there again although it might be the time of year. There wasn't a lot of space to hang clothes either, but we made do. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the comfiest mattresses I've ever slept in, we slept so well we nearly missed breakfast a few times. There was tea and a coffee maker in the room, plus bottled water in the decent size fridge when we arrived although this wasn't restocked it did get us started. The safe in the room took a bit of working out, it was 5Euros for the week deposit. We were on the 3rd floor rooms 314 and 312. The hotel had left an anniversary card and bottle of Cava for our son and daughter in law when they arrived as I'd said we were bringing them for their first wedding anniversary, they also put a second bottle in there on my sons birthday which was a lovely thought. I don't like lifts so used the stairs, the carpet looked like it had seen better days but that was the only thing negative to say really and not an issue at all. The breakfast was a brilliant selection given the size of the hotel - there was sausages including proper English one's, they changed the selection each day. There were eggs to order including omlettes which were very good and well cooked plus beans, med veg, mushrooms, hash browns etc. The pastries were really good, there was usually a selection of 7 or 8 different types plus

Following our second stay at this fantastic hotel we for sure will be back for another stay So relaxed friendly welcoming and clean Staff are so accommodating and happy Great food and such a chilled feel Great location and local amenities Will not disappoint

Fabulous location, wonderful friendly staff on reception, comfortable bed and a great shower. Perfect for a short break in the sun.
