We stayed here for 5 days and it was a good experience. The rooms are clean and nice, the staff is very kind. Also good breakfast and dinner. The pool of the hotel is clean.

I love the hotel, we choose the hotel because of the warm pool, is very nice, clean we enjoyed a lot.
The staff is amazing, everybody is super friendly.
You need to be aware that 90% of the guest there and in the streets and in all that area are German, most of them drunk all the time.
But the hotel was amazing I really liked also the buffet, a lot of variety.
I went with my son, there are some kids but it’s not a family hotel, the vibe was more party people inside and outside of the hotel.
The view from the room was amazing, very loud from the people outside but if you close the windows you don’t hear anything and you can sleep perfectly.
The staff is amazing, everybody is super friendly.

I had to book this hotel as last minute option close to the airport. Although it is rated 4* it hasn’t got the standard of a 4* hotel. The area especially is not high end.
The rooms and bathroom are of average standard.
It is very close to the plays de Palma, a very popular and crowded beach.

Fabulous hotel with great facilities and amazing staff. The breakfast and evening buffet are incredible value for money, the rooms are spotless and really comfortable, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Nothing bad to say. We will definitely be back

Great stay
We only stayed a night, but liked this hotel. A lovely pool area. Bar was reasonable. Good location. Fab breakfast. Room was a good size, light and clean. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful.

We loved our stay, hotel is immaculate, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the spa and sauna. Only complaint was that the bedroom didn’t have any air conditioning so we were not very comfy overnight due to the heat

Property is easily located by the A2 bus from the airport and only cost €5.
Once at the hotel we were taken back by how lovely it was. All the staff were lovely. Facilities were great including the food and cocktails.
Our private rooftop and jet bath/jacuzzi was a touch of luxury! Amazing views too!
My only criticism would be the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room... only had expresso cups with a tassimo machine, but no tea/coffee pods to use it.

The hotel is very close to the beach. There is a small convenience store at the door. There is also a bus stop that goes directly to the city center not far away. There is also a buffet dinner that you can buy at your own expense in the evening. It is very convenient.
