Good price, good location. Clean with friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Rooms are well kept and recently renovated. Comfortable beds but unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear the conversations and toilet flushing in the next room. Parking in the area was ok in February. Come again? Yes!

The staff need more training in to the hospitality and better manners.
First day we went to the pool and was around 17:30, we was approached by stuff and in a rude manner we were told that the pool is closing in 30 min. We still went in for a swim 10 min later we were asked to leave the pool.
Restaurant:
The hot food isn't hot, not a great selection either, no good description either (some kind of pork stew was labelled as "pig").
We tried to take to the room one peach and one plum but the staff again very rude saying "NO". This is same day, we don't know the hotel rules. Same rudnes in the morning when i tried to walk out with a coffe to vape.
Dirty towel in the room, dust on the floor.
At this point we try to avoid dealing with any of the staff.
The essence is they are doing the minimum for their guests and they are rude and unprofessional.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast and dinner were both excellent — plenty of choice, fresh ingredients, and great taste. The location was perfect — close to everything but still peaceful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would gladly come back!

The apartment had all the necessary conditions for a family – it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were very friendly, kind, and always willing to help. The cleanliness was at a high level, there was secured parking for vehicles, and the price was very reasonable for what was offered. The location was perfect – peaceful, yet close to all important places. We wholeheartedly recommend it to families looking for a quiet, clean, and convenient place to spend their holidays!

Service was good and they were helpful. But the majority of those staying at the hotel are Germans. So the people who work there speak better German than English, unfortunately, so for a Norwegian who speaks better English, it was a little more difficult to be understood. But I managed to be understood, but it took a little more time. Of the people at the reception, there was 1 who spoke good English, but he only worked 3 days the week I was there. But I liked the hotel, the food, good value for money, good location. You get what you pay for are some here I think maybe set a little high standards its a 3 star hotel. If you want a higher standard book 4 rather 5 star I can manage with 3 :)

Overall really nice hotel . The rooms are nice the beds are comfy showers are good and you get a small fridge as well.
The food was of a very good standard with lots of it all be it quite a few German options the staff were very friendly
The only issues with the hotel is the WiFi is awful esp in the rooms but it was never a huge problem and if you are British you will be in a very small minority if not the only ones as this hotel caters mainly for Germans
Overall my experience was very good and it is very good value for money as well

Been to this hotel a few times now for our annual spring cycling holiday. The hotel is well located and clean and the breakfast and dinner are exactly what you would expect at this price point. Good quality, plentiful and tasty. An extra coffee machine (or 2) would be useful at breakfast but it's a minor inconvenience.
The bar staff are friendly and efficient and the entertainment brings a smile to everyone.
One improvement that needs to be made is some sort of CCTV cameras in the bike rooms. Several people had very expensive power meter pedals stolen of their bikes one evening. Very frustrating as they are over €500 a pair, and other than removing them every day, hard to secure.

I called three times and each time, rather than taking the call they just hung up. Nice.
When they finally deigned to take my call about a high value event booking they told me the relevant person was not in and that I should call back. No offer to take my number and have the person call me back which would have been polite, professional and commercial.

The hotel service is at a high level, very friendly staff and a large selection of food, and the rooms themselves are neat. Everything you need is nearby from cafes, shops and even the bus station (2 minutes from the hotel).

I stayed for 5 days in October. The hotel was very clean and had recently been painted. My room as I expected was comfortable with very comfortable beds and comfortable sheets. The shower was very powerful. There was no kettle but that was fine. Breakfast was a buffet with the usual food, it was very good. Dinner again had the usual food, I think the beg was frozen but that wasn't an issue for me. There was always plenty of food and nobody telling you to stop. I guess that could be a good or a bad thing if you are dieting. The staff we nice and friendly especially in the restaurant and reception, that man seems to work non stop. The maintenance guy is friendly too.
There was a mix of people. Older couples, younger couples and some families. There were solo travellers like me also. It is for everyone. It seemed quite calm and relaxed, nothing hectic happening. Perfect for me. I enjoyed my stay, it wasn't very expensive and with food included it was a bargain really. I give it 4 stars because there was no lunch option available.
This area is full of Germans/Dutch so do be aware when booking. I like this part of Mallorca and the fact that there are no Irish or British around makes it better. It isn't a very cheap area but it isn't very expensive. There are plenty of bars nearby also. I would return.
