Positive:
The location of the hotel is great – it’s right by the beach.

Negative:
The hotel is divided by a main road, so we had to cross it every time we wanted to get to the restaurant or the pools.
We had all-inclusive, but the food was terrible. Most canteens serve better meals. Save your money and, if you really have to, just book for one night.

No matter what you choose – tuna, chicken, lamb, or pork – everything is completely overcooked and dry, making it inedible. Even the pasta is overcooked and totally bland. Such a waste of money.

There is no service at the hotel restaurant for all-inclusive guests. The cocktails are included, but they taste awful!
The restaurant is extremely noisy and there’s absolutely no service.

The rooms are old, poorly maintained, and dirty.
We will definitely not be coming back.

This is definitely a family hotel, don't go here without children. We had a one bedroom garden apartment which was spacious, clean and bright. However there was a cracked window in the bedroom, the fridge cover door (the one that masks the fact it is a fridge) was swollen and dragged across the floor, and the toilet flush was hit and miss (room 2308). We didn't report to reception, why should we? It should be obvious to anyone cleaning the room....not our job. We visited the last week of the season and one of the two restaurants closed while we were there, even though the hotel was pretty full. Both breakfast and evening meals were manic, staff were overwhelmed and it felt like dodging crowds in a Christmas shopping mall. We had to clear the breakfast table ourselves (when we found an empty one). We only ate evening meal once, even though our other family members had paid for half board, as the only open dining room was huge, over-bright, clinical and noisy. The food (when we could get to it through the throng) was bland, poor quality, and tepid. Brightly coloured, synthetic desserts, dry, bland burgers, paella was mostly rice and courgette, bolognese was watery and tasteless. Breakfast food was good choice and quality, but it was so crowded it was an unpleasant experience. We decided to cut our losses and eat out. As others have said, this hotel has huge potential, but is not hitting the mark. On the plus side, the location is good, as are the pools.

The pool bar guy near building 24 was not friendly at all. The air conditioning in the room was weak, and the prices were very expensive for what it offered.

Fine if you’re ok with overcrowded chaos! Staff were good although one man very rude and bar staff should try smile. Cleaners were lovely and reception staff.
If you want to have a cabana you get told off for not reserving at reception which is across the road. Bare in mind there’s nothing that says this! You would have thought they take payment when people decide to sit there.
Breakfast food was ok, but I guess good enough for kids, i wouldnt say it’s a a 4 star overall.
We had an apartment room which was clean and nice for our family with all useful facility’s.
