HM Mar Blau Aparthotel in Sa Coma

After leaving an horrendous hotel on our first day of our holiday we checked into here…
We received a lovely welcome, overall, a lovely hotel, fun friendly staff, good food and drinks, our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfy beds, even the sofa beds were amazing to sleep on.
There were plenty of sunbeds to go around, 5-euro taxi to the beach and shops fabulous area for shopping and eating out, would highly recommend.

Great clean rooms, and really friendly and helpful staff. I personally just slightly dislike the food options. But thats minor.

Good sized rooms which were very clean. The restaurant had great food as well. The staff were amazingly friendly despite how crowded it was! Nice pool and smaller pool for young children. Also good entertainment in the evening and plenty for kids to do during the day. A great hotels for families.

i was here in Juli with my friends and we booked an appartment . i have nothing to complain . the personal was always available for us if we needed something . we was really satisfied with everything. we didn’t have the “All Inclusive” but we tried also the Restaurant and the food was fresh & tasty 🤷🏼‍♀️ it is very possible to come back here .

From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were really caring and responsible they explained how everything works and supported us from the very beginning with any queries or issues we had.

We went there for 7 nights and it was a magical experience for me special due to the attention and care from the supervisor in the buffet Lourdes I can only say exceptional comments about the service she has provided as well as the rest of the staff members. She made sure to come often to ask all the guests if we were enjoying the food and if we were happy, a service you would not even find in any 5-star hotel or restaurant. What truly made it special was that her caring personality for the guests was genuine, and she would do anything to make you feel comfortable and happy. I cannot thank you enough Lourdes and your team for making this trip so exceptional and memorable. It will always be in my heart like my friend says people make the place and I can truly say that you have done that for us it felt like home. Now that I am actually home I genuinely feel like am calling the wrong place home because of how well you have treated us haha.

The food was delicious they have this variety of food there’s always a different cuisine for dinner, there hundreds of different options to choose from and there’s halal food which I could not believe. This just shows that they go above and beyond to please the guests and provide an excellent service and also thank you sooo much for the tortilla de patata it has a special place in my heart.

The hotel provided various services to entertain their guests, the one that left me in awe was the magical show. The hygiene was exceptional from the moment you enter the hotel you can smell this fresh beautiful breeze, the room is cleaned every day the towels are changed and so are the pillowcases and everything else. I can go on for hours complimenting the hotel but what made it exceptional was the people working here as I mentioned before Lourdes gave us the best service which I would never forget. Thank you again. I would highly recommend them if you want to have a magical experience.

A great hotel, aged a bit here and there, but a perfect package in terms of it's reasonable pricing.

Service is great, seldom found so engaged people, cleanliness is flawless.

But, in terms of child's animation, they do have engaged people but 'dry them out' by not providing materials for the simplest things...

At least not at the date I'm writing this. So I contacted the group to figure out why they have this issue and hope others will do so as well.
