Protur Biomar Gran Hotel & Spa in Sa Coma

We had a lovely week here for the October half term. The room was large and comfortable but showing its age. Bathroom was a great size. Two balconies was nice.

The service staff are faultless. Friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. The gym and sports facilities are not up to five star standard, and the entertainment felt like it was very much on a budget.

The location is great for walking, nice beach and lots of shopping.

We enjoyed our stay but for the same price would probably go elsewhere next time.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here in June and got a room with a rooftop pool which was shared with 3 other rooms. The hotel was lovely and clean and it was really nice to have a bit of a private pool. We went all inclusive and the food was amazing. You can book 3 sit down meals which were all amazing but the buffet food was just as nice. And I had omelettes every morning as they were made in front of you and tasted delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I go back to this part of Spain I would definitely go here again!!

Me and my boyfriend spent the week here and absolutely loved it from start to finish! We stayed in the adult only section in one of the swim up rooms. A few highlights that made the hotel even better:
- Lovely clean rooms
- daily housekeeping if you choose.
- air con and fans
- you can use the spa facilities
- AMAZING food and great selection
- Great choice of drinks
- beautiful campus and buildings
- the swim up pool with a balcony is defiantly worth your money if you plan on spending a few days dipping in and out if it next to the comfort of your own room. It was a tad cold in the mornings but soon would warm up in the heat! (Even in October!)
- adult only pool if you want some peace and quiet.
- Great choice of restaurants
- short walk to the beach and shops
- very attentive friendly staff. They always had a smile on their faces!
- no wristbands

Little things that could be improved (being very very picky here)
- more signage as it was sometimes confusing finding new facilities within the campus and it took us a while to work out how to turn the fan on.
- only 1 t.v. channel worked in our room but we were not fussed about this as we were having to much of a good time to be watching it!
- swim up pool outside was a bit too shallow even for myself (5'1) but I understand this is probably for health and safety reasons. Still is a very nice addition to have for your room.

Overall an amazing stay and a great first impression of an all inclusive hotel! We would defiantly love to come back here!

Staff are friendly and hard working. Food is excellent in the Lyra in the Adults only area we never needed to go anywhere else !! We had a roof top terrace with a pool shared with 3 other rooms. We used this area mostly for the peace and quiet but there are plenty of beds and parasols by the adults only pool with a bar and snacks. The room was clean and spacious and cleaned daily at your convenience. The spa is great we didn’t have any treatments but the pools were lovely and a nice break from the gorgeous hot sun. We had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat. There was also some great entertainment relaxed and enjoyable

Fabulous hotel. Great staff and service. Like the rest if Europe weather strangely naff this past week but still very enjoyable
