I was a a little nervous coming here as some of a reviews put me off but this hotel is beautiful! Reception staff were extremely nice and helpful. Everywhere was absolutely spotless. Rooms could do with renovating as they are very dated. We were staying in room 622 and the air condition was leaking and I had to report it a good few times before they got someone to come fix it but it was only a temporary fix as it started leaking again the night before we went home. It was a pretty bad leak as my 1 year old had a good few falls over it but other than that I couldn’t fault the place! Breakfast was gorgeous! Plenty of option for picky eaters. Pool side spotless and I loved the way you could rent the Bali beds for €20 a day. Plenty of drink choice and snack bar was also very good! Pricing of everything was very reasonable inside and outside of the hotel. Honestly the only bad thing I can say about the hotel was the air condition leak and rooms need an update. Thank you for a lovely week!

Just back from another fab 3 weeks holiday at the coma gran. Home from home for us, been coming for the last 27 years !!!! Yes it's a family hotel, yes there are lots of kiddies, yes it gets busy ...but it's still amazing. We LOVE the place. All staff again this year were amazing. Seen lots of familiar faces as the staff stay the same. Big thanks to Marga, Tony, Amparo, Angel and of course the amazing house keeping who always keep the place so tidy. Never had an issue getting a sun bed and we had an issue with our Aircon which was resolved the same day. We go bed and breakfast and the food is fine. Tbh not a lot of traditional English breakfast items but good to try other foods. Only issue we went a week earlier this year and it was extremely busy so will go later next year. Good you can get pool towels without deposit and safe key too for the room. Didn't find it too noisy but do have to say the nighttime entertainment is very poor. Not geared for adults as too many clowns and acrobats but hey.....we don't go for the entertainment we just like the hotel and the surrounding area. SA coma is fab, very flat which we need for our son as he's in a wheelchair. Love a walk to sillot where the restaurants are amazing especially Ses Ones. Walked into cala bona and cala millor again and Nou do the most fab smash burgers !!! We will be booking again for next year and can't wait !

Family of 4 with 2 small kids ages 2 and 4 currently staying in the hotel for 7 days. Absolutely fantastic facilities all round. The Hotel and apartments are absolutely immaculate could not fault in anyway. Rooms cleaned regularly & constantly fresh towels. The hotel staff are so polite and willing to help in any way. Kids pool is absolutely brilliant and loads of seating around both the kids pool and adults pool. No war zone for sunbeds either which is an absolute gift there's always sun beds available. The only downside i would say is the bar service poolside can be a bit slow and wait times can be a bit long but other than that i couldn't recommend the hotel facilities enough for a family with small kids

WARNING!!! This is an overwhelmingly family hotel so childless guests should only book if you like noisy, screeching, crying (but happy and lovely) little ones overrunning the place. We were 2 couples travelling without our children and the noise levels at pool and in restaurant was horrendous But a great hotel for families. Staff were fab - quietly professional, friendly and welcoming. Except for the bar manager Pepe - he was surly and shouty, a real mood killer. We had an apartment - basic but loads of room for a family of 4. Location was the right end of Sa Coma for us, close to the beach (which we had to use every day because of the noise and business of the children at the pool but the beach was lovely - very clean) and a nice evening walk to Callor Millor. Food was good with a good variety. Hot food could have been hotter but ok. All in all a good 3star hotel for families in a safe resort.

We came here for a one-week all-inclusive holiday with our two young children (almost 2 and 4 years old). This is a 4-star hotel, and I’d like to share our experience. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Fabienne, who spoke to us in French, which was really nice. She is such a kind lady and explained how everything works. Since we arrived late in the evening, we went straight to dinner – and the food was excellent (I’ll come back to that in a moment). The room, at first sight, looks a little dated, especially the kitchenette, but overall it is functional. What I found a bit disappointing was the two single beds instead of one double mattress. This is quite common in hotels, but the problem here is that the beds are on wheels, so they move easily and a gap forms in the middle. This made it tricky when I wanted to sleep next to my daughter. Apart from that, the room was good. The food really exceeded our expectations. I’ve stayed at 5-star hotels where the food wasn’t nearly as good. Every day there is something different. Of course, some things repeat (like fries and pasta), but that’s the same everywhere. Overall, there is a wide choice, and even a “tapas-style” selection. The quality of the meat is great too – for example, they served lamb chops twice during the week. Breakfast was also excellent, with lots of options: several kinds of cereals, granola, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and different types of milk. These little healthy touches are something I haven’t seen in other hotels, and I really appreciated it. The all-inclusive drinks are also impressive. In many hotels, drinks are low quality or served from a dispenser. Here, it’s real branded alcohol, with the bottles visible, which makes a big difference. There’s plenty of choice, so you don’t really need to buy extra drinks outside the all-inclusive. The swimming pools: the only downside is that the children’s pool is not heated, and it’s actually colder than the main pool. On cloudy days, this was a bit uncomfortable for the kids, especially with the water jets making it even chillier. The surroundings are lovely too, with plenty of little shops nearby. The beach is absolutely beautiful – the sea is crystal clear and really enjoyable. Overall, this is a very nice hotel. Honestly, I would come back just for the food alone. There are also some animations and activities, which make the stay even more enjoyable. In short: a great holiday and definitely worth repeating!

Great as usual. Stayed many times. Spotlessly clean. Self catering so cannot comment on the food. Staff helpful and courteous.

We’ve just returned from our stay and overall had a mixed experience. The staff were absolutely incredible – some of the friendliest and hardest working we’ve come across, always smiling and especially wonderful with the kids. The children’s pool was a real highlight and kept our little ones happy for hours. The location of this hotel is also excellent, a 5 minute walk from the beach and bars shops etc. That said, there were a few downsides. On our first day we spotted a rat by the pool and reported it to both our rep and staff, but unfortunately we saw it several more times during the week. The food was also a disappointment – very bland with limited choice, so we found ourselves eating out quite often. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t great, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times. Evening entertainment was below expectations and could definitely be improved. While the hotel does have some positives, especially the staff and kids’ facilities, we didn’t feel it offered good value for money overall. With some improvements to food, cleanliness around the pool, and entertainment, this place could be fantastic.

A really clean hotel, very friendly staff throughout, food is standard 4 star (some really nice dishes and some repetitive foods at times); and table/bar service in the bar area from afternoon and in the evening which is nice. Lovely cocktails! Slushies for the kids too on All inc so they were loving that and would go up and get it themselves. No self serve drinks other than at breakfast (this also means no wasps which you get in the hotels with outdoor self serve). The rooms have everything you need and housekeeping are very good. We had a 1 bedroom apartment so the kids slept in the bedroom and we slept on the sofa beds which were really comfy! ABSOLUTELY NO RUSH for sunbeds in the morning which is lovely! We are late risers so would normally be the last ones out at breakfast and there'd be loads of sunbeds still. If you want front row near the splash park then they go early...but otherwise there's loads to choose from. Air con is really good in the bedrooms and in public areas. Wifi was good too. The pool, splash pad, splash park and playground are all close together so great for kids and reassuring for parents. Kids club is good if your kids are confident enough to go and stay with the staff - you can stay in with them if needed. They do colouring/painting, pirate day, movie night, mini disco in the pool one day, inflatables on one day, face painting one afternoon. The more experienced kids club staff are notable in how they encourage the kids to come in and make them feel special. Evening entertainment...kids disco was fun for those kids who like a disco...then sometimes there was a show. But it all quietens off at 10pmish. However there are bars on the road outside that seemed to go on much later if you wanted that. Found Rodrigo and David on reception to be really helpful. Diana in the restaurant was really lovely! And all the outdoor bar staff were really friendly - even at the end of a long shift they were still really friendly and positive. Maria in kids club was brilliant. She's very bubbly and encouraging to the children. The hotel is right near Sa Coma beach which is beautiful but very busy. If you walk up towards S'illot there's nice walk on the front and some lovely restaurants (and bungee trampolines nearby for the kids to have a go on too). Also a short drive away from the lovely Cala Bona and gorgeous Porto Cristo. We went on the Moonfish boat whilst we were there and that was nice too. You don't see much out the bottom unless you're stopped with the engines off in harbour or at see. But the trip itself is still really nice. We also went to the Safari Zoo and on the train - the kids really enjoyed it. My only constructive feedback for the hotel is they need a light on at the playground. Once it gets dark there's no way for the kids to see on the park and they will still play on it and inevitably hurt themselves. And maybe a bit more energy for the evening entertainment. (Maybe for kids disco to last a little longer

Our second time visiting here 1st was in 2022 with our 2 year old. And again this month with our now 5 year old and new member who turned 2 just before the trip. Honestly this is the best hotel I've been too and I've been going to Spain / balerics since I was a child myself. All inclusive both times. Hotel is immaculate. Staff (entertainment are exceptional for the kids). My son seen the activities they were putting on the for kids, marching around the ball with the kids club entertainers dressed as pirates and he was bursting to get in there. The mini disco in the evening is best I've seen. Went to Rosmar benidorm last year but the mini disco and kids was disappointing. The pool area has slides and small splash park , you can take airbeds etc in the pool. The all inclusive cocktails are brilliant. The beer (San Miguel ) is pretty standard. The rooms are great. Apartment style. We've stayed on both sides of the hotel. The rooms facing the road / pool from that wing we found better due to the shape but not much son on the pool view from that side. Sun from 6am till about 2pm but that was fine for us. Road side prob sun 2pm till dusk.
