Just got back after 7 nights All Inc at this hotel. Food was good my waistline can vouch for that, lots of choice for adults, kids buffet not as good The location was great close to beach, bars and shops. The local bus service is excellent for getting around if you want to leave the pool which is clean and tidy. We did have a couple of issue with our room but these were resolved quickly by the staff. View from the balcony was great, mountains on one side sea on the other.

Very attentive staff at all times, especially the director, who I saw him solve various unforeseen incidents on the fly and with great results. Very varied and good food. Animation group also good, both for adults and for children. Without a doubt, we will repeat.

We arrived on a Monday and it was raining heavily, but we were able to park at the door. It is easy to park next to the hotel, at least in May, which is when we went, there was always space in front or at the back entrance of the hotel, which is appreciated if you have to carry several suitcases, etc...
Although we arrived before 2:00 p.m., the supposed check-in time, they let us into the room more than an hour in advance.
The room was bigger than expected, with a kitchen and everything. The views were not of the sea, but of the mountains, and frankly it is amazing to wake up seeing such a landscape.
We had breakfast included because the difference in cost was ridiculous and to be honest I wasn't expecting much. However, the surprise was that it is a buffet breakfast and there is practically everything. To make a point, sometimes you have to look at the glasses and plates carefully because they look a little dirty and you have to change them. But otherwise the food is luxurious and we enjoyed it a lot.
The hotel pool is very cool, with a slide and children's area and a fairly large area for adults. It also has a heated pool with quite warm water which, although it is not wonderful, works quite well if you have cooler days like us.
The hotel itself is nice, it is quite clean and the service is very pleasant. To also add a drawback to the room, the bedspreads are horrible. I think they gave them a discount on awning fabric and they put awnings on the beds as well.
It is a five minute walk from the beach. It is a quiet place and the staff was fantastic, always friendly and smiling.
Furthermore, although in the reservation they stated that check-out is at 10:00, at the hotel they told us that they actually leave until 12:00, so they gave us more peace of mind to prepare things.
Without a doubt in a place that I recommend and where I will return if I have the opportunity.

I read reviews about the food in the hotel saying it was not very good. I have just spent 5nights here and I couldn't fault the food at all. There was always a great choice of different types of food to suit everyone. A different selection from different countries on numerous occasions and every meal time a chef was cooking fresh fish and meats to order. All the staff were very friendly and helpfully, even when they were rushed off their feet in the dining room. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice, clean room. Good dinner and great dessert. We have 3 more nights here, i'm lucky🙂
