From the moment I arrived at Thalassa Sport Spa + Hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service, the quality of the facilities, and the overall ambiance of the hotel. Nestled in the picturesque town of Roses, this hotel strikes the perfect balance between relaxation, wellness, and comfort.

The rooms were impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Many offer stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea or the serene hotel garden, adding to the peaceful vibe that permeates the entire property.

What truly sets Thalassa apart is its spa and wellness center. The thalassotherapy pool, saunas, and comprehensive range of spa treatments were outstanding. After a day of exploring the Costa Brava or lounging on the nearby beaches, returning to the spa felt like a luxury retreat in itself. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and made us feel incredibly welcome.

The fitness facilities are top-notch as well. Whether you’re looking for a full gym workout or a swim in the indoor pool, Thalassa delivers an experience that caters to both the active traveler and those seeking total relaxation.

Breakfast each morning was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious, with both healthy options and indulgent treats. The on-site dining options were excellent, and the service was consistently warm and attentive.

Another major plus is the location—a short walk from the beach and close to the charming town center of Roses, yet still quiet enough to enjoy restful evenings.

Excellent apartment with great views to the beach from the top floor. The balkony was big and well equipped for relaxation. Well functioning airconditioner. Functioning kitchen. Great for a family stay. Nice to have two bathrooms too.

Great area, beautiful beach, great view. Sofa bed very dirty but overall quite clean.

The location was excellent and our views of the water or spectacular. The beds were very firm. Overall great place and friendly staff especially Gabriella.

Convenient stay in Roses
Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price.
No Towels change etc.
Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant.
Pool is not good - faces the ground floor apartments and no place to stay.
Good spa. Massage was great. Overall, the flat is nice - has all you need. Just lacks service.
