Andalusia, Granada, C. Gran Vía de Colón, 31, Centro 🧭 Map
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, a former monastery, and its location is fantastic, right in the heart of Granada. The service was excellent. As a Marriott Platinum member, I received a complimentary breakfast and was upgraded to a Junior Suite. The breakfast was à la carte, delicious, and the service was great too!
Hotel was ok. Room seriously noisy with random bumping and clicking from what I assume is HVAC? Then at 9pm loud music starts when I’m trying to get my jet lagged self to sleep. It would be fine if I had not asked at least 5x to get a quiet room away from noise. Well, it appears I’m adjacent to a live band. No sleep anytime soon. The hotel feels understaffed and under resourced. Would not return. This...
Stayed here in 2018 (not sure how it is after the pandemic), and my friend and I absolutely loved it. Good walking area (about a 25-minute walk to Alhambra- but we enjoy walking), close to bars and restaurants. Beautiful room with an old Spanish aesthetic. Can't speak to other folks' experiences, but we loved it.
We were upgraded to Suite 513, which was fantastic - two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, separated by a comfortable living area that made the space feel both luxurious and practical. The staff were consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous, blending historic charm with a serene, elegant atmosphere. A truly memorable...
The front desk of the hotel is divided into separate people. The ones I met in the morning were very polite and enthusiastic, but the ones I met in the afternoon were obviously much worse. The hotel room is very small even if the larger room with 1.8m bed is booked. You can just visit the monastery and have a meal. I feel that the 3200 yuan for a night is not worth it.
Gorgeous hotel. I wished we stayed longer here.
The decorations, the courtyard, and our room are very beautiful. Only small problems with the awkward bathtub door and squeaky bed.
The staff was very nice to check us in at 11pm. They did hold our luggage after we checked out to explore a bit more, which was very helpful for us.
The hotel was not very close to the train station (uber 12min), and about...

I had a fantastic experience at Alanda Marbella Hotel & Wellness. The location on the Golden Mile was perfect — just a short walk from the beach and close to great restaurants and sights in Marbella. The rooms were spacious, modern and impeccably clean, making my stay super comfortable. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, which really made a difference...
The hotel feels more glamorous in concept than in reality. Although it’s located in one of the most high-end areas of Marbella, the overall experience was just okay.
Parking is extremely expensive, so be aware there are no clear signs indicating the cost. On a positive note, there is an official Tesla charger on site.
Service was mediocre. I waited about 20 minutes at the restaurant after asking...
The hotel staff were extremely helpful, even though we couldn't speak the language.
They were very kind and helpful, from arranging a taxi to helping us when the airport shuttle didn't arrive.
I'd like to especially thank Miss EDE VANEGAS.
We made it to our flight safely and returned home safely (and were even refunded the advance payment).
We had a lot of trouble from entering the country to leaving...
Amazing hotel- facilities, room, breakfast, staff all outstanding.
We had a wonderfull stay here. The rooms are very clean and have evrything you need. The breakfast is exquisit. The staf more than friendly and willing to help. The pool is located between 2 buildings. With beds. And a pool cafe where the food is good too.
We come back here for sure. 10 minutes walk to the beach.
If I need to say 1 negative point. The road where the hotel is situated is...
This property is located in lap of luxury. You have tons of restaurants around walkable distance.. the iconic Marbella hotel is five minutes walking. And forum shop is 2 mins. We stayed here for four nights. It was the best property we could’ve picked.

I had a good impression of the hotel; the location was good, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was acceptable. However, for me, it was a very unpleasant stay. I specifically requested a room with a balcony, but upon check-in, I found it didn't match the room type and didn't have a balcony. It turned out the room photos were wrong, leading to the misunderstanding! The two and a half hours...
The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious.
The hotel is nice, with great facilities. It's located in the center of the old town, but it's best not to drive there; turning and passing other vehicles is difficult. Please be careful.
The hotel is located in the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and finding restaurants. However, the hotel view isn't very sunny, the rooms are rather dark, the carpet isn't very clean, the towels are old, and the hot water in the bathroom is inconsistent (sometimes hot, sometimes cold). Aside from these issues, everything else is excellent.
This hotel has a good location and is convenient for eating and drinking. The room is also big enough
The religious pictures on the door of the room are not very familiar to Oriental people, so it looks a bit strange, but everything else is OK, the parking service is very good

It's a little bit pricey, but hey it's puerto Banús and it's sooo expensive there so in consideration to that it is actually not that expensive. But I have no problem staying a little bit outside of puerto Banús for half the money and be there in an Uber in 4 minutes. But hey if you want the puerto Banús experience you need to try staying there at least one time. It's an amazing place that I love and...
Great location and super friendly staff! They went above and beyond to help me set up a surprise for my girlfriend’s birthday — the room decoration was absolutely beautiful and made the day feel really special. Breakfast is nice with plenty of choice, and the restaurant’s dinner is delicious. We truly appreciated all the effort from the team. Highly recommend Guadalpin Banús — we had an amazing stay
I've been coming to this hotel for several years and stayed there about a month ago. As usual, I found the team fantastic. Everyone is top-notch in serving the guests, from housekeeping to reception and the restaurant.

I love how well everything is organized.
It makes a vacation really stress-free when there's someone who immediately parks your car for you, or when you don't have to worry that they might not clean your room for 3-4 days in a row because you've missed the narrow window during which this is done.
In this hotel, no matter when we left the room, the cleaning was done that day, every time.

We had a fantastic time at The Westin. The golf course was stunning, and the dinner was absolutely delicious. Kiara was incredibly helpful and professional in organizing everything for our group, and all the participant had a great time !! We can’t wait to come back in a few months! A huge, thank you as well to the Events team, as well as the golf staff and the F&B staff
We hade a great holiday at this hotel in March 2026, playing golf and the bedrooms were great, great breakfast and good service. The golf courses were excellent and a little bit difficult. We were lucky with the weather for golf, although the sun was not so much. Over all a great hotel and location. We also took a taxi to Marbella and had a great time there for dinners.
If you love golf, this would be the perfect place to stay It’s located far from the beach, so not the ideal location if you want accommodation near your typical holiday amenities like restaurants, bars and sand The decor is modern and clean Staff are all helpful and friendly and check in and check out is efficient Rooms are huuuuge, tons of space and all the amenities you need WiFi worked well...
The hotel and its ambience were wonderful!
The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the staff and management were incredibly polite and friendly.
We had an amazing and truly enjoyable experience.
Sending my warmest regards and sincere thanks to everyone at the hotel! 💫
We stayed in October when the hotel was relatively quiet. The evening menu/restaurant was very nice. Daytime menu a bit limited. Did not try the breakfast. Hotel is nice and welcoming. I think it’s a good 4star rather than 5 star. It’s quite grand but a little old fashioned inside. Pool and pool bar area was great for the time of year but I’d imagine would be too small at peak time.
It's a shame that so many groups of golfers are staying at the hotel and don't respect the other guests! There's a lot of noise and beer at the pool, and also noise in the hallways when they come back at 2 a.m.!
They should be grouped together in a separate wing of the hotel so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the other residents.

Lovely hotel. Great service and tasty breakfast with good selection
* Very good location close to the old town with most touristic attractions
* Friendly hotel staff
* Breakfast was excellent with a broad choice of food
* Room was big and had a great bathroom
* Overall a pleasant stay!
I made my booking without even looking into the location of the hotel. Surprisingly, I’ve found everything next to me with walking distance.
Great staff, good location and excellent service.
Location and facilities were excellent. Pool is large and very clean. We had relaxing massages with Luis and Eva and they were tops. Easy walk to old town restaurants and mosque/cathedral and the Roman bridge. Great stay.
It is a five star hotel. Room equipment is ok with this level of hotel. However the service can be better. The hotel location is great. We just spend about 15mins from Cordoba Train Station on foot. Also the tourist attraction, old town and Cordoba Cathdral is not far away. We just walked about 10mins from the hotel.

Great hotel in superb location.
Located within walking distance of Granada’s Cathedral and vibrant downtown.
The hotel is clean, well organised and has very good and professional staff.
The room was very clean, spacious, and offered excellent views as well as relaxing atmosphere.
I would definitely return to this hotel on any future visits.
GOOD LOCATION, GOOD SERVICE, FREE UPGRADE, CLEAN AND CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET
The location is great.
The room was spacious and comfortable.
It was also conveniently close to the bus stop.
I was surprised to see the ruins right inside the hotel's main entrance.
They gave us a noisy room on the corner with 3 windows. The windows have double glazing but still a lot of noise went in the room, we didn't sleep well ☹️. The hotel itself is just ok. I don't like glass door to the bathroom that can't even shut correctly. The room was not huge, but adequate. The front desk service was very helpful l.

The best hotel in Andalusia. Perfect environment and service. The breakfast place in the patio is perfect. A great variety of food choices. Those who staying there are very elegant. We had our breakfast and dinner inside the hotel. It would be good if we have a room facing the Alcazar or the patio. Ours faced the swimming pool which is still not bad.

Beautiful property in a great location. Be aware the hotel is rebranding from Kempinski to Melia and will be closed from Oct 1, 2025 until April1 , 2026 when it reopens under the Melia banner. Beautiful hotel but only 1 restaurant is officially open and it’s very far from everything

Stayed for 1 week in September. The hotel is located at the side of a busy road which isn’t really an issue as all the rooms are located at the rear. The area in general wouldn’t be the cleanest and seems like it’s a place that tried to be a bit of a resort in the early 00s but failed. Beware of the 5* claim. It is definitely not. 3.5* at best. Great location, only a 7-8 minute walk to the Alhambra. The restaurant also has beautiful views and the hotel has an Arabian feel to it. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are showing their age. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but the front desk seemed a bit indifferent, possibly due to a high number of guests checking in.
So, so satisfied! Definitely book a city view room; the view alone is worth the price. We only spent one night at the hotel and approached it around 11pm as we were seeking any accommodation with a free room and power (due to the power outage that hit Spain this day). They had a nice room available and due to the fact that we already paid for another accommodation they gave us the breakfast for free. The room was amazing as was having light, power and a great (rainforest) shower. A huge...

Good service and hospitality, enjoy good moment there , appreciate
We had a great experience and thanks for all staff. We went to one year old baby and it was very easy to go Alhambra. Thanks to staff we were very comfortable with our baby. We will come back soon.
Lovely hotel right next to the Alhambra, they gave us a free bottle of wine for booking the suite, very reasonable price for how beautiful the hotel was, would recommend
Extremely clean, and the facilities are very well-maintained. The staff at the front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping were all incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the Alhambra!
This hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Alhambra, which is a plus since it's right by the entrance to the attraction. Beyond that, there's not much to recommend. The breakfast wasn't good, and the service was just okay. Honestly, after experiencing this, I'd highly recommend staying at the Alhambra Palace Hotel instead, it's totally worth it. If they have availability, don't even hesitate....
The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was comfortable, clean, and tidy. The hotel environment was quite good, and the service was excellent. Great value for money!

Excellent, the service was top-notch.
The hotel is built on the site of a 1st-century Roman palace. It has a Michelin-starred restaurant with excellent service and beautifully decorated rooms. The restaurant truly lives up to its Michelin name. It exceeded my expectations.
The hotel is located in a former castle, and the environment is nice; the service is also very good.
Excellent service with a great breakfast buffet (for a charge). Spacious rooms with excellent housekeeping. Few minutes walk from the sites.

One of the highlights of the hotel is that its restaurant is located on top of an ancient Roman ruin from the first century AD. The restaurant itself is also a Michelin-listed restaurant. Breakfast has a self-service portion and a hot menu a la carte, including the special Iberian ham and Spanish dough sticks. The ruins can be visited after breakfast and before dinner. Yesterday, due to the small shower...
