The best hotel in Costa del Sol and an amazing view from the rooms! The restaurant has an amazing buffet and the manager Maria is an angel who took care of me and my group (40 people) so well. Always checking on us and making sure we have everything. For sure will come back again.

I would like to share my honest feedback regarding my recent stay.
The noise insulation in the accommodation was very poor. I could clearly hear my neighbor’s phone alarm, his footsteps, and his conversations, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.
During check‑in, it was quite windy, and the window panels made constant noise throughout the night in the apartment. The window locks even opened a few times due to the wind, which was both disruptive and concerning.
The parking area was very limited, and I noticed that the hotel staff had blocked several available parking spaces with tape for reasons that were not explained, making parking even more difficult.
Lastly, the elevators appeared very old, and I did not feel fully safe while using them.
I hope this feedback helps improve the overall guest experience.

Had a great time, as an Asian, i can only eat non asian food not more than 2 days, but here in this hotel, i didn't even felt like missing out for 5 days straight, and the view was outstanding, the sunrise early in the morning and sunset was stunning...

We arrived in the bar, just called in for a drink. Quite busy to start, but the waitress turned up some thumping music. She is utterly miserable, like she didn't want anyone in the bar. She had hardly any experience with customers. Making our table of 7 feel really uncomfortable, like she didn't really want anyone there. With the ridiculously loud music, many of the customers left. Bar needs nice chilled music, so anyone staying there on business can actually sit there with a drink and enjoy the beautiful, nice relaxing Bar!!

Wonderful place! The room was very spacious with an amazing sea view. The hotel has a gym, a buffet-style dining area, a swimming pool, and many other facilities, as well as a large parking lot. The only downside — funny as it may sound — is that there was no toilet brush in the room.

I had a very disappointing stay at Flaotel with my family. The hotel is not clean at all, and the reception staff are rude and sometimes even borderline ******. Upon arrival, they immediately tried to charge us extra fees, and if you are not alert, they can easily trick you into paying more. The parking situation is completely unclear, and none of the staff bother to explain it. When you ask them for help—which is actually their job—they make you feel like you are asking for a personal favor. Overall, this hotel is unprofessional, unwelcoming, and definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Suitable for 2...4 nights. Spacious apartment and great sea views from the tenth floor. Good location for drivers, free parking. Outside of the

It's just so-so. The sanitary environment is not very good.
Environment: Yiban is so-so.
Sanitation: No cleaning.
Facilities: The facilities are old.
Service: The communication between the service staff is OK. I saw it.
No breakfast reservation. . It's better to go out and eat by yourself.

The location of the hotel is very good. There are many coves nearby that you can walk to. Restaurants and Mercadona are 10 minutes away on foot.
Check-in is from 5pm, we arrived at 8pm and the room was not prepared for 3 people as they already knew. The sofa bed was not prepared and it did not have sheets either.
The sofa leaves a lot to be desired and they do not clean well, we found food remains behind the sofa, in addition to the cobwebs on the windows and terrace. And they also clean the rooms every 2 days.
The kitchen is not well equipped. It does not have a coffee maker, there is only one frying pan, the knives are for buttering, there is no scouring pad or soap, and we did not even have a dustpan, they only leave a bag for the garbage.
The air conditioning broke down and they were very quick to go and fix it. The reception service is very effective, very friendly staff.
The pool has a sunbathing area with sun loungers and another area next to the pool with more sun loungers.
The hotel has a recreation room, supermarket, gym and a room with a bathroom where you can leave your luggage.
