The staff are what make this hotel, They go above and beyond on a regular basis, I have Coeliac disease and was treated like a king! nothing was to much trouble from any of the staff (except Jesus) The kids club was great as was the gym and pool (indoor and outdoor) It was literally 5 mins from the gorgeous beach and harbour too which was nice.
Instead of having to queue at the bar there was a room inwhich you could have Beer, water, coke/sprite etc, coffee/tea and rolls/ham and Fruit.
If you judge this hotel on its own it would be 3.5 to 4 stars
but if you judge this hotel on its staff then an easy 5 stars
I am going to write to Coeliac uk to advice them to go there they were that helpful
