Great place with perfect location to see the sights of the city. Very clean, tidy, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with vegetables, cheese, meats, fruits to enjoy.

Great hotel right in the center of Bilbao. The museums are about a 10-minute walk away, the historical center is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. A bit pricey, but you can get a good deal if you’re flexible

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they even helped carry our luggage to the room. They provided excellent service in English. The room was also very comfortable and clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

It has very good location that’s close to most attraction points. Staff were very helpful and supportive. parking should be free for such 5 stars hotel as you will never find a spot outside and all parking areas are expensive.

The hotel located on a hill that it’s easy to walk down to the old town,but it’s better if you go back by bus. The gym is well equipped,you can really have a nice workout.

I believe this is one of the best hotels in Bilbao. The rooms are big and clean. I reckon most rooms get a view of the Nervion river. The breakfast is varied. It is located in the middle of downtown Bilbao, within walking distance of almost everything you want to do or see around town. It is very modern, with a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant and, at night, a coffee shop and bar with an outside garden. The rooms are very nice and well-decorated.

It is in the heart of the city and near to main station in Bilbao. You will get public transport in a walking distance from the hotel. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. 15mins away from Airport. For Breakfast they have vegan options too. Good service and polite staff.

A lovely hotel with well appointed rooms. Service isn't as good as other places. Phones take forever to answer. The WiFi is beyond bad, not a place for business or anything remote. Had to abandon several Teams calls and start using my phone's hotspot (pretty unacceptable since the pandemic).

Nice hotel We stayed here a few night and really enjoyed it. The rooms were big enough and it was fairly good value as San Sebastian tends to be really expensive especially in Summer. The hotel was not really walking distance from town center for us, but it was not a problem as we had the car. If we are back in San Sebastian we would definitely come back here.

Besides the obvious, that the proximity to the beach makes for the most incredible views; the rooms and hotel aesthetic are beautiful; the staff are so kind and helpful; the food and drinks are delicious and the bartenders are so sweet and accommodating. Wonderful and beautiful hotel. I had the pleasure of staying during Asta Naguisa. The service was excellent and even helped us get a last minute booking at a sister hotel. The location and the metro station beside the hotel allowed freedom to move around without an issue. I would highly recommend and look forward to visiting the beautiful city of Bilbao again.

Hotel Hesperia Bilbao is a good city hotel — not fancy, but comfortable and with a decent location that makes it easy to explore the city. We were there for one night. The reception lady was not at all friendly. The cards they gave for the room didn’t work and I had to keep going to the reception to change the cards. The room size was good but views were not. Bathroom was very small. Would not recommend for a long stay.

We booked a Double Room but were given a Standard Room with a bed far too small for two people. The room and bathroom clearly didn’t match the advertised category. New hotel very clean nice rooms and wonderful pool.  It’s 25 min walk to the Centro but there is a bus for two euro and tax 9 euro, in the evening it’s hard te get a taxi and find the bus. WE had to walk back twice.  The door locks make a very hard nice which awakes you in the morning

It was very clean. The bathtub was deep and spacious, so I was able to relax. The only thing that was difficult was that we had to climb a long flight of stairs due to a lack of confirmation on our part before checking in, but there was actually an elevator leading to the street, which was very convenient.
