The hotel was decent — clean, tidy, tasty food, large territory, and located right on the beach. However, the rooms didn’t have doors to the bathroom, which made the layout absurd. There were three of us staying in the room, and we constantly had to see each other while showering. The air conditioner barely worked, so it was always hot inside.

In the restaurant, they don’t serve drinks for lunch or dinner, and you’re not allowed to bring your own. The staff was absolutely terrible — this was the biggest downside of the hotel. Everyone was constantly rude, arrogant, and unfriendly. When you ask for simple tap water during lunch or dinner, they roll their eyes and give you a jug while looking down on you.

At the reception, there was often an older bald man who was extremely unpleasant and rude. One time, I needed to enter my friends’ room just to get my hairdryer but he didn’t let me, justifying it by saying that he didn’t feel like it.

But! The best person on the entire staff was the elderly lady DJ — she was very kind, positive, and truly humane.

Main elevator consistently did not work. All inclusive didn’t include many drink options or snack options. Food buffers for breakfast, lunch and dinner weren’t that great. Staff was great and the room was good. A/C actually worked too!!
