The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. The staff were superb and we will be returning to the hotel within the very near future

Small hotel, good service, clean and nice atmosphere. View to the cathedral from the rooftop. We liked the breakfast very much - especially the granola!

Loved the property. We were a bit unlucky as when arrived there had been a really bad rain storm so the lift was out of service and we didn’t get to use the rooftop area. it’s in the old part of Las Palmas

Absolutely stunning view from the balcony of this room! Very close to the airport and easily accessible by bus, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The only downside was that the apartment room felt a bit outdated.

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. At check-in, a mandatory deposit paid in cash, returned immediately at check-out.

Only option we could afford the day before when our provider cancelled, we were a little worried after seeing the reviews but everything was fine. The room was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable and it was clean. Reception staff polite. Good location for the beach and nice that you can hear the waves as you sleep.

It’s a great hotel. Staff are very nice and always helpful. You can hear the sea at night and even thought it’s close to the promenade it’s never too noisy to have a window open. It has its own special charm and ambience.

I was a little concerned with all the negative reviews before my stay here. Honestly though, its fine. If you want basic, simple self catering accomodation, a 5 minute walk from the Yumbo centre, then for the price, this is absolutely great. Yes, its a bit scruffy in places, but its great value. Great place for a 3 stars hotel. Clean, nice, and spacious enough. The area is safe and walkable, but it is not quiet at all. It is also accessible via bus from the airport for €2.95 per person.

Really good find. I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again.

Small hotel with 38 apartments. We stayed in room 202. This didn't have a jacuzzi on the balcony but we weren't bothered. This compact hotel is in a perfect location for enjoying the beach and sightseeing, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. Had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the harbor and cruise ships. We stayed here for only one night just before boarding a cruise ship. Everything I needed was within walking distance and restaurant recommended by reception was excellent. They have a roof top area open to all guests. We stayed in one of the first floor townhouse a few minutes walk from the main pool/apartment development but apart from parking being tricky on occasions, couldn’t fault anything else. Fabulously appointed T1 and super sea views from the balcony. Hesse, the owner was a very helpful friendly man and I would definitely return to Sunsuites if visiting the island again.

The property is centrally located and, overall, beautiful, but in my opinion, it's very inconvenient logistically and lacks privacy, given that the bathrooms are practically attached to the bed with transparent doors, which really offers no privacy at all.

Incredible stay! Contrary to some negative reviews about the hotel's cleanliness, we actually found a beautiful hotel perfectly located near shops (directly opposite a mini-supermarket and the city center). On my floor there were 2 rooms only but I could hear very loud every time they flushed the toilet. Didn't ruin my stay but it was a bit uncomfortable. No outside noise though.
