I had an excellent experience at the hotel. It was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Great choice at breakfast. Excellent location near the sea, shops, restaurants and buses. I intend to return.

Really good find. I admit, I was unsure about the hotel before hand. But my fears were unfounded. It's a really good location for the city. We were near the beach, near the park and near to good shopping. The hotel itself was great, the staff were super helpful, the facilities were great and we greatly enjoyed our stay. If we ever go back to Las Palmas, we'd stay again.

Fantastic intimate resort. Spotlessly clean with immaculate grounds and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Apartment was well equipped and laid out with nice patio area for morning sun. Lovely quiet location just a 20minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be returning.

I visited the Hotel for 10 nights. The bungalow was perfect and had everything I needed. Close to local amenities and the staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. I’ve booked again for next year already!

Just had a great week here . Location is ok but there is a distance to walk . Reception will also call you a cab and it comes quickly. Staff are the friendliest and loveliest staff ever . Small hotel with 38 apartments. We stayed in room 202. This didn't have a jacuzzi on the balcony but we weren't bothered. We stayed in one of the first floor townhouse a few minutes walk from the main pool/apartment development but apart from parking being tricky on occasions, couldn’t fault anything else. We just arrived back from a 7 day holiday from maspolomas oasis club with our twins aged 4. Hotel Change It's difficult to give an opinion on Hotel Alisios Canteras, as the hotel informed me shortly after my reservation that I had to go to another hotel. I didn't ask why, but I had read similar reviews about my situation. The replacement hotel suited me well. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The room had a small refrigerator.

Just spent Christmas here. Great little hotel just I minute from the beach. If you are a smoker all rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast good selection of fresh fruits, cheese's, cold cuts + hot eggs + bacon. Friendly staff felt welcomed by all of them. Would recommend

The hotel is near the beach. Tour room did not have a sea view. Our room was small without a balcony. It is clean. The breakfast was ok. The personell was friendly.

The only two disappointments were that the lift was out of service throughout our stay and it would have been nice to have had tea/coffee facilities within our room as opposed to having to ask at reception and then prepare a tea or coffee in a corridor area. The staff were superb and we will be returning to the hotel within the very near future

Privelege suits are worth every cent. I upgraded to the privilege suites . They were so spacious and clean the balcony was the size of some of the rooms and was looking onto the main pools. Aircon was good. Don't believe all the reviews about the food. I found it a great selection and not repetitive at all. All in all i will recommend to everyone and will be back again.

Great place for a 3 stars hotel. Clean, nice, and spacious enough. The area is safe and walkable, but it is not quiet at all. It is also accessible via bus from the airport for €2.95 per person.
