We had a standard room that was clean and with a good shower. The beds are as always in Spain a bit too hard. Use the air condition, because its noisy with the windows open. Excellent bungalows, small (12) but all the basics are available. In addition, bicycle racks, swimming pool and laundry facilities are on site. Reception open 1 hour per day. Staff very friendly, cleaning excellent. Is 18+ so no nuisance from children. From peace seekers sitting here.

We were one of the first guests after a beautiful renovation. It's a small park and therefore not a lot of people. Cosy, quiet, very friendly staff

Nice hotel good food. Good sun loungers. Note the hotel requires guests to pay a 150 euro "supposedly" refundable deposit at check in. I paid with a debit card and am still waiting for it to be refunded 15 days later. The hotel have since advised this may take 20 to 25 working days. I would suggest guests insist on paying in euros so as not to end up in my situation.

This is my fourth visit to Hotel Caserio within two years, and I can honestly say the hotel is perfect. It’s always nice to see the regular staff as well as new faces, especially the new daytime entertainment staff. The hotel is clean and spotless, as always, with great service from start to finish. Rooms A+, Location S+ and the staff/service is wonderful and detailed. Entertainment almost every night and the food, whether it's breakfast or dinner, is top! I need to visit once again. Last but not least, in November there are almost no kids around and that might be something worth if you care for peace.

This was our third consecutive visit to Cay Beach Princess. It’s very good value accommodation, with very friendly and helpful staff. Although it is out of town, it is easy and cheap to get taxis.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and liked having a 1 bedroom with kitchen bungalow near the pool. The pool was very clean & beautiful but the water is too cold for most people to swim. Even tho the weather was very hot & sunny as soon as they felt the water they would not go in. The staff is nice and friendly. Not a bad hotel but out of town Not a bad place to stay but 35 min walk to swa front. Room was ok but bathroom had a terrible smell of drains. Most of staff were great except one woman on front desk who was very unhelpful & didnt have any customer service qualities at all! This isn't our first time staying at this hotel. We love the location and the stunning ocean view. The sun comes out in the morning and shines all day. The heated pool is wonderful. The staff is friendly. They answer all our questions, offer a welcome gift for repeat guests, and upgraded us to a better room.
