Disappointing mini break Only at the hotel for 4 night break on an all inclusive break, good location but no WiFi at all in the room which was 4th floor. Very pleasant for relaxing through the day around the pool, WiFi didn’t work on the roof area either. We are there now which put down in a basement room which over looks a very small pool ,seems all the Germans get the best rooms from what I can see .. No pool bar around the pool so you have to go through the hotel to out side bar and bring it back.. air conditioning not work as well in the room

Nice staying in November 2024. Me and my wife will return to Sahara Playa. The staff was serviceminded. They gratulated me with wine and chocolate on my birthday. Clean and nice room with see view. Good and fresh food with lots of vegetables and fruit. Kennet C, Sweden

Stayed for 1 week here in May. Loved the place. Clean and tidy, quiet and staff were always friendly. Had a great selection of food throughout the week. Within walking distance of Yumba, Cita Centre. We Loved this place so much we're going back to it for another week in October.

Excellent bungalows, small (12) but all the basics are available. In addition, bicycle racks, swimming pool and laundry facilities are on site. Reception open 1 hour per day. Staff very friendly, cleaning excellent. Is 18+ so no nuisance from children. From peace seekers sitting here.

We were one of the first guests after a beautiful renovation. It's a small park and therefore not a lot of people. Nice and clean bungalow, very good beds and the kitchen is fully equipped. pool with a few sunbeds and for every bungalow a big sunbed. I think they have to finish some little things, during the ten days we stayed the where finishing the last bungalows, lights by the pool. We where missing...

Cosy, quiet, very friendly staff

Nice hotel good food. Good sun loungers. Note the hotel requires guests to pay a 150 euro "supposedly" refundable deposit at check in. I paid with a debit card and am still waiting for it to be refunded 15 days later. The hotel have since advised this may take 20 to 25 working days. I would suggest guests insist on paying in euros so as not to end up in my situation.

This is my fourth visit to Hotel Caserio within two years, and I can honestly say the hotel is perfect. It’s always nice to see the regular staff as well as new faces, especially the new daytime entertainment staff. The hotel is clean and spotless, as always, with great service from start to finish. my family and i have been here around 10 times and have never been disappointed with these great family apartments.the rooms are in my opinion well serviced ,the balconies are big with beautiful views of the atlantic. the pools are cleaned every day and there are plenty of sunbeds.the food is as good as i have had in a 3 star establishment. the only thing missing now especially for regular customers...

The room was nice, kept clean. The staff are lovely The pool is basically non existent but that doesn't matter as you're beach front anyway Breakfast choice was poor and nothing that was supposed to be warm was warm. Breakfast spoils the hotel

We had a big balcony, a pity it only had a table and 2 chairs. A couple of sunbeds as well would have been nice.

Stayed at the hotel in December staff are excellent but certainly not a four star hotel Towels soaking up water in the dining room. Dirty worn tape marking out steps and hazards. Bird droppings around loungers at the swimming pool. Poor food options especially warm vegetarian options. Hotel is clean but decoration is poor Certainly wouldn’t return or recommend

Lovely hotel...excellent location, staff are fantastic, rooms immaculate.breakfast varied loads of choice. Roof top pool immense. Defintley recommend. Bar area lovely. Literally 2 minutes from promenade. First time in Gran Canaria...will be back. And to Hotel Concorde.

We had a standard room that was clean and with a good shower. The beds are as always in Spain a bit too hard. Use the air condition, because its noisy with the windows open. Our complain is that it is a bit noisy from the corridor as well. The breakfast room is wonderful, with a great view of the ocean. Very good breakfast including everything that you wish for, even a glass of champagne for those...

It was okay, nothing to complain about , but it looks better on pictures! The terrace is very nice. The hallways needs some care. Great location

+ Check in was easy and friendly + Location - Room smelt of damp - On noisy street - Safe did not work - 2 cockroaches in bathroom - Air con louder than a jet engine - Pool area not the best. Small and overlooks abandoned buildings. - I had 3 emails and 2 WhatsApps in the space of 10 hours telling me to express check out online, ridiculous! - Not worth €90

The truth is that everything was super good, we were delighted with all the staff, especially Natalia, a sweetheart from the first minute, explaining everything to me in detail with a smile, the pool was super cool for photos above all, as I said, I'm threatening to come back soon!
