Family room was OK. Not very spacious but not too small as well. Very convenient location - very close to Waterpark, superstore, gift shops and public beach. Tourist shops nearby are very good as well. Amadores Beach by bus no 9 is one of the best! Evening entertainment is not to the quality of the TUI Blue ones.

The hotel itself is a old-fashioned gem. We stayed in junior suite facing the front of the Hotel. Very quiet, airconditioning was a bit off and the air in the room kind of dusty. One of the best parts were the 3 swimming pools. And the breakfast, one the best ever!

We stayed for 4 nights in November 2025. The location was away from the busy strip, which was nice. The room was comfortable but definitely not worthy of a 4-star rating. The on-property restaurant was buffet-style with no options for à la carte. The bar had entertainment at night that was subpar and reminded us of karaoke night. We had a SUITE PLUS WITH SEA VIEW on the 6th floor. The suite was enormous and well furnished. The bathroom was beautiful with jacuzzi bath and separate shower and the bed was comfortable. Stayed here many times, the rooms are in need of a little sprucing up, but are more like mini apartments, most with mini kitchens and outside lounge area. Just a short walk from the Europa Centre, and a 40 minute transfer from the airport. All in all reasonably good for the price.

My fourth visit here. It's relatively good value, and just a couple of minutes from the Europa Centre. However, the rooms do need a bit of attention, and they do not honour any ******* upgrades or VIP 'freebies'.

Having read previous reviews we were very dubious. However we are now 2 weeks into our 3 week stay and have been very agreeably surprised. Basic clean accommodation This apartment hotel is 2 stars. Very clean. In 2025 it is not acceptable to have to pay extra to use the room safe or the internet.

Basic accomodation for selftailored vacation The site said it was non smoking, still on the balconies every neighbour was smoking, so you couldnt avoid the smoke and couldnt keep any windows open for fresh air, since the rooms are not air conditioned. OK ok stay Beds fairly average the Internet doesn't work properly which they charge extra for . The Hotel is old but very clean. If the management made the beds more comfortable and installed wifi the stay would be more comfortable they charge plenty for the rooms so there no excuse.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. Pool area spacious with plenty sun beds. Dining room plenty tables for buffet breakfast and there was a luge choice of well presented and prepared food. Problem with lifts whilst we were there.
