Internet was very bad and some small issues with the toilet. Everything else was very nice. Everyone was very nice to us, the pool, bar, reception was cool. Great complex and location BUT funicular out of service for 2 weeks of my stay and despite having 187 steps to the apartment there was no real apology or additional help. Beautiful ocean views from all rooms. A private funicular within the hotel for access to the upper floors. Conveniently located for access to the beaches of Amadores and Puerto Rico. Very well-equipped apartments with all necessary utensils. I didn't like the monotonous breakfast. I got a room at the end, right next to the funicular. The noise from it was disturbing at night.

Just enjoying a great stay. Had a superior room on the 4th floor. View not great but reasonably quiet for city centre location. Staff wonderful, the breakfast with a view has been amazing, worth every euro. Only drawback was not kettle in room, but they tell us it is changing, and if you ask they might have one to borrow. We just arrived back from a 7 day holiday from maspolomas oasis club with our twins aged 4. The hotel is a lovely quirky little place, rooms are all around the pool which is great when you have little ones, if you forget anything or any toilet ‘accidents’. Although I would consider this accommodation extremely basic, you aren’t going to get closer to the Yumbo centre, so if you’re going to GC to visit the Yumbo, this is ideal. Hotel Change It's difficult to give an opinion on Hotel Alisios Canteras, as the hotel informed me shortly after my reservation that I had to go to another hotel. I didn't ask why, but I had read similar reviews about my situation. The replacement hotel suited me well. The room and bathroom were large and clean. The room had a small refrigerator.

Just spent Christmas here. Great little hotel just I minute from the beach. If you are a smoker all rooms have a small balcony. Breakfast good selection of fresh fruits, cheese's, cold cuts + hot eggs + bacon. Friendly staff felt welcomed by all of them. Would recommend

Good location, very close to promenade. Room was clean, only disappointment were dirty curtains. Breakfast had plenty of options, even alternative milks. I wish more smiles for receptionists. :) Deposit for beach towels is 10 €.

Simple, clean, quiet. Staff friendly and room was discos l spacious with all the needed amenities for a low key backpack of the isle

The hotel is near the beach. Tour room did not have a sea view. Our room was small without a balcony. It is clean. The breakfast was ok. The personell was friendly.
