Lovely hotel. Very clean and bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Only 10 mins to the beach ( but you do need to climb 100 steps, but I don’t think you can escape that if you stay in Peurto Rico!!) and about the same distance to the shopping centre where all the restaurants are. If like us you got e mail to say they is construction work going on outside the building. Don't be alarmed to change hotel. Its hardly noticeable and we have only heard a little during the day and its our 4th day in to 10days. It as not affected our stay whats so ever. The location and facilities are both excellent. While the breakfast menu isn't extensive, it's filling and delicious. However, because it's located on the main street, it can be a bit noisy.

The room was huge and very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It had a sea view and wasn't far from the beach. The breakfast was plentiful, and the fruit and eggs were delicious. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop from Maspalomas in the opposite direction, you have to walk to the center of Puerto Rico. Within a 5-minute walk there are several restaurants and a well-stocked Dino supermarket. Daily cleaning. Comfortable beds. Nice swimming pool with slightly heated water. Although I would consider this accommodation extremely basic, you aren’t going to get closer to the Yumbo centre, so if you’re going to GC to visit the Yumbo, this is ideal. Brilliant stay here , good location with modern rooms that were cleaned every 2 days to a high standard , aircon and powerful shower. Studio room is quite small but no smaller than a regular hotel room , just a little short on storage was only small issue we had pool area and pool was well maintained and again spotless .
