Most exceptional gay resort I have ever been to. The hosts Khoi and Jan are very warm and attentive. The private rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend for all fellow gay travellers. You will have an amazing time.

Just back from a stay in these apartments ! Room was massive and spotless and cleaned regularly, wifi was €5 for the week for 5 devices and close to beach / shops. I think we made a reservation for a room with a city view and They gave us a room with CITY VIEW A 30m2 gorgeous private terrace in the top floor and the whole apartment with small living area separated from the bedroom. Alexia was so friendly during my check-in and gave some great local recommendations. Staff were generally great. The room was clean and tidy.

Staff were absolutely lovely at this hotel, in particular the pool bar breakfast and lunch staff, which is its saving grace. However the room is in need of serious TLC and a good clean, particularly for the price point. The pool however looked good and the food was fab for easy meals.

Great central hotel, more of a studio type room with kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed and seating area, counter staff really helpful and friendly. It is above a good restaurant/bar and in a busy commercial area so expect some noise from traffic and the streets.

We love this place, but we don’t agree that they should continue to let people in once all the beds are full. We paid £200 for 4 couples and only had three sun lounge's between us all day. This needs to be reviewed.

Very basic, noisy central location

Hotel is located up a back street , and hard to find . Having to ask a few locals for directions . Quite distant from nearest beach , although a short walk has One looking to the main harbour area .The single room was excellent and clean , while the staff were friendly and helpful enough . Cannot vouch for local shops , simply because I arrived late and departed early .

The shower attachment was broken, and was not fixed. This is not fully accessible, there are steps leading to a lift which then takes you up to Reception on the first floor. There are no dining options, but there are cafes nearby.

The best thing was the location, and everything else could be greatly improved. The cleaning was poor, and to top it all off, one day they forgot to clean the room. According to the receptionist, the girl is very distracted. If that's the case, someone should check that everything is done. The reception was friendly, they allowed me to check in a little earlier than the check in time as I arrived early in Las Palmas. The room was modern, but basic. Not bad, not good. They have card for underground parking in 3 min away. But you need to get it in reception before go to the parking, it’s not useful cas in the streets there is no place even stop for 1 min.

Cheap, clean and safe.For 35-45 euros, you will get one non smoker single or double bedroom.No breakfast but the bar at the corner will provide you with a cheap and better breakfast than most hotels in Las Palmas. Multilingual wecome desk and nice people in charge.

Good price-to-quality value. Clean, in a nice location (few minutes walk to Santa Catalina bus station, beach and La Isleta peninsula). The only inconvenience was leaving key in reception every time, and in the night the entrance is closed so you need to call the entry phone.
