Clean modern rooms, excellent food choices , nice bars, good entertainment.. Pool was a bit cloudy ..
Amazing hotel popular for Germans and cyclist. Very well connected bus connection right outside amazing hotel will recommend to friends and family
Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.
Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.
Tbh, I'm shocked I came back home 😅 - this place was amazing and surrounded by an absolute paradise! Definitely going back!
Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

The location is fantastic, right across from the main square. The night views are also great!
I stayed here for 3 nights in a row and highly recommend it to others for a few reasons: 1. **Fantastic Location for Transport**: It's incredibly close to the metro. Seriously, no exaggeration – you exit the Plaza de España station (line 10), take the 'Princesa' exit, and the hotel entrance is literally just 20 meters away. Super convenient! 2. **Excellent for Shopping & Sightseeing**: The hotel...
Great location and the rooftop bar is beautiful. However, the service is really subpar. Every time I tried to call customer service, I had to wait a long time, and it took ages for housekeeping to arrive. The gym is tiny and has very limited equipment. On the bright side, the breakfast was delicious.
Staying at this hotel second time and would probably stay here again when visiting Madrid. The location, amenities, breakfast and stuff are just TOP. The view from the room just adds to it! My husbands favorite thing here is breakfast Mine is rooftop! Can sit there whole day!
Highly recommended! It's super convenient, with a metro station right outside the hotel, and you can walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Guests can go up to the rooftop for some great views. The bathroom was very new and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. The front desk staff spoke good English, which made communication easy.
The room was spacious. No deposit was required for check-in. However, there were no slippers or toothbrushes in the room. Breakfast was plentiful.

What another amazing stay in Magic Cristal. This was our 4th year staying here from there new online check-in to the amazing staff all across the hotel, keep up the good work and looking forward to our next stay.

We have just got back from our holiday here and absolutely loved it! The staff are lovely especially Anita and the cleaning lady with the glasses, we didn’t get her name. Our room was regularly cleaned. The hotel is full of character, Valentines day was wonderful, the rose for all the ladies was a lovely touch! the food was delicious! Plenty of options for everyone, our only criticism was it could...
Ive stayed here 3 times and its my go to hotel for benidorm as its in a fantastic location in-between the old and new towns and about 8 mins to levante beach. The rooms have always been very clean and never had an issue with getting clean towels etc. The lifts are the worst thing about the hotel waiting forever for them but if I was that bothered I could always use the stairs.. Had a lovely 4 nights here returning yesterday. We had a double junior room which was upgraded to a park view. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast was good. Very good selections. Easy walk to old town.
The bedroom was large, the beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. The bathroom was large and the bathtub could have been replaced by a shower plate, which is far more comfortable and helps save water. The buffets had a variety of delicious food dishes, fruits, cheeses and desserts. The waiters were attentive and helpful but short on staff to clear and prepare the tables. There...
Very nice stay and beautiful hotel. Kids club is great at this hotel. Marcos and Eva are so good with kids. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice hotel and a good place for your little ones!
We stayed at the Meliá Benidorm as a group of 13 and honestly, we couldn’t fault it. The hotel was immaculate throughout, spotless rooms, comfortable beds and everything maintained to a really high standard. You can tell they take pride in the place. The location is perfect. It’s close enough to everything you need but still feels relaxed. There’s a Lidl directly across the road which was so handy...
Meliá Benidorm - a nice enough hotel but we felt it was long overdue for refurbishment. Our room 2253 was clean and comfortable with great views but felt very dated. Rituals toiletries in the bathroom was a nice touch. We woke to an awful smell on the first morning, I believe this to be down to the room not being used for a while and the plumbing having not been flushed through - after flushing everything...
We enjoyed our stay in february 2026 a lot. The price was very reasonable for what we got in return ( great variety of food, heated swimming pool, entertaonment for kids, gaming zone) . Firstly, we were given the wrong room, however reception was able to move us to a different room. The rooms are dated but they are clean. The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service...
Room was basic. Breakfast buffet was large and had lots of choices. The beach access was nice but the beach side restaurant was expensive.
The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron. While you do get the money back upon return, the cash only system is inconvenient and unnecessary
Kept clean & tidy. No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money. Would stay again.
When checking in to the hotel, the first room we were assigned was covered in bugs when we entered. I went to reception and they were quick to change our room and placed us on the top floor with a view of the sea which was lovely. Whilst in the second room, the door handle broke and we were trapped inside our room for almost an hour. I attempted to call the hotel number 26 times with no answer. My...

We've just returned from 9 nights all inclusive, and it's one of the best 4 star hotels we've been to. I don't give many hotels 5 stars so it goes to show how good this place is The food, as some mentioned was quite samey at times, but there were that many options overall, it didn't bother us. Lunch and dinner had live stir fry cooking and that was a particular hit. Normally on all inclusive holidays...
Great hotel but rooms are a little small and narrow. Could do with some drawers installing inside on side of the wardrobe to help organising clothes instead of loving out of a suitcase. Spa was relatively cheap...

staff were good and the hotel itself was very nice The big problem was the food. It was cold repetitive and poor quality definitely not 5 star.
Great hard working team members to ensure a positive experience
Pluses - Staff are friendly. Great kids club, nice breakfast but you need to get there early or it’s chaotic. Nice refurb on former hotel. Top location, beach and bars on your doorstep. Negatives - Strange set up with entertainment, experienced far better elsewhere and for such a big hotel I’d expect more. Noise proofing, my word the noise is OTT. Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.
Very happy about food and kids swimming pool Thank you
It was great loved it - all staff were amazing! Only thing I would change is the fact there is no privacy between guests on the balcony which can make it Abit arkward when all outside but other than that it was great!

We had a great stay in this fabulous hotel. Great location and fabulous service
The hotel's location, facilities, rooms, and amenities are all perfect. The service level is generally good, although a few staff members fall short (some servers aren't as considerate, for example, their attitude when clearing plates at breakfast isn't very friendly, and their English isn't great). Otherwise, an overall score of 4.8 or higher would be no problem.
Great location and breakfast was decent. However, the staff's service was really poor, and their attitude was terrible. Their English skills were also quite basic. They seemed to pick on those they perceived as weaker. It was quite amusing when their attitude completely changed and softened once they realized they couldn't argue with us in English.
Room itself and location were fantastic. Spotless, tidy, well equipped. Very walkable to all main attractions. Only thing was that the reception and concierge weren’t the most friendly / empathetic to our concerns about finding alternative routes when our trains got cancelled and we were trying to ask them for help with it.
The location is convenient and the room is decent, but the service was absolutely terrible – the worst we've encountered in Spain. The front desk staff avoided eye contact and had a very arrogant attitude. It wasn't until we voiced our complaints in English that their demeanor shifted, offering those fake European smiles, which was quite amusing in itself.
The room decor was high quality, I especially loved the wallpaper and tiles. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was excellent. It was just a few minutes' walk from the Prado Museum, which meant I could go to the free evening sessions every day to see my favorite artworks.

This hotel needs a total overhaul, starting with the owner/management. The staff looked over worked and could hardly raise a smile, which I felt was reflected over the whole park. The hotel experience wasn't good or bad, to be honest. It doesn't seem like a 4-star hotel, but being in the park, you think you'll get some perks, but no. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and extensive grounds are immaculate. There are 2 large pools and one has a path to the beautiful Barrosa beach, where there are also restaurants. Sunsets are beautiful. There is an extensive choice of good quality food, at both breakfast and dinner, maybe could have had more of the excellent seafood from the local area. Replenishment is excellent....
Although the weather was rather poor, we had a very nice experience. The staff was extremely friendly and recommended a couple of places nearby we visited. The city of Cádiz was especially worth it the day trip. The food in the hotel is outstanding, We had lunch twice in the A la carte Restaurant Mercado del Sur and joined the evening buffet on another occasion. We also used the indoor swimming pool...

Not as bad as comments say. For the price was impressed. room was clean lovely lighting powerful shower and balcony. The chambermaid was amazing and works so hard. Grounds were clean and big pool areas with bar. As room only can't comment on the food but some staff did need addressing and manager was polite and advised would deal with it. Elevators need refurbishing. 15 min walk to beach and start...
I stayed at to Luna Park hotel for a week in Early October. I found the check in quick and efficient and I was very happy with the room that I was allocated. I chose to upgrade to a pool view room and I was not disappointed. I stayed on a half board bases and the hotels breakfast was one of the best I have ever had. The evening meal was good and I enjoyed the large choice of fruit available. I found...
For price v impressed. Cold Aircon. Clean room. Lovely clean pools. Recommend half board. Breakfast buffet really good. Dinner buffet excellent, huge choices. Staff lovely. Yes can be tiny bit noisy from other rooms but nothing too bad. Stroll down to local pubs off the main strip and support the locals. Bar el lager is friendly, cheap. Thanks to all staff.
Rooms were nice , it said 1 double but 2 singles . Bathroom door didn’t close but part from that it was nice and clean Service and employees were good , everyone helped where was needed and couldn’t fault them. Location was class, about 5,6 shops outside which helped a lot , and a lovely 10,15 walk to the beach front which was a nice walk through the city so could t complain. The pools was clean...
We stayed for 7 nights. Overall, the hotel was good for the price. I really liked the food, and I definitely recommend choosing the half board option—it’s worth it. The room was okay, though the cleaning could have been better. We weren’t in the hotel much during the day, and came back tired in the evenings, so it didn’t bother us too much. One downside was the bathroom door—it didn’t close properly...
The food was very good and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is decent, and while the hotel doesn't offer its own parking, I was able to find a spot about a 10-minute walk away. The main downside was the cleanliness, which could have been better. That said, for the price, it still offers reasonable value overall.

Lovely hotel, clean and decent sized rooms. We were bed and breakfast. Plenty of choice for breakfast with staff clearing tables quickly. Service at the bar could sometimes be slow although you can clearly see how fast they are working. Good value for money at the bar and there is a good lunch deal, burger/hot dog + drink + fries + ice cream For €5.95 (burger was raw so go for the hot dog) Location...
We had a very good time in this hotel. Our room was very clean and the food was amazing. For me what stood out was the animation team Javi and gisela, they organized creative activity's everyday and we had so much fun. Marino was our favorite bartender and falou always blessed us with wine while eating. This was an amazing experience overall (from Diego )
The hotel was very cozy, with great food and extremely friendly staff. The bartender, Marino, was fantastic, and Falou was also very welcoming. The animation team was amazing—truly perfect. Javier and Gisela were incredibly enthusiastic, creating a lively atmosphere every evening with fun activities. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay.
Overall, we had a nice stay at the Best Cambrils hotel. It’s a lovely, well-maintained hotel that is perfectly situated for exploring salou and Cambrills. The Best Bits: The accommodation was excellent. The rooms were comfy, spacious, and everything felt clean and relaxing. The swimming pool area is also a major highlight—it’s very well-kept, and we were so pleased that there were plenty of sunbeds...
There was nothing terribly wrong with the hotel, just a few niggles which meant that we wouldn't return. 1: No tea and coffee facilities in the room which in a hotel pertaining to be 4* is poor. You can hire a kettle with cups and sugar included, but at €25 per week+ a deposit we declined. 2: The nighttime entertainment was only on 3 nights and all of this was aimed at the Spanish guests. Okay we were...
I’ve recently returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel to celebrate my friends 21st birthday and it was honestly amazing. I had absolutely no complaints about this hotel when usually i manage to pick faults straight away. Food and drink - There was plenty of different foods to chose from, I am not a picky eater but there was something for everyone, the only one thing I could say about the food is...
