Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.

Tbh, I'm shocked I came back home 😅 - this place was amazing and surrounded by an absolute paradise! Definitely going back!

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it. Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

The location is fantastic, right across from the main square. The night views are also great!

Great location and the rooftop bar is beautiful. However, the service is really subpar. Every time I tried to call customer service, I had to wait a long time, and it took ages for housekeeping to arrive. The gym is tiny and has very limited equipment. Highly recommended! It's super convenient, with a metro station right outside the hotel, and you can walk to the Royal Palace of Madrid. Guests can go up to the rooftop for some great views. The bathroom was very new and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the service was great. The front desk staff spoke good English, which made communication easy.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and all the major clubs, which made it perfect for nightlife in Ibiza. However, the downsides were hard to ignore. Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. I would recommend this as a good budget holiday hotel.

The hotel's location, facilities, rooms, and amenities are all perfect. The service level is generally good, although a few staff members fall short (some servers aren't as considerate, for example, their attitude when clearing plates at breakfast isn't very friendly, and their English isn't great). Otherwise, an overall score of 4.8 or higher would be no problem.

Great location and breakfast was decent. However, the staff's service was really poor, and their attitude was terrible. Their English skills were also quite basic. They seemed to pick on those they perceived as weaker. It was quite amusing when their attitude completely changed and softened once they realized they couldn't argue with us in English.

Room itself and location were fantastic. Spotless, tidy, well equipped. Very walkable to all main attractions. Only thing was that the reception and concierge weren’t the most friendly / empathetic to our concerns about finding alternative routes when our trains got cancelled and we were trying to ask them for help with it.

The location is convenient and the room is decent, but the service was absolutely terrible – the worst we've encountered in Spain. The front desk staff avoided eye contact and had a very arrogant attitude. The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.

The room amenities were as described online, though the beds looked quite old and the facilities were generally average. The lighting in the room was a bit dim. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel and extensive grounds are immaculate. There are 2 large pools and one has a path to the beautiful Barrosa beach, where there are also restaurants. The food was very good and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is decent, and while the hotel doesn't offer its own parking, I was able to find a spot about a 10-minute walk away. The main downside was the cleanliness, which could have been better. We had a very good time in this hotel. Our room was very clean and the food was amazing. For me what stood out was the animation team Javi and gisela, they organized creative activity's everyday and we had so much fun. The hotel was very cozy, with great food and extremely friendly staff. The bartender, Marino, was fantastic, and Falou was also very welcoming. The animation team was amazing—truly perfect.
