The hotel is very old, and the "sea view apartment" doesn't actually have a sea view at all. The bed creaks, and the curtains don't block out light. The receptionist has a heavy English accent and is not very friendly. The all-inclusive drinks are watered down, which is a major drawback. Rooms are very basic. Unfortunatelly the bathroom is not a good design. They had a bathtub made as a shower cabin. Feeling very claustrohobic as no space for you to stand in properly (only sideways). The hotel was nice and location was great. However for us the food was the biggest let down. We paid full board but we hardly ate there because it was not food that we would eat. Second stay here, and the service at this hotel is excellent. We booked a room that included welcome drinks, which we could redeem at the bar. There was also complimentary juice upon arrival. First time staying in anthelia and it won’t be the last. Fabulous hotel wirh amazing facilities. Rooms are spacious and lovely, restaurants are great options for all diners. The staff are personable and interactive with guests in the most pleasant way. Namely Mirian who worked at the pool area. So cheerful and very attentive to guests, a joy to see in the area. We had an amazing time at this hotel! The views are absolutely beautiful. The crew at the pool bar made our experience extra special — especially Miriam and Daniela, who were incredibly friendly and attentive. Service was always fast and welcoming. We’ve had an incredible week stay. The facilities are great with lots of things to do. The big pool and gym were particular hits. The staff are all brilliant, a special shout out to Aramburu who made our daughter feel special during the meal service. The whole team were fantastic, always one step ahead of what you needed. We loved our stay and hope to be back soon!

A great hotel, rooms are an adequate size with a nice balcony. The shower is amazing. Food is nice enough for a buffet style, we are half board but we can switch our evening meal out for lunch. We did have to pay for our drinks with the evening meal, but they are not a bad price. Pool is reasonable, with sun beds around. Plenty of evening entertainment during the week.

The staff are the best team of people; everyone is so friendly and polite. The food is very good. The evening entertainment is good, though it finishes early (midnight). The hotel is a short walk to the town centre and the beach; it's a short 5-minute walk over the road. I'd highly recommend this hotel and Salou.

Very clean hotel, staff went the extra mile, we had a couple of rainy days and the entertainment team made sure the guests were still entertained. Good selection for eating, very fresh and varied each day. Only negative if it even is one, there’s only one table tennis table and you have to go to reception to get bats and ball with an hour slot, tried on a few occasions but was always just missing out...

The staff were superb from reception to, the cleaning staff, to the activity team at pool side. Cannot fault them, fantastic all round. Hotel itself seemed I little run down. Just spent a week here, and I have to say its a beautiful place. The food is really good lots of choice. The views are absolutely amazing.
