I cannot fault the hotel in any way. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience. The greeting we received from the staff when we arrived, to the spotless room. The restaurant el Vulcan was amazing! We visited the spa also, another fantastic experience. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing hospitality- it was second to none. Fantastic hotel and service. Visiting with our daughter this time, the staff went out of their way to help us. The facilities were great. Only negative was the policy that you can’t take drinks up to your room. With a baby going down early, we were cheap all inclusive guests but would have loved to pop down to the bar and bring a drink back for the evening.

The hotel was fabulous and we were able to sample the extra restaurants that the hotel has. The piano bar was tremendous with it’s entertainment and selection of drinks.

Stayed here for a week September 2025. Firstly it's not a 4 star hotel. 3 or 3+ at best. What could be 4* is if you upgrade to Royal level which costs 30€ pppd. I stayed in one of the out buildings and the noise kept me awake you can hear people walking up the stairs doors banging and traffic. There was a horrible stale smell in room.

Great experience, I would say this is my preferred hotel in Benidorm. Fantastic location, very friendly staff. Clean room and common areas. I loved the indoor pool. There was always lots of choices at mealtimes. Would recommend staying here, great see views from the high rooms too. One thing is that the noise carries from the new town, but it is not too loud and didn't disturb me.

A wonderful stay, everything is here for all your needs. Room had a good pool view and was always cleaned daily. Staff service was friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and close to the sea, the train station, and the bus stop right across the street. Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. The pool is quiet and very well manned by life guards and constant service people checking areas. Airport shuttle service is very punctual. The shuttle schedule is as advertised. Excellent bathroom facilities. Their in-house restaurant also serves great beer on tap and the ramen is quite nice as well.

A very decent hotel within a short taxi/uber ride to the airport. There are a supermarket and a few restaurants with 10 minute walk. The neighbourhood is clean and safe. The only negatives are that the check-in procedure is unreasonably long, and there were large tour groups that were making a lot of noise in the corridor, and were leaving all at once with loads of luggage occupying all available lifts...

Lovely quiet hotel only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the old town. Excellent variety of food at breakfast. Two outside pools with plenty of sun loungers also 1 heated indoor pool with jacuzzi.

Always clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast selection. The only things that let it down was the hotel bar closing at 8pm, and they never, ever tell you which of the 2 hotels you're actually staying at. No problem the first time, but the second time one of our party had severe mobility issues, and the walk to the other site wasn't a great experience.

The Papa Luna is a bit of a Peñiscola institution. Very comfortable rooms, great location, pleasant staff and amazing food at the buffet. Your waistline won't thank you if you stay too long! Highly recommend.
