Unforgettable holiday at Landmar Playa La Arena! We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and well-organized, with a beachfront location offering spectacular sunsets. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and equipped with every comfort. The staff is exceptional: from reception to gardeners, housekeeping, chefs, waiters, and pool staff ? everyone is always smiling, helpful,...
We stayed at this hotel last year with our daughter we loved it so much that my husband and i went back this year and booked to go back next year for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, always kept immaculate with the shiniest floors i have ever seen. Food is amazing with so much choice. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help. The rooms are beautiful and also kept so...
We spent ten fantastic days at the Landmar Playa La Arena Hotel, and it was an absolutely exceptional stay! The hotel is truly wonderful – elegant, modern, with a stunning view of the ocean and the Los Gigantes cliffs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortably furnished. The pool area is fantastic – plenty of sun loungers, excellent organization of aerobics, water sports, and other activities...
I had a wonderful stay at Landmar Playa La Arena. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even more comfortable. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options every day. I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive service in the restaurant. Damian at the buffet was incredibly helpful in guiding me through gluten-free choices, which made dining stress...
Lovely spacious hotel - friendly staff and good food options
We had the great pleasure of staying at the Landmar Playa La Arena Hotel, and it was absolutely the best stay! 🌴The food was delicious – a huge selection and excellent taste. The hotel's decor is stunning – beautiful interiors filled with greenery create a unique atmosphere, and the evening showtime provided great entertainment. The entire facility is very well-maintained, clean, and tidy. The pools...

This is no way a four star hotel, it’s a three star at best, day one we had a problem with ants and that didn’t go away for our entire stay despite them telling us they had sprayed our room and sorted it out. We asked for a kettle and they wanted to charge us £20 also had problems with loss of hot water, breakfast was ok but just ok with everything eatable, best thing about this hotel by far was its...
We were there during challenge Peguera. End of season yet the staff was always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were nice, and the fridge is a great bonus! The breakfast was also really good. We were a group of 8 so seating together was a challenge, but we manager. The biggest issue was waiting for the elevator! The hotel seriously needs to do something about the extremly long wait for these. A smaller...
I was disappointed with the quality of the room, I would not rate this as four star accommodation. Secondly the room had twin beds not a double and the mattress was very uncomfortable and I woke up with a lot of pain and was not able to sleep well this left me feeling like a cripple for the entire stay. The rooms were clean and staff friendly but the food was very good but catered for the Germans who...
My experience was extremely nice and comfortable. All services are arranged in a perfect way. Location is perfect and stunning. Variety of food and activities. Although, I booked a single room, the size of it was impressive (looks like double). Cleaning was done daily and towels replaced on the request. All the members of staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to families as there...
We have came back yesterday from hotel vibra beverly playa. Very clean Large rooms with everything you need . Mini fridge' safe ' large wardrobe. Very clean . Chambermaid very friendly. You have 3 swimming pools outside. And one inside but didn't see thar because the door was locked. There's a gym and pool tables . The main restaurant for food was very large . But the food wasn't very nice . Same...
Food was aimed more for German clients. The food in the cafe needs to be of a better standard, stale old chips that were like warm, the burgers were dry and cold, really needs to be of a better quality for an all inclusive snack bar. The pool area was clean and well kept, the room was lovely, amazing views. But the lack of a kettle in the room was frustrating. I see people moaning about this hotel...

Lovely hotel, excellent location within walking distance of everything. Rooms really clean, reception staff were pleasant along with the restaurant staff however a couple of bar staff not so much. Food was yummy!!
Good location, hotel needs updating Good stay and very good location. The rooms are very small and the entire hotel could do with an update as some areas are very tired/run down (for example one of the toilets for the ladies in reception doesn’t have a toilet seat - a basic requirement for a 4* hotel I think)! The rooftop swimming pool is really nice and the evening entertainment is very good too...
. Staff were friendly. Nice breakfast with plenty choice. Pool atea nice & clean, with roof top pool too. Drinks were reasonably priced. Entertainment was good most nights. Good location to restaurants & bars.
Lovely holiday. Food excellent. Always a sunbed when we were there in middle of July. Hope to return sometime.
Port Aventura short break Friendly staff, lovely large comfortable lounge area. Came for a few days to visit Port Aventura, a 15/20 min walk to park. Rooms basic, but clean, bed good if you like a firm mattress, my husband does, terrible if you don’t, I don’t!
The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the balcony spacious with a great view of the pool. The restaurant was impeccable with an excellent choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar service was very good but not many staff to take order and bring drinks. We were there in the middle of October 2025. Food at the hotell was good except for when we had an excursion and asked for an early breakfast they gave us cookies och butter, that was not good. The room was ok but on the balcony there were no isolation so you could hear all neighbours talking, some talked very loud in their cellphones. It was often very smelly from the street (trashcontainers and...
Just back from our stay here. When we arrived the view outside the hotel was great. Lovely wee cove at the bottom of quite a steep hill, so if you have knee problems, maybe not for you. Inside the hotel is very glam, lovely chandler as a focal point. Check in was easy. Got a 3rd floor poolside room which was great and had a lovely sea view. There was a huge disappointment though, NO KETTLE, I love...
At first, it was a bit uncomfortable staying in a ground-floor room – there was a slight smell of dampness. However, after we mentioned it to the hotel staff, our room was immediately changed, and the new one was simply wonderful. The staff were very helpful, polite, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel that this hotel cares about its guests and their smiles. 🌸
FANTASTIC HOLIDAY. PLEASE READ. Like many other people reading reviews on here and probably being put off by the negative ones, I decided to ignore them and book a holiday here anyway. Pretty nice hotel in a really nice location Aprox 60 meters to beach. If you have problems walking this hotel is in my opinion is probably not for you. On the night of October 18, a pipe burst in the hotel and the rooms were flooded with water. We wasted our time trying to deal with this situation on our own. The people at the reception ignored me. All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive
Excellent hotel. Staff and rooms great. Food well above average for an AI. Drinks great. Overall loved it and amazing sunsets
Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day. 3 pools and jacuzzis. The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily.
Rooms are dated, especially bathrooms.
Very nice hotel, bit confusing to navigate at first. Not sure why all the serving staff are so unhappy and rude. Barely a smile, a hello or a thank you between them! Also hotel feels really understaffed. Rooms are big and spacious, well cleaned. Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day...
The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.
Staff were nice , helpful and friendly.

The only plus is good location. Drinking water only 2 small bottles free on 1st night. You have to buy if u want more. Late check out even for 30 minutes is not allowed.
Excellent hotel, very close to the train station, just a 10-minute walk away. There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town. Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot.
The location is near to bus and train station, probably just 2-3 minutes walk. Opposite there’s two shopping mall, you can easily get groceries. However, the room itself is not so clean, I think they did not sweep the floor, as I can feel sands or crumbles in the room, the shampoo, body shampoo are almost finished, luckily they refill during the next day cleaning but still not vacuum the floor.
The hotel was pretty standard. A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too. My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey.
The hotel's decor and rooms are quite nice. However, it's very noisy as it's located right next to a main street. Customer service mentioned that there's no air conditioning throughout the entire building, so the only option for ventilation is to open the windows.
Seville is known as the 'City of Oranges,' and the scenery is lovely. Even though the railway has been a bit unreliable lately, the hotel's location is excellent, right by the train station. It's a highly recommended hotel, really great!

It was ok. Nothing more nothing less. Slow reception on arrival. Was sick for my last day which I think was from the buffet. Room given for two days had no privacy but they did move us to a higher floor.
Unsecured WiFi, WiFi unavailable most of the time, no tour pickup/drop off by 95% of the local tour companies, no drinkable water except vending machines, overall looks pretty but feels scuffed. It’s perfect if you wanna stay in the hotel all day with a book by the pool and nothing else.
Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive. We also tested the spa area where most of it was out of order. They did not inform us before paying for the entry.
Super impressed with everything! All staff, pools, food - everything was much more than we expected, from a 4-star hotel. Should be upgraded 😊
The views were nice. The older crowd was a bit of a shock so it was an earlier lights out than expected. Other than that it was an overall good time.
I loved everything about it. Entire property was clean & well maintained. Staff were friendly & incredibly helpful. Great dining options. Huge amount of drinks to choose from. The spa was just divine!! Will absolutely be going again.

I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking. This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review. It’s not worth it. Great one nighter though.
Overall a great hotel with very good facilities. Staff were always very helpful with great communication. Just a couple of points to improve the experience at the hotel. Just got back spent 5 days there ... ok seen the reviews and thought no way but for the price it was far better than the reviews state .. lively and lots of groups but give them some credit what do you expect for the price cheaper than any hostel with booze and food chucked in was cleaned daily and pool area perfect ..close to beach and nightlife a budget hotel at a budget price
Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3.5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days). However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter
Was three days in early may. The hotel is old. Furniture killed, TV not LCD, so remote from him in pledge did not take. Bathroom good, bed linen clean. Cleaning amused - took out the trash, took the towels and not put new. I had to go in the evening at the reception. Cold nights, the hotel comprises a battery. Pleasant surprise - good food.
It would have been nice if not for the drunk German youth.
Was here 2 weeks ago for a 3 night stay. Can't complain to much as only paid €117 for full board for the 2 of us. Food was ok, but the whole hotel needs a complete make over. Also would avoid in summer months when stag and hen parties and groups of youngsters are staying in the hotel.

Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.
Been to this hotel 5 times and would go back again. Rooms need updating a bit. Restaurant is busy but big enough to accommodate everyone. Staff all friendly
Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication
Not bad but won’t be back Long walk (5-10mins) from entrance/reception to our apartment. Air con in apartment was useless - not sure if adhering to Spains 27 degrees Celsius lower limit… felt like it!
Overall we had a good stay at the GF Isabel, we had a 1 bed apartment which had enough space for a family of 4, the hotel had enough sun beds, pools and bars .. etc. Only down points were that the kids couldn't use floats in the pool and the half board / full board options are very limited for vegetarians.

This hotel is also suitable for the disabled.
Nice hotel, very clean. The people working there are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, there is a nice beach with turquoise water 5min walking from the hotel. The food is fine. The swimming pool is very big and quiet.
Nice hotel, lovely helpful staff, food is great, with great selection. Every night entertainment, enough sun beds, and great stuff for kids. For us as a couple was not ideal because of the many kids, but we chose it, so not the hotels fault, as they done everything to entertain families and kids. So it is a good choice for families.
Nice hotel. Most of the place is new. Other things are a bit worn. Location is super good. The cleaning staff does their best. Same with the waiters. The food is ok and varied. Pool areas are fantastic. Especially with a child. However, it is a shame that you are not allowed to use inflatable swimming animals other than at the beach. The lifeguards are not super active. There are daytime activities...

Omelette lady was fantastic she made me an omelette every morning. Nice neighbourhood ,cozy and spacious
The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The breakfast was warm and had a wide selection. The subway station is right next to it, so you can travel to the Royal Palace and Reina Sofia Museum with just one train ride (you need to purchase a special card at the ticket gate). The tourist centers of Atocha and Sola are a quick taxi ride away, and the Santiago Bernabeu is just a few minutes' walk...
Welcoming, relaxed and excellent amenities. Great breakfast.
We chose the hotel because it’s close to our friend’s house. The hotel is good, we wanted to try the spa, but it was not available during our stay.
The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.
Great location, great lobby and cafe / terrace, lots of restaurants around.

Double room with a kitchen so that it seems the room not spacious. Actually, the hotel offers half board with different themes at dinner. Easy to find a parking and direct access to the beach
From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents...

The building looks like a cute little castle. It looks like the hotel is old but has been refurbished and the interior of the lobby looks spectacular! We've been pleased with the mobile app where one can learn about all of the activities around the hotel as well as see expenses or provide feedback. We've had a chance to stay at another Iberostar hotel, Royal Andaluz, prior to this and because of...
We stayed here for a very special family holiday last week and the hotel, staff and food was excellent. I can't fault any aspects of the hotel, we each had excellent rooms, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. My only criticism might be that they charge for the safe in the room, which isn't something I've experienced recently in hotels over the past 5-6 years or so, but at €3 a day, its...
The staff were all great, including waiting, cleaning and reception staff. Shame there’s no sun loungers at the beach, given it’s a beachside property. Towel system a bit annoying. Pools not being heated was an issue for October holiday but can imagine summer it’s ok. The one main issue we found was the allergy labelling on food was inconsistent and not clear at all. The staff were also not reassuring...
