excellent hotel, we read other peoples reviews about the hotel, there were complaints about the state of the rooms and the chioce of food at meal times. We found non of these complaints, our room was fresh and clean and the food choice was plenty full and varied everything being constantly topped up on a regular basis so that it was always fresh. As we were only half board we had to pay for our drinks...

Brilliant. I think staff are excellent. Position of hotel is perfect. The hotel is spacious with plenty of room around the pool. We will book again as soon as we get home.

Absolutely superb hotel , very clean , very spacious , fantastic staff , and above all excellent quality and choice of food , highly recommended. The Japanese restaurant was excellent, my advice would be to book this once you arrive , as it is popular .

Everything was very good. Pleasant service, a clean room (cleaned every day), and tasty food. One thing wasn’t great — drinks for lunch and dinner had to be paid for separately (including water, coffee, tea, etc.) and there was no kettle in the room. Had a wonderful 10 days at this hotel, have been to this hotel before but not since the refurbishment. Little niggle about the refurbishment, no usb sockets fitted with new plug sockets, most hotels now have USB sockets. No kettle in the room, we hired a kettle for €20. The room was immaculate and this was kept up throughout the stay . It was so close to the beach I could go for a swim and be back in my hot shower in 2 minutes . Lovely hotel. It's 3 connecting hotels. Entertainment everyday. Staff were always at reception and polite. Reason I gave it 4 stars - the room for 3 adults was not great. Fairly small room and the bathroom is even smaller - which is a shame because from the outside, the building is really nice. I ate in the adjoining sister hotel where I had been advised by other guests that the food was of a higher standard. I was very pleased with the quality and variety of meals. It was however disappointing to see many guests wearing pool-side clothes to dinner.

Located at 5 minutes from the beach and next to a grocery store, it's a very nice hotel. Tasty and various food and very polite people. The coffee from breakfast area is not briliant but this is not a minus. Outdoor pool with beds around and playground for the kids. I enjoyed staying here.

Work trip. Room was clean. Lifts don’t seem to operate well. No water in the rooms, or any facilities for tea of coffee. Not somewhere I would choose to stay.

Okay,just. Hotel is extremely busy with teenage summer camps. Breakfast was good but very busy. Some staff nice but some are very abrupt,we struggled to get any boiled water for babies bottles, it proved very difficult and staff were not very accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel with our dogs and had a pleasant experience. The best part was that they warmly welcome pets, which made traveling with my dog so much easier. The location was okay, but still convenient enough for getting around. Overall, I really appreciated how pet-friendly the place was, and I’d definitely consider staying again because of that. Hiba was truly the best animator! She always has a beautiful smile that instantly makes everyone feel comfortable. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always willing to help. Just returned from a 3 week stay at this lovely hotel. This is out 8th or 9th time and yes there are a few changes, mainly the evening happy hour has gone but still one at lunchtime! Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the beach is directly across the street. The room was always left perfectly clean by the great staff here. Without notice the staff left a bottle of wine in our room to celebrate my birthday and left a heartfelt note. Beautiful setting and facilities however as previously mentioned on the Golfbreaks deal we only have a blue wristband and those rooms lack tea making facilities in the rooms, great shame because otherwise everything was lovely. Room service in the evening was very reasonably priced. This was our second visit within a month, and if the same golf break deal is available, we will go next month as well

First time we stayed here, and if possible we will be back . What we didn’t understand: the first day we were directed to Botanic restaurant for BF, the second day we had to go to Mosaic restaurant for BF and the final day that restaurant was closed when we arrived for BF so we went to the Botanic again were we were welcomed .. so that was a bit weird. Excellent spa and massage experience. The spa in this hotel is truly top-class — calm atmosphere, very clean, and professionally run. Patricia is a real professional: strong, confident technique, works deeply and precisely, really knows how to release tension and tight muscles. One of the best massages I’ve had. The hotel looks nice but beware! We had a 4 star room. We booked a deal with golf. We had no idea.That means a blue wristband. A gold wristband is a 5 star room. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, the place was extremely family friendly. The food was great so many choices and the staff were always helpful. Stayed for a week at the end of November. I couldn't fault the hotel; for a 3-star, it had everything you needed. The hotel staff were great, especially the entertainment team. i have come to this hotel for 3 years in a row now and it never disappoints me and my family, so many friends we have met because of this hotel and my favourite is the entertainment team, always have good activities and such a friendly atmosphere. the food is amazing and have such variety.

Generally a good holiday hotel, comfortable beds, good food, hardworking and pleasant staff. No sunbed hogging at dawn as the pool area not open until 8.30am. The negative for us was the variable WiFi and some of the guests who thought it was ok to party loudly in the central pool area.

Good but not 4 star Perfectly adequate hotel in a good position for the main beach and harbour. Nice pool area and plenty of sunbeds; guests weren't reserving beds and not using them. The hotel is good value for money, but I booked it temporarily when I went to the wrong place. You get what you pay for, and don’t expect too much luxury or great service. Very close to the station, suitable for traveling to other cities.

Been coming to benidorm for years and love the servigroup hotels. Our favorite being calypso but fancied a change. The Venus doesn’t disappoint. May 15 for 4 nights myself my partner & 3 friends booked in to this i can only describe as a fabulous hotel. Close access to the beach, clean rooms, and decent dining options nearby. The buffet was over crowded and to reserve the restaurant they tell you to do it 48 hours in advance but when we tried, it was already filled up and we ended up waiting a week to get into the restaurant. The buffet had a lot of options but had 100’s eating at one time.

I had a really enjoyable stay at BLUESEA Club Marthas! The hotel room was immaculately clean and all of the staff were so friendly and kind and really made my stay so much more enjoyable. Stayed for 4 days with family to celebrate our granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Smooth check in and found our rooms which were in the same corridor. Our room, 121 , was a superior one. Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus. Highly recommended!

I liked the budget hotel especially the lobby, breakfast, staff and atmosphere. 🤗 Just expecting at least a kettle in the room or hot water for flask's or something similar. Appreciate the complimentary bathroom extras but couldn't identify what was within the bottles? Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion? Overall great 👍 economy hotel, comfortable bed and large room.

Great hotel, good staff, good facilities, very comfortable bed, powerful shower, clean, amazing breakfast/brunch 10/10

Great hotel but wish we had a balcony. Buffet breakfast / brunch excellent choice. Clean and comfortable. Prices in hotel bar reasonable. Central to square,bus stop and train station. About a 15-20 min walk to beach.

It’s ok. Location is great for the party life but the view from the room was not exactly holiday dream.

Simple and elegant hotel with great service. The staff very helpful and happy. The quality of breakfast/brunch is great. Lots of shops around.

Room was clean, beautiful view. Staff super nice and the food brilliant. We didn't had a car so the location was perfect for us to use public transport to visit the island.

Everything was perfect except the check out. The staff seemed quitecrudecand affronted that we asked fir a late check out. We asked prior to our checkout as we have 2 children under 2 and were told to ask on the day. When I asked that morning, the staff (different from the rest of the week) seemed surprised that i would ask such a thing and were disinterested and told us flatly no, but we could get...

We had a really nice stay! The staff were wonderful they went out of their way to accommodate our last-minute request for a room close to our friends, which we truly appreciated. The location is great, about a 1.5 km walk to the beach, so it’s easy to get out and explore. The food was okay overall. No air conditioning. Rooms clean, breakfast lovely and plenty choice great location but air con not on until May!! No good when it's hot in April 🥵 room was directly facing Morgan's wouldn't been an issue, except couldn't sleep with door open because of noise but that was only downside, would however put us off staying again. (Oh and no kettle in room which was a miss)

just back from a 3 night stay with a varied age group of ladies for a hen party.Rooms a bit claustrophobic for four women 2 double beds, clean but wasn't keen on the design of the room, bathroom was small and had a frosted door which had at least an inch gap all around it, not much privacy! pool was fine, plenty of sun loungers.We went B&B and found the breakfast very good with plenty of choice although...

I have visited Benidorm on a number of occasions, staying at different hotels. This year, I joined a group of friends and booked a 4-night stay at the Calypso over the Easter weekend. We had a fantastic stay and the first thing I noticed when I arrived at the Calypso was the cleanliness - it was spotless. My room was in the Annexe building, I had requested a room overlooking the Morgans Tavern area...

Currently at the hotel staying for 11 days 2 days to go. On the 5th floor overlooking the road which is great for people watching you see some funny people . Location is perfect Cant fault hotel on anything. Spotless clean everywhere . Food is as good as anywhere i have stayed in benidorm and i have been to a lot the soups are great with fresh crispy croutons every day . Pool area huge loads of sunbeds...

I have been to the Calypso several times now and I have never been disappointed. We got a good deal with jet2 just before the prices went through the roof. We requested a room near the lift due to some mobility issues and that is what we got This is the first time we had went full board and I am glad we did . Even though not very busy at lunch the food was fab , the same with breakfast and dinner...

Room cleaning was hit & miss, some days cleaning done, other days just towels changed. Entertainment was poor, not much variety in the evening unless you just want ballroom dancing. On a positive note, big thanks to Caroline who was always there to help. And Lawrence on the bar is a credit to the hotel.

Very good location. Near to everything. Large hotel meal times can get busy after 9am. Lifts get very busy. Rooms Beds very comfortable. Air con worked well. Power shower very good. Pool area too many people reserve beds from 9am and don’t use til much later in the day.

Very good location. Very close to the train station. Breakfast buffet was more than enough as there was a variety of offerings.

Very well located and large rooms. Some sea view rooms are side on with no sun so it’s worth asking before room is assigned. Check in slow but once done very nice hotel for the price point
