Beautiful beach. It is a public beach though. Highly recommend getting the bed and breakfast option as a minimum or the full all-inclusive.

Great hotel with everything you need. The staff, food, and service are quality. We never usually go the same place twice, but I would definitely return to AluaSoul!

Stayed here for a week. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and happy to help, and the many dining options in the hotel were delicious. The hotel put on activities throughout the day and the 3 pools and easy access to the beach was a bonus. Please note that some of the restaurants were not open every day, and it would have been helpful to get access to the app used for making dinner reservations...

Great location and loved having the beach right on our doorstep. Very close to the local town but not much to do in the town and could offer more activities within the hotel but still a very enjoyable stay.

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

Location: The hotel is right by the sea, with bars and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The environment is decent, and the breakfast is great, even with champagne available.

Hotel is excellent, Staff is it's best advantage, but localisation is also great. Breakfast are of good variety, great quality and tastes. The pool makes it's job, and it's great to be open all year long! Though, here are few things taht wolud need fixing - the fitness room is too samll, having 3 persons inside feels like croud. And the equipement needs to be modernised.

Conveniently located conference hotel.

Awesome, just a walk away from the theme park, nice spa and buffet. The pool was in the sun and warmed up for the kids in the afternoon, there were a few water slides around the pool. I didn't have any problems during my visit, The views from the top was lovely, the breakfast buffet on the 24th had Dual sided views of both the Sea and City. The bed was super duper Comfy. I really enjoyed jumping into bed and nice night of peaceful sleep. We had access to the Level lounge on the 25th for Snacks and drinks which was very nice too.

The food was very good. The staff were also good. The room and facilities are very dated - in urgent need of renovation and not what I would expect from a 5*. Our room had multiple issues including leaking shower and loose bathroom fittings.

Large room, good location for the purpose of trip

I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking. This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review. It’s not worth it. Great one nighter though.

We went here for the October Half term with Jet 2. Palma airport was very slow going through passport control and the. New checks were not in place. The airport staff were not organised as far as the transfers were concerned. Eventually we found out that we had to book in one desk to be directed to another where we were then told what bus to get on. Alas, no driver at the coach he had to be chased...

It’s a hostel located in the centre of Barcelona and it’s close to the metro station so u can get to different part of Barcelona easily. It’s a decent hostel but there’s no hot water coming out from one of the shower ;(( The shower water is either too hot or too cold and it works on a pushed timer (I understood it’s for the environment but it’s honestly not the best for the one taking shower)

Overall, it was okay. There were quite a lot of guests, and the breakfast was pretty much the same every day.

The hostel was very nice at meeting my request of staying at bottom bunk. The set-up of bathroom and shower was interesting, a minus is there was no clothes hanger so it was hard taking a shower, no place to place your shampoo and conditioner bottles so it was harder than expected. The kitchen has all the amenities, including air fryer. Paid luggage storage. Slow elevator.

Whilst this hotel is in a beautiful location. Stunning scenery, find hotel food lacking especially in the evening can be crowded and bit of a bun fight. Difficult to catch attention to get a drink with meal. Lunch time meal excellent fresh salads etc. Room has a wonderful view. Staff I've encountered are all friendly and attentive. Only been here a day and they started closing pool bar at 08:00pm...

This hotel and staff were excellent from arrival to departure. The room we had was very nice and overlooked the estuary and sea. The only downside was no light on the balcony, but this is a minor moan Food was presented very well and always plenty of variety, I love seafood, so i was in my element , breakfast also had plenty of choice. Peaceful, relaxed, the hotel gives spa vibes! Very much an older audience and a higher end experience. Comfortable beds, large stylish rooms. If you want hustle bustle, this place isn’t for you. Third visit and still a fantastic hotel.Food is delicious,plenty of room to sit/lie outside round the pools and staff very friendly and helpful.Special mention to Carlos on reception who helped us upgrade even when hotel was almost full and to Julia in the dining room for her friendly and efficient service.

We have just packed to go home in the morning.This is our second time we have visited this hotel it is amazing from the staff that greet you to the cleaners waiters and top marks for all the chefs in the kitchens the food here is amazing so much chose all well cooked and displayed lovely.
