The hotel is really nice. Clean rooms beautiful water views. The area is really central but a bit tacky - lots of pubs, restaurants and bars with neon signs. The playa Del Duce area is much nicer.

Room was ok but a bit dissapointing for a 5 star = the bathroom toiletries were like any other Hotel in plastic bottles some were hard to us pressing down on the bottles to release the soap glad I took my own /also no waste bin in the bathroom. Had to ask for milk for the fridge although some people went out to buy it, surely for the price paid they should have been checked daily - the food was also...

Great facilities, lovely staff at checkin. Two small issues though. Cockroach scuttled under the bed when we entered the room, so better checking required. Also one of the reasons we booked through ******* was the inclusion of a free bottle of wine, welcome drinks and a food voucher. We only received the welcome drinks. Staff were excellent and the food was varied and tasty (esp breakfast) - the Bar is plentiful and self serve beer, wine, soft drinks and coffee is good. Room was clean, and the cleaning teams did a good job. overall the hotel is a little tired and dated, with some peeling paint and rough around the edges. They say traveling in Europe can be a real hassle, but this place really prioritizes safety! I didn't have to worry about anything getting lost. Plus, you don't even need a European adapter; your domestic chargers work fine! The breakfast selection was also excellent. My stay was super comfortable, and I had a great time!

A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling. The hotel is far from the city centre. It takes almost half an hour by UBER or taxi to arrive in the city centre. The area near the hotel has 4 tall towers, and a few minutes away is a little sunken area with a few restaurants and clothing shops, but no supermarket nearby. The hotel's location, facilities, rooms, and amenities are all perfect. The service level is generally good, although a few staff members fall short (some servers aren't as considerate, for example, their attitude when clearing plates at breakfast isn't very friendly, and their English isn't great). Otherwise, an overall score of 4.8 or higher would be no problem.

Great location and breakfast was decent. However, the staff's service was really poor, and their attitude was terrible. Their English skills were also quite basic. They seemed to pick on those they perceived as weaker. It was quite amusing when their attitude completely changed and softened once they realized they couldn't argue with us in English.

Room itself and location were fantastic. Spotless, tidy, well equipped. Very walkable to all main attractions. Only thing was that the reception and concierge weren’t the most friendly / empathetic to our concerns about finding alternative routes when our trains got cancelled and we were trying to ask them for help with it.

The location is convenient and the room is decent, but the service was absolutely terrible – the worst we've encountered in Spain. The front desk staff avoided eye contact and had a very arrogant attitude. It wasn't until we voiced our complaints in English that their demeanor shifted, offering those fake European smiles, which was quite amusing in itself.

Four star hotel, but a kettle in your room is extra? And parking at €15 per night? In our room the sliding doors to the patio kept jamming. The hotel is nice, but the area it's in could do with a makeover: cracked and crumbling pavements, lack of dropped kerbs for wheelchair users. If you are healthy, this is recommended. The hotel is neglected, the parking lot is dirt with holes, and the lighting is poor at night. They don't inform you that all the restaurants will be closed, and you have to queue to get in. As for PortAventura World, the theme park is awful. I don't plan to ever return unless they change their system of charging for everything.

Hotel is quite nice and the location is excellent, close to everything. The pool is also very nice. The food is really good. However, the rooms are too small and there is no kettle to drink coffee. But I would go back there again.

I can't find any faults with this hotel given the price we paid for our stay. The cleanliness of our room was impressive, with fresh towels and bedding provided every day. The bar staff were also friendly and very efficient. The only downside is that the rooms could be a bit bigger, but aside from that, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Room was spotless, thoroughly enjoyed my stay, facilities were amazing. Only issues I had was 1) cleaning staff were extremely loud on a morning and 2) hospitality staff didn't setup our table for my special birthday as requested by my dad. They did however setup the day after and provide witha free bottle of bubbly. Would definitely reccommend

Beautiful hotel - the layout was huge with large amounts of greenery and lovely plants everywhere.

Great hotel. Rooms are very nice but needs better maintenance when I emptied the bathroom sink it pulled the water trap and allowed sewerage smells to enter the bathroom. The maids were great could not fault them. Food was very nice. Drinks are very expensive and entertainment was ok. The experience that you get is that the place is inside botanical garden. I would definitely recommend it to anyone

We have a 14 night stay here we are completely satisfied with the service from our room maids. Our room is cleaned every day and fresh towels at hand. The pool is quiet and very well manned by life guards and constant service people checking areas. There is another pool for families with inflatables this pool does get busy and obviously has children playing in the pool. We are very pleased with breakfast...
